Hello lordconcarne the green on your soil is micro algae. It devellops on the soil because of the light and humidity. It is not good for your soil so remove it. To remove it use a wood stick and scratch all the top of your soil. It will disappear in 2 days. Hope it helps you. Good luck. Bye

Also knock them down to 20/4 unless your set on seeing 24hr light grow through, I think all living things benefit from a little rest and you save electricity
