deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers and also to those who are lucky enough not to be! 👨‍🌾💦💡🌞🌲 Seventh seed for the autumn-winter growing season, this time a poly-hybrid strain (Critical+ x Jack Herer) with sativa dominance (40% Indica / 60% Sativa) from the Dinafem seed bank and with several awards since 2015, which indicates that despite being a highly hybridized strain, the phenotype seems stabilized. This strain really has an impressive pedigree: https://es.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Critical_Jack/Dinafem/ The producer guarantees a great yield and a potent, long-lasting effect that stimulates you and fills you with energy. It has a psychedelic touch that enhances the senses and, as a good Sativa (60%), it is more cerebral than physical. It opens your mind and helps you think more clearly, making it perfect for engaging in interesting debates or for carrying out daily tasks. In any case, you will feel great and be ready for whatever comes up... fantastic!! 😄 The seed germinated in 24 hours, I prepared a light substrate mix with good drainage and buried the seed directly, added some homemade auxins to the surface of the substrate, the first watering was with Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA), Honey, and Ormus, and finally, I sprinkled Diatomite to control excess moisture and crawling bugs, kept the pot in the dark and warm in a grow tent until the seed peeked out. I keep this seedling, and the others from this series of grows, in my small tent of 40x40x140cm with a 30x30cm LED panel consuming 36w, with a color spectrum of 7700K, for now, I keep a dome on all the seedlings to maintain high relative humidity. Until next week... GREETING MARIJUANA GROWERS!! ✋👨‍🌾🌞 ================================= 🙄✌️👇🙏👌👊👍👉👉👉❤️💜❤️👈👈👈👊👌🙏👇✌️🤩✋🏼 =================================

deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 This is the growing story of this strain and seven others, all pure sativa or sativa-dominant. I'm looking for plants, flavors, and smells that take me back to my old memories, where smoking marijuana was always a communal experience and above all a rebellious attitude, which undoubtedly had a significant impact on the rest of my life. Today, for me, smoking marijuana is just an acceptable solitary vice, growing it at home allows me to be self-sufficient in consumption; I just aim to have my box full of the best marijuana I can cultivate. 🤷‍♂️ 21 days have passed since I put the seed in the substrate. I'm growing this seedling on a mixed schedule, indoors for 10 hours, sharing a grow tent with all the others, then I take them to the window until dusk (+10 hours). The seedling is progressing vigorously! 🤸‍♂️ The formation of the second node is advancing, the leaves are expanding with a rustic appearance. Due to space issues, I will wait at least a week to transplant to the final pot. This week is the first watering to recover the moisture lost over these 3 weeks. I've made a mix with my black bean auxins (rooting), honey (rooting, enzymes, and carbohydrates), and bio-fermented pumpkin and minerals (NPK, B, Ca, Carotenes, chitosan, vitamins...) with Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA). The day after this watering, when part of the upper substrate has dried, I sprinkle diatomaceous earth; this product has several advantages for this stage of cultivation. It protects me against crawling insects, for this the powder must be dry, reflects sunlight to prevent the substrate of the small cup from heating up when I take it out in the sun, prevents stem rot due to excess moisture since it is absorbent, and finally provides silicon that helps harden and give elasticity to stems and leaves. - Until next week... deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🖐️👨‍🌾 This is the growing story of this strain and seven others, all pure sativa or sativa-dominant. I'm looking for plants, flavors, and smells that take me back to my old memories, where smoking marijuana was always a social experience and above all a rebellious attitude that undoubtedly influenced the rest of my life. Today for me, smoking marijuana is just an acceptable solitary vice, growing it at home allows me self-sufficiency in consumption; I just aim to have my box full of the best marijuana I can grow. 🤷‍♂️ Fourth week of life and the grow is progressing, the seedling is developing its third node and the leaves are getting bigger. The development of the first leaves reminds me of Queen Mother; they started with a rustic look and now they reveal their future shape. This is going to be a sativa with thin leaves, which I love!! Yesterday I transplanted it to its final pot, in this case, a 6L air-pot. Today I did the first deep watering with Activated Mountain Microorganisms with pumpkin, chitosan, and minerals, ormus to regulate pH and provide Ca and Mg, honey to sweeten the mix. Tomorrow or the day after, I will add the mulch to the pot. For this new growing season, I’m going to experiment with foliar fertilization during the vegetative growth stage. I have already tested the compatibility and efficiency of some of my soluble organic preparations, and the result is immediate and very good. Now I will be defining what combinations I make and the timing of application between them. The idea is mainly to maintain a substrate without nutrient clumping that favors the total expansion of the roots and reach flowering with a very powerful root system that absorbs the nutrients from that phase without any problem. Keeping the growth of the plants during the first weeks with gentle watering so that the plant feeds on the nutrients from the substrate is correct, but I’m thinking about the concept of high-yield plants, grown in a moderate substrate size (6-7 liters), where the nutrients from the substrate are released slowly and still get depleted in a few weeks. So I’m going to experiment with these new crops and throughout their vegetative phase with foliar fertilization because I want and need monster buds to fill my box!! ** The transplant process to the final pot I do in three differentiated stages, over a process of 3-4 days... how? 🙄🤷‍♀️ - First day: - I prepare the substrate carefully, mixing 2 or 3 types of commercial substrate based on their composition and density. I add, to improve drainage and moisture and/or nutrient retention: Perlite, Vermiculite, Zeolite, and Coco Fiber; I enrich the mix with worm humus, homemade bokashi, and goat and sheep manure, and finally add the minerals at a rate of 1 gram per liter of substrate, in this case, 3 types of clay: Montmorillonite, Kaolin, and Red Illite, also, basalt rock powder, pumice stone, wood ash, Phosphorite (1.5g/l), Azomite, and ground Leonardite (4g/l). To finish, I added my charcoal preparation with leonardite and activated with Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA). The charcoal retains nutrients and gives structure to the soil; by introducing it with MMA, I ensure inoculation of Microorganisms throughout the substrate. - Before transplanting, I deeply water the small container of the seedling, so it doesn’t crumble. In the transplant hole, I sprinkle my black bean auxins to promote rooting. I don’t do the first watering until 24 hours have passed; this way, the excess moisture from the small container distributes, by capillarity, through the new immediate substrate. At this stage, the roots grow by the minute, and this initial moisture helps guide the roots. • Second day: The small roots are already touching the dry substrate of the new pot; they are thirsty. This is the moment when I do the first deep watering. This watering is very important to me; it serves to moderately moisten the entire substrate. I water with an amount of water that is approximately 15% of the pot's capacity. E.g.: 7-liter pot = 1 liter of initial watering. But the main function of this watering is to activate the microbiology of the substrate, thus favoring the expansion of the roots and the growth of the plant. For this, I include in the watering some of my Activated Mountain Microorganisms in liquid form (MMA) and sweeten it with natural honey, which is an excellent source of sugars and contains many enzymes that help with rooting and the beginning of microbiology propagation, which in turn will begin to dissolve and mineralize the organic matter of the substrate and the minerals... I water through the saucer and over the substrate, in a proportion of 1/3. • Third day: I fill the pots with the substrate level with the edge. Also, in the case of fabric pots, I fill the saucer with river stones that mimic mother rock and retain moisture and aerate the base, with no risk of substrate stagnation. I don’t want to lose a single centimeter of soil in the container. After the first watering, the substrate has dropped about 2-3 cm, so I fill this space with dry material from my own production 😋, I save the leaves from defoliations and dry stems, I take advantage of the mulch, pre-digested from previous crops, and lately, I’ve been practicing to ensure that this material has no larvae, insect eggs, or pathogens; I put it in the microwave for a few minutes!! 🤪 I have to say that the results are excellent. Before, trying to keep the microbiology intact from the reused mulch, I couldn’t get rid of the fungus gnat; now they have completely disappeared. My last advanced crop is bug-free!! 🤠 I keep these new crops on a mixed schedule of 20 hours of light, 10 hours of indoor light under the excellent light of the Vipar P1000 lamp at 50% power (48w) and 30cm from the tops of the seedlings, then 10 more hours in the windows catching the free and inimitable sunlight! 🌞... pot here, pot there, that’s my life as an organic grower, I don’t know anything, but I want to understand everything!! - Until next week... REGARDS MARIJUANA GROWERS!! 🖐️👨‍🌾🌞 ================================= 🙄☮️👇🙏👌🤛👍👉👉👉❤️💜❤️👈👈👈🤜👌🙏👇☮️🤩🖐️🏻 =================================

deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🖐️👨‍🌾 This is the growing story of a strain resulting from the crossing of two great lineages, which in turn were the result of crossing two others and two more and two more 🖐️🤪... Will it resemble mom? Dad? Grandma? 👩👨 Fifth week of life, one week since transplant, great vigor, symmetry, and growth, huge leaves with very pronounced serrated edges, making it even more beautiful... I wish it had thin leaves, but it seems that's not going to be the case!! deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🖐️👨‍🌾 Sixth week of life and the last of the vegetative growth, since yesterday the plant is on flowering schedule. Currently, this is the plant that shows the most compactness and branching of all the current crops, I like it. This week one watering and one foliar application, also the first LST ties to start shaping the plant. Yesterday I switched this and 6 other plants to flowering schedule, I’ve started experimenting with a technique to try to speed up the transition to flowering and thus slow down, as soon as possible, the stretching. I’m using a 730nm (10w) LED bulb, I turn it on 15 minutes before putting the plants in darkness and keep it on for another 30 minutes. It seems that this light frequency helps with the rapid change of phytochrome, this tricks the plant and in practice, they say the plant behaves as if the schedule were 12.5/13.5h, gaining 2 hours and accelerating the entry into flowering... let’s see if I notice any difference. I’ve used this lamp before in advanced flowering stages as a spectrum boost, now I want to test this theory, if in a week pre-flowering begins, I’ll consider this experiment a success. • DATA: 👨‍⚖️🤷‍♀️ Clandestine marijuana cultivation in northern Spain 🌼 6l air-pot. 🌍 Custom substrate with minerals etc... see the composition in the fourth week of this diary. 💡 ViparSpectra P1000 lights at 60% power at an average distance of 15cm. 🌞💡 Mixed schedule: 10h indoors and 10h outdoors. 🏠 Grow tent shared with 4 other sativa plants: 60x60x140cm. 🥗 Soluble nutrition 3M, homemade with organic matter, minerals, and microbiology. deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Alright, alright, this strain is doing very well, seven weeks old and one week into flowering, good water consumption and compactness, great strength in the stem and branches. All the sativa strains I'm growing this season seem to be growing slowly, but there's still a lot ahead. 🤸‍♂️💃 To combat the significant increase in relative humidity and the appearance of mold, during the dark period I'm gathering the eleven current crops in a room with a dehumidifier, maintaining a relative humidity during that period of around 55-60%. Tomorrow I'm going to do a foliar application with soluble sulfur for the young plants, and for the other two that are starting to flower, I'm going to apply horsetail foliar to prevent powdery mildew with both products. Also, this week of very cloudy days, I'm keeping all the plants with 12 hours of indoor light; if sunny days return, I'll take my plants out for a couple of hours to enjoy the free and unmatched sunlight. • DATA: 👨‍⚖️🤷‍♀️ Clandestine marijuana cultivation in northern Spain 🌸 6L air-pot 🌍 Custom substrate with minerals etc... see the composition in the fourth week of this diary. ========================= • WITH YOUR PERMISSION, I REBEL... 💃👨‍🌾 In the rain-soaked garden Without Guru, without Method, without Master Just you and me, nature and the holy spirit Without Guru, without Method, without Master Seventh week since I started the new crop season, after a brief break, a week where I question, once again, the purpose of these weekly diaries on GD... After more than two years publishing my organic crops, learning, sharing, tirelessly, knowledge, formulas, and techniques, writing from the emotion and euphoria of the eternal apprentice, without apology, trying at the same time, to lighten things up with my anti-heroes and memes, losers who have had the opportunity to express themselves freely, perhaps because I am one of them, or all! 👨‍🚀... all good! It has been fun and has allowed me to better structure my experience... but I'm tired!! The drift I observe in GD doesn't please me, the enjoyment of effort before has gradually become, for me, vain and futile. I have sought knowledge and shared it... Is anyone there? I have maintained independence from the soluble fertilizer industry, organic or chemical synthesis, and their predetermined nutrition tables, I have resisted some sponsorships... because some ask for more than they give! 😯 and now I find myself like Simon in the desert, but still, I prefer to keep my grow diaries clean and free of dust and chaff... to be or to have!! There is a trend, or rather, a race for "likes," in which I have also participated, that is mostly related to sponsorships, and also with those who, lacking other things, want to earn their place in heaven on GD... How many gurus will there be next month?... and the next? Usually, I receive "likes" from strangers on old comments from here and there, also kind messages in my grow diaries, but most are serialized, ignoring any context... all waiting for reciprocity, and I have behaved this way until now with this matter, but I observe that this leads to a loss of authenticity and even a perversion of the system, because I believe that the interest no longer lies in the grow diaries. For my part, I will not return any decontextualized or systematized "likes," whether in my diaries or outside of them; I appreciate and encourage communication between growers, and I am always open, with enthusiasm, to share my experience with anyone who wishes. As for my grow diaries, I will be more cryptic, to see if I can rescue some time and energy to do other things and finish the ongoing grow diaries. That's all for today... deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Eighth week of this sativa girl that I like so much, growth continues in all areas 😋, leaves, stems, height... it’s a tall and thin plant... dark and salty like her mother!!! 💃😁 So far, it’s been an easy grow and I’m sure it’s going to bring me great joy. I take care of it lovingly, giving it a good home and gourmet organic food. So far, I haven’t made any new apical cuts on this plant; the distance between nodes gives me peace of mind, and I hope it stops vertical growth soon and the numerous branches start to fill out. To encourage this, I’ve added a side panel to the grow tent with a color temperature of 450nm that helps with overall compactness, leaf expansion, and strengthening of the lateral branches. Water consumption remains high; I continue to feed the plant with varied organic soluble components that provide the full range of macro and micronutrients, as well as vitamins, enzymes, microbiology, etc. To protect the grow from fungi, I’m doing foliar applications every 3 days with horsetail extract, which also strengthens all the plant tissues thanks to the silicon it contains, and this plant is going to need it a lot to support the weight of the big buds that I hope and wish for!! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 All of next week is expected to be cloudy skies, when I don’t expect sunny weather. I keep the plants 12h indoors; when it’s sunny, I have them 10h indoors and 2.5h outdoors. • DATA: 👨‍⚖️🤷‍♀️ Clandestine marijuana grow in northern Spain 🌸 6L air-pot. 🌍 Custom substrate with minerals, etc... see the composition in the fourth week of this diary. 💡 ViparSpectra P1000 lights at 60% power at an average distance of 15cm. deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 It's the third week since switching to flowering schedule, and the first pistils are starting to show. Meanwhile, the plant continues its robust growth and maintains compactness with short internodes; for now, it hasn't needed a new apical cut. Water consumption is high, despite the low temperatures, watering every three days... I keep applying foliar spray with Horsetail extract every 3 days for fungus control, due to the high humidity, the dehumidifier doesn't stop!! all good!! • DATA: 👨‍⚖️🤷‍♀️ Clandestine marijuana cultivation in northern Spain 🌸 6L air-pot 🌍 Custom substrate with minerals, etc... see the composition in the fourth week of this diary. 💡 ViparSpectra P1000 lights at 60% power at an average distance of 25cm. Side: 450nm LED panel at 50%. 🌞💡 Schedule: 12h indoors. 🏠 Grow tent shared with 4 other sativa plants: 60x60x140cm. 🥗 Soluble nutrition 3M, homemade with organic matter, minerals, and microbiology. =============================== Plants at these stages of growth don't have much more to tell, today I want to talk about two formulations of soluble Bio nutrients that I'm trying out this week, after being in anaerobic fermentation for 6 months for one and 10 months for the other... really exciting!! These homemade bio fertilizers perfectly align with my concept of self-sufficient, independent, and clandestine crops, but above all rebellious, for everything it means to me, and the day I manage to replace electric light in my crops with sunlight, the circle will be completely closed. Both are based on the activation of Mountain Microorganisms, from the two Solid Mountain Microorganism (MMS) cultures I maintain with different strains collected from various virgin forests in my area; during the fermentation process, the microorganisms propagate, solubilize nutrients, and mineralize organic matter, plus they chelate the minerals present in the formula. The longer the anaerobic fermentation, the greater the amount of nutrients and minerals that are hydrolyzed. I've found that with the regular and continuous application of activated mountain microorganisms (MMA), I maintain a high rate of decomposition of the organic matter and minerals present in the substrate. There’s no limit to the application of MMA!! There's no risk of saturation or over-fertilization; what I achieve is to greatly accelerate the natural processes of organic matter decomposition and thus nutrient assimilation. The MMA supply the nutrients and minerals that the plant requests. How long does a Microorganism live? How long does it take for a bacterium to become a grandmother, great-grandmother, or great-great-grandmother? Do they live minutes, hours...? What I've experienced is that with a constant inoculation of MMA, the organic matter in the mulch completely decomposes and turns into humus within the period of a crop, approximately. I add several times about 100-125g of dry matter to the mulch, which eventually disappears. I also make regular surface applications of solid amendments with guanos, algae, meals, etc. Finally, for me, it’s more efficient to create substrate mixes that prioritize aeration, drainage, and cation exchange, with hardly any added nutrients, just minerals, except for a bit of worm humus and bokashi that I add to the substrate; I prefer it, as it’s more efficient and controllable than creating super substrates, with which I extensively experimented in my first crops. These bio-fermented products will replace some similar formulas that were running out, but I’m not discarding them; as they run out, I'm making a second activation of Microorganisms, which will lead to a second generation of microbiology and continue the hydrolysis of the present nutrients or minerals. I will keep the barrels closed for as long as the new formulas last... and back to square one!! From the fourth generation of Microorganisms, these will be suitable for human consumption... but that's another story! 🤷‍♀️ • MMA Ultra (Activated Mountain Microorganisms in liquid form with nutrients and minerals) - 02/05/21 This is a very complex formula that by itself would be enough to carry any crop from start to finish; it includes several vegetables (Pumpkin, carrot, and garlic) for their properties and vitamins, also three types of guanos (bat, bird, and mealworm) which provide a great wealth of trace elements, in addition to NP; three minerals (Phosphorite, Azomite, and leonardite), and finally, a bit of Kelp, and papain enzymes that will help convert protein (N) into amino acids. To start fermentation, I used whey from neighboring sheep, alkaline spring water to balance the acidity of the preparation, organic molasses, fresh yeast, and my Solid Mountain Microorganisms (MMS). Since February is a cold time, I kept the barrel warm during the first month to accelerate fermentation; after that, it has been closed and in the dark until today. •• Second formula: MMA Mineral (Activated Mountain Microorganisms in liquid form with minerals) 05/08/21 This bio-preparation guarantees the presence of all the minerals in the periodic table, as well as essential macro elements (P, K, Mg, Ca, S), thanks to the addition of 12 powdered minerals (Azomite, Montmorillonite, Basalt, Phosphorite, Kaolin, Illite, Ash, Pumice, Dolomite, Leonardite, Epsom salt, and Potassium sulfate). It is designed to be used from the end of the vegetative growth stage. The procedure and fermentation elements are the same as the previous bio-fertilizer; in this case, to accelerate the chelation or solubilization of the minerals, I used double the amount of my Solid Mountain Microorganisms (MMS). The main component of these bio-ferments is the Mountain Microorganisms, which solubilize the rest of the components, but they can also be replaced by whey, and then we would make a Lacto ferment, where lactic acid and lactic acid bacteria from the whey are also very effective for chelating minerals, mainly phosphoric rock. Lacto ferments work very well for foliar nutrition and as a prebiotic. Finally, it can also be replaced by fresh manure, just out of the backside of a free-range cow; here there’s a series of bacteria, but mainly Bacillus subtilis, in addition to all the nutrients from the manure itself that make this preparation the star of all of them, but I can't speak more on that, as I have no practical experience; my wife forbade me from bringing manure into the house... so maybe another time. 🤷‍♀️ If any grower is interested in making a formula, I can provide the proportions of the ingredients, etc. 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Some references on the above: - Preparation of a Solid Mountain Microorganism nursery (MMS) https://growdiaries.com/diaries/72611-sweet-seeds-tropicanna-poison-f1-fast-version-grow-journal-by-defharo/week/381549 - Activation of Mountain Microorganisms with Pumpkin, Carrot, Minerals, and Chitosan. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers and also to those lucky enough not to be! 🙋‍♂️👩‍🌾 Fourth week of flowering, the floral buds are starting to stand out among the dense foliage!! Vertical growth has stopped!! Robust and grateful plant, with a very manageable size and a rising metabolism! Water consumption has skyrocketed, watering every two days, and this is directly proportional to a greater variety of nutrients in the watering. This week, to help with the cold, I gave the plant "hot soup," like my grandmother used to do, I heated all the mixes to 20°C and always sweetened with molasses. My battle against mold and high relative humidity levels is succeeding, I make periodic foliar applications with horsetail extract or chamomile infusion, I keep humidity levels around 60% with a dehumidifier and good air circulation, the first signs of mold that appeared two weeks ago on the lower leaves of all the crops have completely stopped! Additionally, the water I get from the dehumidifiers (EC: 0.07) works very well for watering, mixing it with mountain water gives a final EC of 0.15, which allows me to slightly increase the nutrient concentration, although my nutrition strategy is based on feeding a little with each watering, I usually don't exceed EC levels of 1.8, the common range is around EC: 1.0/1.2. Currently, I have 8 plants, and according to their height, I arrange them in one or another grow tent, so that the canopies are level with each other. • DATA: 👨‍⚖️🤷‍♀️ Clandestine marijuana cultivation in northern Spain 🌸 6L air-pot. 🌍 Customized substrate with minerals, etc... see the composition in the fourth week of this diary. 💡 ViparSpectra P1000 lights at 60% power at an average distance of 25cm. Side: 450nm LED panel (36w). 🌞💡 Schedule: 12h indoors. 🏠 Grow tent shared with 3 other sativa plants: 60x60x140cm. 🥗 Soluble nutrition 3M, homemade with Organic Matter, Minerals, and Microbiology. ================================= • FIRST FERTILIZATION SINCE TRANSPLANTING TO POT I have prepared a mix of various solid organic components, which will serve to regularly fertilize all the crops until the end. As a base, I used the mulch from my last harvest two weeks ago, a completely decomposed material, turned into humus by microbiology, pure organic matter, I added an equal part of seaweed Bokashi and then added a third part, with all the organic components I have (Bird guano, bat guano, and mealworm, PK humate powder, Leonardite, Azomite, Dolomite, Kelp, Spirulina, and Chlorella, Diatomaceous earth, wood and palm ash, fish meal, bones, blood, cotton and alfalfa seeds, coffee grounds, Epsom salt, dehydrated pear, apple, and potato peels, powdered eggshell)... I might be forgetting some. The point is that this preparation is essential to feed the substrate's microbiology, varied organic matter that will be dissolved and mineralized. For the application in the pot, I first remove the existing mulch, apply approximately 6g per liter of substrate, rake it in, and then cover everything with the mulch. I will do this practice, more or less, every 3 weeks throughout the life of the crop, then I applied a deep watering based on Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA) with molasses to provide energy, this way I inoculate all the new material so that the microorganisms can start the party!! 🙋‍♂️👩‍🌾 ================================= • I want to smoke sativa all day!! 🤸‍♂️💃🤪 GREETINGS GROWERS!! 🙋‍♂️👩‍🌾🌞 ================================= 🙄✌️👇🙏👌🤜👍👉👉👉❤️💜❤️👈👈👈🤛👌🙏👇✌️🤩🙋‍♂️🏽 =================================

deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers and also to those lucky enough not to be one!👋👨‍🌾 Seventh week of flowering for this elegant strain, a very compact plant with great leaf mass and beautiful flowering buds growing, promising a lot! I water deeply every 2-3 days, the last one very lightly (I never water with pure water), this coming week I will do more concentrated waterings with nutrients to boost flower formation. I continue with foliar applications every three days with horsetail and chamomile for fungus control, I keep a dehumidifier on and have added an air extractor in the grow tents. The highlight of this week has been the sunny days, which allow me to reduce the artificial light time by two hours per grow tent (I have 3), then I take all my pots out for 2 and a half hours and tirelessly chase the rays of sun that come through my windows, I really enjoy seeing the plants exposed to the inimitable and free sunlight!🌞💡, plus, it's a lot of fun moving the plants around to not miss a single ray of sun!!💃🤷‍♀️ • DATA: 👨‍⚖️🤷‍♀️ Clandestine marijuana cultivation in northern Spain 🌸 6L air-pot. 🌍 Custom substrate with minerals and etc... see the composition in the fourth week of this diary. 💡 ViparSpectra P1000 lights at 100% power at an average distance of 15cm. deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers and also to those lucky enough not to be! 🙋‍♂️🌱 This Christmas we keep growing Marijuana!! All for the cause!! 👈🧙‍♂️👍 Eighth week of flowering for this plant that looks like a tropical palm, according to the producer the plant should be ready for harvest in two more weeks, but it will probably take a bit longer, for sure. The appearance is very nice, the numerous buds are showing all their power, growing compact and dense along all the branches, when they join together, the look will be impressive! Plant with a good level of water consumption and tolerance to all the nutrients I give it, it has already started to emit aromas, for now they remind me of citrus and mint, we'll see how it ends up. Plus, the plant is showing strength against the appearance of fungi, good strain! • DATA: 👨‍⚖️🤷‍♀️ Clandestine marijuana cultivation in northern Spain 🌸 6L air-pot 🌍 Customized substrate with minerals etc... see the composition in the fourth week of this diary. 💡 ViparSpectra P1000 lights at 100% power at an average distance of 15cm. I think the grow has enough energy for another 3-4 weeks... the plant is manageable and grateful, I like this strain! deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 In 2022, I'm still growing marijuana, so I can smoke as much as I can! 👈🧙‍♂️👍 Eleventh week of flowering for this elegant tropical-looking marijuana plant, thick buds of great density cover all the branches and the flowering shoots keep growing, all looking very fresh and vigorous with no signs of aging, according to the producer's forecast it should have been harvested ten days ago! ☀️🤷‍♀️😁 This week, water consumption has continued to increase, which is a sign of unbeatable health, the plant is inexorably advancing towards the zenith of its glory!! 🚴‍♀️ Strength, beauty, and easy handling are the characteristics of this strain; if the smoke lives up to its potency, it will be a strain to consider for the future. The plant appreciates the 2.5 hours of sunlight in the spot I've reserved for it, not losing a single ray of sun! I've added a lamp to the canopy, a 2800K COB LED with a 90° lens, which I turn on cyclically every half hour, all to avoid excessive electric light consumption and to test my crops this season with much fewer watts. Last year and the year before, I grew with an average of 110w per plant, but this season I've reduced the light intensity and I'm growing with an average of 47w per plant. I do the same with the side panel of 3000k + 660nm, turning it on every half hour. And that's all for this week, take care!!! • DATA: 👨‍⚖️🤷‍♀️ Clandestine marijuana cultivation in northern Spain 🌸 6l air-pot. 🌍 Customized substrate with minerals etc... see the composition in the fourth week of this diary. 💡 Canopy lights: ViparSpectra P1000 at 100% power at an average distance of 15cm. 2800K COB LED with a 90° lens at 50% power (26w) Side: 3000K + 660nm LED panel at 50% power (17w) ☀️💡 Mixed schedule: 10h indoors plus 2.5 hours outdoors. 🏠 Grow tent shared with 3 other sativa plants: 60x60x140cm. 🥗 Soluble nutrition 3M, homemade with organic matter, minerals, and microbiology. • I want to smoke sativa all day long!! 🤸‍♂️💃🤪 GREETINGS GROWERS!! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾☀️ ================================= 🙄✌️👇🙏👌✊👍👉👉👉❤️💜❤️👈👈👈🤛👌🙏👇✌️🤩🙋‍♂️🏻 =================================

Giving mountain water is really the best! (you are lucky to have access to that😊)! In summer I love to use lake water but lake is frozen now.... You are a a true devoted organic gardener and your skills shine by your results. And your journals are always well detailed, and we can feel your Love for ganja.😍😍 I am trying this thing using *mulch* from wet trim... I re-amended the soil 3 weeks ago and put my trim and leaves on top while soil cooks. Plan is to crumble the mulch finely, mix it with soil before planting. Thanks for sharing and have a great week
deFharo
deFharo commented5y ago
@sativaman, it's essential for microbiology use to use pure water without chlorine. I visited several permanent springs in my area, armed with a pH meter and an EC meter. I mainly selected two of them: the first from a mountain spring at 700m altitude (EC: 0.3, pH: 7.3), the other, alkaline, at sea level (pH: 9, EC: 0.85). I use this one for my consumption and for my ferments, which helps to balance the acidity of the preparation. Both waters, depending on the geology of the area, are rich mainly in Ca, Mg, and Si. Mulch is essential for me to retain moisture on the surface of the substrate, where most of the mountain microorganisms live, which are aerobic. That's why I'm opting for soil mixes in my new crops that only contain minerals and hardly any organic nutrients. I add the nutrients on the surface as a solid amendment throughout the cultivation, and I keep the inoculation of microbiology constant to accelerate the decomposition process of these materials.
