these were 1.5 foot branches to start that I topped once rooted . the cuttings are from when I prepared the outdoor cookies for budding . I stripped lower branches and then saved a full 27 that rooted and I gave away keeping 4 of the best for myself . the cloner is just a cheap Canadian tire tote with holes drilled in it to fit 2 inch clone collars , it has a bit of 1/2 inch sprinkler pipe a 15 watt water pump and some spray heads easy to make and about 60 dollars you really do not need the Clonex , but you will get more roots faster . mine was outside in 40 C heat no dome and not one died over the summer , this unit is actually meant for aeroponic lettuce . drill smaller holes then the clone collars and have a tighter seal and save on the baskets or if plan to do hydro add the baskets once rooted and topped the plants were feed a week mix of General hydroponics and additives listed on the next page but at about 10-20% of normal feeding with 5ml USG of Clonex . as well as F2 Foliar was used to spray the plants when the leaves would look a bit yellow . for cloning its self only 5ML USG was used of Clonex and no foliar spray was used . it was not till after they had rooted I was having a PH issue I added the air stone and some real food and sprayed them . I Defoliated after topping once a week to allow them to grow as they did . for the most part these really got ignored and just allowed to get out of hand and stretch
they are a bit rough for wear. I just moved then put them into 7 gallon pots watered with 5ml Clonex per US gallon when transplanted , then defoliated and used pipe cleaners to tie down all branches for a nice spread and even height canopy . used mostly LST but some HST and I did break one branch . this happens but its still well worth it . hold the branch so it does not pull on the joint to the stock with one hand and wiggle with the other hand the part you want to bend back and forth do this up down the length till get the bend you wish go slow be careful . gave halved listed feed 12 hours later , I have a simple set up , two older GL2000 MixJoy 240 watt meanwell drivers and 301b Samsung diodes they run at 240 watts on max each and give a good spread in the 4'x4' tent .not sure about the newer versions but these work great . have a 6" Acinifinity fan with computer controls . its just set to 3 . the controls can be nice but for right now this worked best . a small wifi baby monitor or pet monitor 4mp camera . a honey well fan on the roof will add more fans as plants grow . a mid sized Dehumidifier will be added to the room the tent is in for the budding stage but not the tent itself . 7 gallon pots and 21" plant trays . for this grow I will not be draining the runoff . all water is tap water that has been left in a 5 USG bucket with an air stone in it . I have two of these so at this point they usually sit for days goal is minimum of 24 hours though . later during bud cycle will see if I need a third
small increase in food for this week . well we are just over 1 week past when I moved and then transplanted them . they are finally all happy though still a couple weeks away from putting them into bud . think I will Veg for a total of 3-4 weeks hope closer to 3 . as soon as the canopy fills in on the other three I will flip the lighting . not much point growing past the point you have a full canopy all your doing is spending more time to remove more lower growth and have less space later . these clones were left in the cloner for about a full month and feed by Aeroponic and Dwc . as soon as they all rooted I topped them and they bushed out the space was a 2' by 1.5' trailer shower . they had no room so reached for the light making long branches to shape later . you can do this in a tiny box in a closet if you wish specially if not doing 27 . so they will be about 1.5-1.75 months from when cut to start budding . they should have been good to go now . but the move wiped them out and only 1 is even close to ready . should have been 1 month maybe 5 weeks from when cut to starting bud this way with a full 4x4 tent canopy coverage and 100 % success . make a small cloner cut your plants ion the last few weeks to month half of budding clone them grow them in it . put them in your tent for 1 week after and start budding again . good luck all so happy to finally be back in civilization and have a real indoor grow again feel like I wasted the last 8 months of growing . nothing turned out perfect . I almost just started from seed when I saw the shape these were in after moving . but I hate to give up on a good plant . I feel Autos if don't do well in first two weeks toss that from experience they wont ever recover no matter what and a fresh one will only be a week or two behind . I have gotten into the habit if doing an auto to make a couple extra to toss away after week two . its easy to pick a winner at that stage and you can always give some away to friends . 9/30/21 plants have been fully defoliated of anything even a little sick looking which was most of the leaves :) you don't want to remove the dying leaves until fully dead and almost falling off or until your issue that caused it is corrected . or it will just happen to the new leaves .
went away for work for a few days have couple more pictures on phone but left the cord to plug it to computer . will add them once can same with start of next week .
have a bug issue , I had thought dealt with . I removed more leaves then I leaf blew them each at 600 CFM of air volume at 125 MPH with my flexvolt blower lmao ( those tie downs help with more then just keeping canopy level ). then I used a full strength garden house with my thumb over it to wash them off at high pressurish . Then followed this up with a Neem Spray and let sit a bit . then another leaf blow before I put them back inside . pour things one issue after another . this is what I get for not taking care of them well and moving . :) still looking good over all . raised the lights part way through the week this will give me a better overall light spread , I am always pulling large fan leaves that mature and block the inner little nodes light . don't take it all but a continues grooming to allow light is good . well lmao depending on your issues and goals you will stress the plant and slow growth . at this stage I no longer want that and need them to be happy and healthy with lots of green for Photosynthesis . I will wait until a week or two into budding to do a larger defoliation again

Neem treatment still in use every few days . everything is looking good color coming back to number 1 and the others are about ready lots of nodes and inner growth , I continue to make small adjustments to the tie downs to give me as many open to the light nodes as I can . will start dark phase early next week on Monday unless number 1 has not fully recovered then will wait a day or three until feel it is good to go before I flip the lights . I don't want a plant trying to heal wasting energy it should be putting into bud growth an extra day or three will be worth the wait if it is needed . I am dialing back the nutrient's a little . is a small curl to leaves , by this I mean the tips of the fan leaves curl to the side a little instead of point out . these are not as heavy a feeders as I have done the last couple grows it seems or just not ready though you can see good root growth just under the top layer of dirt when water each plant . Clonex is removed as well . I can see good roots and I dont want the plants energy going to root growth instead of bud growth and this stuff will do that . I have found it to be to good at what its meant to do and my buds will start slower if feeding it to my plants through the transition phase . . you can really see a large number of nodes due to the Chitosan . the Defoliation and intense light even though dimmed also will have contributed to this . plants don't need much light to not stretch and these new LEDS with blues can really stunt growth if not careful . make sure to dim them and try to keep them at a good distance until bud time . but really that Chitosan will make some crazy branching . these plants have been topped one time back when in the cloner . everything we do slows the plants growth or encourages it in some way . try to only remove what you need or feel you need to . the plant will be happy , your goal is to open up the inner parts of your plants to allow light and create a larger canopy of nodes . as you can see these dead twigs in a month can look pretty nice with some love and neglect . good luck all
( the leaves become skinnier usually on plants that have been deficient or are deficient . if look at all the others clones they have broader fan leave . this will happen in some degree when a plant is having a deficiency . if you have a few plants of the same type and one starts to show signs of skinnier leaves then the rest consider that it has a small macronutrient issue . if think over watering well let dry some then continue . as long as know your not just over watering it a little , I suggest you use cloth or air pots . move to step two flush it out with a week feed with extra macronutrients at the right PH . this issue could be as simple as just the chlorine in your water to the PH being off so fix these in the flush. Chlorine can take a long time to damage a plants roots it will burn off the tips over time the plant will slowly become deficient be sure to treat your city water some how. I aerate mine with a cheap air pump and stone in a 5 gallon bucket usually for a few days but Min 24 hours . its very hard to tell what is causing small deficiency's and just as hard to tell if its fixed . correct it the one feeding and go back to regular feeding and wait to see if it gets worse , large deficiencies are easy to see and usually a easy to understand reason I dried out #1 damaging its root system and forcing it to feed on its self easy way to fix is to do the same thing and then go back to being nice to the plant time will take care of the rest , this can be said for almost any issue your plant has unless its an auto . )
I decided to flip . 1 month from when transplanted my poor girls , the lights will go out at 830 pm until 830 am . this way in a few weeks it will be 730 due to evil time change . number 1 is better but still shows signs . can not wait for all new growth to replace this old stuff would take to long . the plants are about ready and I don't want to much thicker a canopy on some , plus they will still be in veg for a few days . weak transition feed for now instead of 4s for normal food 3s . will add a net in a few days , second a bit after . then they wont move till flush time . will also remove the tie downs if left to long with our adjusting they can cut into the plant . raised the lights and will turn them up to 62.5% little more spread this way and little more intense . I will be gone for a day or two but once back I will start to increase the lighting and then lower them over a couple days . I don't want to just drop the lights and crank them to 100 % , this huge light change would probably shock the plants . end goal is to keep the lights at 100 % and 12-15 " from the top of the plant move to 15 it will grow to 12 over the day so on . ( I have a really good feeling about this Girls ) [ friday 22 oct 2021 feed plants increased flora bloom to a 4 ml per USG , gave 2 ml USG Remos Natures Candy and .5ml USG GH Rapid Start and above listings ]
well at the end of last week I got a UVC light and ran it for 15 minutes in the tent . you can see the damage it has done to the plants . the leaves are seriously light damaged and curled and or dead . it was very fast and it happened after the light was used I can almost 100% say its from the light . the plants got watered the day before about 32 hours before the light was used and showed no signs of anything bad . after the light was used the plants went to dark when lights came on damage was clearly visible and heavy .I gave all the plants 1 liter of just water at a ph of 6.5 just to be safe and level out any over feeding or over under ph just incase . but with this heavy fast of damage I think it would have shown after feeding not 32 hours later , if it was a food issue . pretty sure the cleaning light did it . at least I know it will kill damage mold spores and small bacteria and bugs to . be great for use between crops not during . going to defoliate today remove the dead leaves .[ changed the room and tent around a little put large dehumidifier in the room . the tent has a 6" intake for positive pressure then has an outtake working almost as hard to pull air out of the tent through a 6" charcoal filter that outtakes into the room . the hole room is dehumidified ] top dressed the soil with some NPK RAW silica its a grey powder . I find it leaves a light residue on stuff so I dont like to mix with my food .
hello everyone well I have been being a bit lazy on the pictures not much to tell this week everything is going good . did a little defoliation , on one feed I added some Remo's natures candy to the mix . changed feeding and reduced night air temperature and day air a tiny bit
hello everyone things are going well . defoliation is a daily job . added remo's natures candy to one feed . here at the end of the week I top dressed the plants with some more Chitosan pills 2 per plant . I also gave them a top dressing of NPK RAW silica its a grey dry powder I mixed all this into the top layer of soil then watered this was on saturday day before the picture . Sunday night I made Neem tea , from ground organic neem fertalizer I got at Buckerfields . added boiling water then mixed with a wisk in a pot out side and left to sit over night . drained the top layer off added 50% water and sprayed the plants . was a perfect mix you can see a little staining as it s brown but the hairs didnt burn so it wasnt to strong . is a nice oily shine to most of everything . is more precautionary measure at this point . I woundnt do this much later as worry it might effect your flavor . but this will just reduce any chance of mildue mold and bugs from starting up these last few weeks .
hello day one to week 5 will do better on pictures from here on out as the plants grow and get closer to the lights the temperature of the canopy has climbed back up some still a good temperature . the plants are frosty already with a brown hue from the Neem I sprayed them with yesterday . all the hairs are looking good so was not to strong a mix . honest I have had no issues with this organic tea mix and plants it has burned the hairs a little at times but still end results have always been quality . I have even noticed a weight increase over plants I have avoided spraying on other crops . now I just spray them all . not sure if its all in my head or not but scales say ones sprayed always weigh more . I started to only spray the ones in trouble so they should have been the ones with less weight . anyway I dont find an issue and I feel it helps protect my plants as well as I am sure it doesnt effect my over all yield in a negative way . will add some remo's natures candy to one feed this week , I like to give a mix of stuff in small amounts noticed the bugs coming back and started to try and get deal with by end of next week I decided to cut the plants .
this crope was lost to the bugs . I dont know what happened I couldnt beat them . I used neem even safer soap in the end to try . worse case actually only real case bugs I have had . these close where taken off an outdoor plant and the bugs or eggs must have come with them . spider mites and aphides both beat the neem and safer soap . I blasted the area with the UV cleaning llight for a full hour before adding these new plants as well as washed down with bleech cleaner . I sure hope it works I thought of replacing the hole tent :( new crop is 3 of my own and 1 animal cookie all I started from seed soaking in a bottle of water 24 hours then into dirt Promix HP . I started them in the washroom as I fought the bugs till I gave in they ended up a bit of issue as cold on the washroom floor I got them in the tent with a little heater and lights down low now and most have come back around . it is 2 HamBerry aka Ham crossed with HulkBerry from royal queen I think I purchased . then is 1 Ham = alien tec and gorilla bomb and 1 animal cookie ,
( this cookie strain from other experiences is one the best tasting and strongest strains around . the buds become frostier then almost anything I have seen in a short time . I will include a more pictures soon )
