Never topped plants before, this is my first time growing and with the tight spacing of the nodes might have damaged the little growth in the crotch when I cut... Should I be ok or did I potentially damage the yield potential? Should be able to zoom in on last few pics of week 3

Looks fine! It hard to see, but try to keep a little stem on top of the remaining node, i.e. cut close to the topped node, to reduce the risk of harming the new branches.
