Day 29 - Ugghhh, signs of lockout on some of the clones. I'm guessing I got a bad batch of soil last time, as the SFV OG used the same stuff. Gonna water and and add some calmag and measure the runoff
Day 30 - No change
Day 31 - Girls are up to around 16" and very leggy with little growth inside. Lst'd the girls and defoliated a bit to get some light down inside. I'll top the heck out of them in a day or two to let the inside start to catch up and also to increase the outside tops.
Day 32 - They took nicely to the LST
Day 33 - Want to hit them with some calmag, just waiting till they need water. I'm almost certain I got a bad batch of soil which would explain the problems with 2 different grows that used the same soil.
Day 34 - Watered tonight. Gave the 2 Wilma's 1 tsp calmag and 2 tsp Grow Big per gallon, and the Betty's 1/2 tsp calmag and 2 tsp Grow Big. I hadn't yet fed them before and hoping this will help with their issues.
Day 35 - My yellow girls are hanging in there. Hoping they turn around and start greening up. Friggin bad batch of fox farms ocean forest. Bought it from a different store than my usual source, won't be going back there. The SFV and these chemdawg clones both yellowed up after transplanting into this soil. Also, a buddy I set up with 2 chemdawg seedlings is having the same problem. I'm using city tap water and he's using well water so it's not the water. We ph every watering to 6.5
Thank you for this very informative diary! For someone which is learning the ropes like me this is very precious information.
Wish you luck with the growth! πππ
