I found that Congo is better to be grown with organics. You'll have a great weed at the end. Taste and smell is a plus with Congo. Effects are really like how ACE describes :) Good luck and I'll be following.
I dig what you mean. I choose to stay here for the same reason I came: to share and learn about strains. Resisting to sponsorship is golden for integrity and separate independence from greediness. (who wouldn't want a new light?!!)
I am also fed up everyone use a marsydro and grow fasbuds but we know why they have such heavy presence... We are living in an era of likes and thumbs up.. sad for the new generation.
On my path of sharing my growth and learning from others I've met here some awesome growers and, despite some of their projects are not my cup of tea I find myself giving them support (with likes).
When I wanted to grow some Sativa Landraces indoor information available were pretty intimidating. I hope I can help other enthusiasts. And while caring to provide accurate and constructive comments, some clowns starts diaries like *Bukuzavra* here on the ACE section having 500 likes he gave himself with fake account. I find funny: fuck corporations who gave away equipment based on number of likes!! =)
@sativaman, Yes, what I see is a lot of seed packer.
I did not know those producers that you indicate, I am going to take a look at their strains.
I recommend you, take a look at my diary "Queen Mother" stabilized sativa strain and also at the producer Original Delicatessen.
You can also visit the page that @Organic_LarF taught me, fantastic! https://www.tltseeds.com/
@deFharo, Cannabis breeding sure is a polluted gene pool. Most seed sellers won't even describe potential phenotypes, they will claim their clone only plants always produce the plant of your dream. This is a beginners trap and now raises flags for me. (At least you know now, thanks to GD! that some if not most strains-seed cie sucks, and 'you are most likely to get very different phenotypes each time'!)
I am always on the hunt for good breeders. Two I have in my radar at the moment would be Bodhi and KatsuBluebird.
@deFharo,
I see, yeah, its hard to find those where theres no crossing involved.
When i bought my first seeds back in the days, it was like fastbloomer 9 to 10 weeks, most 12 to 14 weeks and those real hazes went to 16 weeks. Now long flower is like 10 to 12 weeks.
🙏🌿🌿🌿🙏
What a beautiful and accurate picture you’ve painted.
In my short time here on GD, the learning curve is and can be huge. Only if your doing it for the wrong reasons.
The diaries are personal, thats what I come back to. These are my notes. Helping my situation.
Guru comment is legit, we all may feast on the likes, but trusting new info and believing in the source are two seperate issues.
From my end, time is the silencer, read and move-on is life.
Listening to your words, is still something I look forward to. It may seem quiet at your end, I hope people communicate with you, but leading by example may be closet to the truth.
Like, your Congo is fricking beautiful, that I am sure many quiet people just snoop on DEFharo, to see what kind of shit is really.
I’m loving the Organics, its concept is working its way into my grows.
Cheers 😎
Saludos
Hey! Happy growing my friend! I hope you do well and get some good results! I will come by sometime to see your progress!
If you ever visit my page please say hello!
Peace & love L.S.T
Coming on lovely, and your photography is really good - I should get a better camera :) I usually grow a monoculture, 3 plants max, but your diaries are making me reconsider my plans for my next grow.
Also today you taught me the proper words for "topping" are "apical cut". I love learning new words, today is a good day!
I am pretty new to GD so I don't really feel qualified to weigh in on this week's discussion but I will offer up my faulty wisdom regardless. I was disheartened when I discovered the nature of GD, when I started to receive scripted replies to my diaries and I realised that a subset of users here are probably bots of some kind, farming likes. There are other users here though; harder to find for sure, but they are users for whom I am thankful - they started showing up on my diary, delivering sage advice right to my doorstep without requests for reciprocal likes or comments. These users then are why I keep my GD account, selfishly I want to mine the deposited strata of their experience - but it's more than that - contained within some folks' diaries you can discover clues about the author's character and I have discovered inspiration beyond horticulture in some diaries and comments.
As for you, my friend, when you are tired you must rest and when the weight of a system bears down too heavily upon you, put it down for a while.
Picture 19 is beautiful, silhouetted against the window picking out the orange/gold colours of the flowers and the narrow blade-like leaves.. Just stunning, I would be so proud if this was my plant!
I really like the group photo, it really shows how much can be accomplished in small spaces. While we cram these plants in our tents and wardrobes, I dream of a garden with polytunnels :)
