Great week. She got thirsty and received her first watering. I added in Recharge and added in some Dynomyco beside the plant. The next day she was happy! I swapped out the lights she’s soaking up light from a new Mars Hydro TS1000 now at 25%. I may raise the light soon to she if I can get her to stretch a little. So far she’s happy and healthy.

She’s doing great! This week I watered twice, soaking the pot each time. I also top dressed with worm castings mixed with multiple organic amendments. Oh Recharge was added to water each watering. I plan on starting a little LST soon.

She is a slow grower but I can tell she about to explode. I’ve began a little LST tying the top over and tucking leaves. I believe she’s going to explode very soon so today (10/16) I made a tea using natures living soil, molasses, calmag and Recharge. I’m excited to watch the growth this week. I’ll post more pictures throughout the week. All week I’ve trained and tucked. She’s coming along great. And she’s getting more thirsty every day. Day 41 last day of this week she got a light defoliation and more lst. She seems to be responding well to the training. I wanted to avoid removing leaves but it was necessary. I expect massive growth this coming week! Happy growing

She continues to grow beautifully. She’s responding to LST great. I look forward to watching her this week to see if she gets any taller. I’ll update throughout the week. 10/28 watered with calmag and molasses. Adjusted ties and cut off a few leaves to help light penetration. I hope to watch and water from here on out but this is my first grow of this strain. 10/31 last day of this week. She was getting dry and light. Watered 6.5 water about 1 gallon total. She’s starting to get a little frost already and some purple is showing up.

Should I defoliate anymore? I was thinking of water only the rest of the way but??? Do I have to many leaves?

On your case I would not. It does not appear to be blocking any bud sites too much. Usually if a plant gets really think I try to thin it out for better air flow. But having a green canopy across is ideal for plant to photosynthesize and grow to its potential. Good luck and happy growing. Enjoy the harvest soon. 🤜🤛🌱

11/1 a new week. She’s just getting fat now. Today I watered with ph water. I’ll either top dress or make a tea the next time she’s thirsty. The purple is coming on fast, I will add pictures and update throughout the week. 11/3 decided to top dress with worm castings and a mix of Down to Earth nutrients. This has been the easiest plant to grow so far. 11/5 all is well. Noticed a touch of burnt tip. I’ll take that as perfect. I do have a tea brewing for another grow, she’s probably gonna get a shot of that soon. Lol. So far so good 11/6 she’s packing on weight everyday and starting to smell like limes.

11/7 This has been the easiest grow I’ve ever had by far. I’ve adjusted a few things and added some new products (Recharge) as well as this is my first grow with Gnome genetics. I’m giving a ton of credit to Gnome and Recharge and maybe a little CalMag. She’s getting fatter daily! And smells so good! I can’t wait to try this one out! I’ll add pictures later in the week, I suspect beautiful colors. 11/9 I water she gets fatter, smellier and stickier! Perfection! 11/10. Top dressed a little. Last feeding I believe. Updated stickers. Shout out to Recharge and Dude Grows! 11/12 She’s getting closer now. Watering and watching. Smells awesome but not to strong. 11/13 last day of this week. Seems like a small fade starting to naturally happen. Today’s day 61, my timing here seems a touch off. Chop day should be soon.

11/14. Day 62. Possibly the last week. Breeder says 65-75 days. All trichomes milky. I’d like a few amber before I chop. She’s starting to lose a little color in her leaves. 11/15 she’s fading quick. I hope to see some amber soon. 11/18 she continues to fad now. I removed a few leaves that were turning. That opened up the center a little allowing more light. This is day 66. All trichomes are milky. I will harvest within the week. 11/19 Remove clips and a few fan leaves. I’m finished until chop. I’m going to let her dry out and then chop. Can’t wait to try.

In this grow there were a lot of firsts for me. Genetics-recharge-natures living soil all firsts. This was a beautiful plant that needed nothing from the start. I can’t wait to smoke this! She smells like gassy citrus. I Wish I had a long list of things to write. This organic grow was simply easy. I already have another one growing. I will update more harvest pictures and smoke report soon. The buds are in large paper bags drying, another first for me. https://gnomeautomatics.com/black-strap More in growth. From a seedling this plant really didn’t need anything. I top dressed and fed a couple of teas just because it made me feel better. Lol. She trained perfectly with big strong branches. The buds are fat and dense. The colors throughout this grow were beautiful! Making for lots of nice pictures. Buds spacing was wonderful. All around it was just wonderful. I’d heard of Full Duplex and Gnome genetics and now I know they’re legit! I have 4 more of his plants growing now. If the slime matches the plant it’s gonna be absolutely amazing! Day 2 of dry I had to open the bags and get a few pictures. The smell is amazing!!!! I decided to stick the root ball in a new bed I’m working on. I will be curious to see if anything cool happens. These buds are looking amazing as they dry. And the smell is absolutely amazing! The humidity in the bag hit 58%. Time to trim and jar. The smoke is amazing! Will keep this beauty in my collection. 102 grams of beautiful dried and trimmed buds.

Does anyone have good advice for drying in paper bags? Single layer, folded bag. 72 degrees (best I can offer) anything I should know or watch for?

I usually use large paper yard waste bags and hang my whole plant upside in them. These bags are fairly thick. I use a dowel and push it through the bag so I can hang the plant inside of it. I fold the top and secure it with clips at the end so it stays folded over. My room is usually around 72F and my ambient RH in my room is around 50-55%. I do check on them once to make sure there's no mold or bud rot forming as well as to see how they are drying. I've also just put buds in a small paper bag at same temp and RH and gave it a gentle mix every now. I don't put too much flower in them but enough to cover the bottom of the paper bag. Good luck! Hope this helps a little.
the end.
