Never tried anything from Surfr. Lots of different crosses from them. Wanted to try something different and said why not. This is jet fuel Gelato x redneck wedding (gmo x trophy wife) I think the trophy wife is just a pheno of wedding cake? Maybe not. But I believe all these varieties are from phat panda in Oregon. These are regular seeds and chance of a male..so popped 2 beans. Have 13 more plus a freebie pack from them of ogchem x unknown cookies. Pop those sometime in the future. Should be another great cross.

I picked this up for the jet fuel Gelato in it. I found put this is phat panda strains out of Washington state. I think I said Oregon before. Should be decent genetics.
Growth will improve after this week. Low light intensity has not helped them at all. One of these also fell over and hoping it didn't kink the stalk. As of now it seems to be fine.
This batch of seedlings is not happy with me. The cold has taken a toll and my neglect. The small plant that the stalk got kinked is alive..just hasn't grown at all. I will give it every chance to grow however. The larger plant is showing signs that its not happy about the cold floor. I have heat mat under them all now and way more light intensity..which I believe was 75% of the problem. Also have them sitting up on some books to get them off the floor. Hoping both pull through and hoping for girls!
Just did away with the smaller plant that the stalk had kinked on. It and the forumz plant. It just didn't make it. The surround sound runt is still alive..but isn't growing. It was most likely my mistakes that did them in. This has continued to improve and hopefully a girl. Plenty more seeds of this one and will try again if it's a dude.
Transplanted into a 1 gallon container and then topped this one. Growth has improved and hoping for a girl. Have plenty more beans however and hoping to find a Gelato leaning pheno.
I'm about 95% sure this is a girl. Very nice smell already. Not sure why some of the leaf tips get yellow after a topping..but that's the only ones that show it. The first set after topping location. Not the only plant to show this. Also not sure how I get lucky in getting girls from regular seeds so often. I'll take it though!
Some of the fans are showing yellowing on just the very ends. Only the ones above the spot I topped. Perhaps something to do with that..or my watering habits. Wonderful smell on a stem rub!
Stayed very happy and healthy all the way through. Very easy to bend and manipulate under the net. Great smells already. Already popped another variety from surfr. Ogchem x unknown cookies.
Slowly removing leaves and this one has stayed pretty happy. No clones have rooted as of now but plenty more seeds to pop of this variety. Giving all varieties a shot of cal-mag and big bloom with a little molasses once a week.
Taking a few leaves here and there. This plant drinks a lot of water. Pretty strong grower and the smell is starting to develop. Right now it's very earthy and sour smelling.
Looks like this will be the biggest buds this run so far. Happy with how it's doing being my first go with surfr seeds. As of now it smells like rotten fruit or fermented fruit.
Flowers are starting to swell up. Definitely will be the larger yielding plant of this batch and impressed with surfr seed as of now. Still has the rotten or fermented fruit thing going on as of now.
This one has become impressive..super smelly and still has the rotten fruit thing going on. None of the pistils have even offered to start dying back yet. Most likely a longer finishing time for her..hope she's done at the 10 week mark. Going to be the biggest buds in the tent by a long shot.
This plant keeps pushing..some purple has started to show in the flowers but it's still developing. Looks like this particular one is going to be a long finisher. Not sure how I will handle this in another week or so. Cross that bridge when I get there. Smell has remained the rotten fruit thing.
This gal needs more time..a couple of weeks from the looks of it. Going to try and give it to her by chopping the rest and using bamboo stakes to hold her up until its finished. Going to change style moving forward just to avoid this problem. Going to individual plants on a more perpetual style for the foreseeable future. For this reason and an excuse to pop more beans. She still has the rotten or fermented fruit smell coming from her. Biggest buds in the tent also. Very dense flowers and purple showing throughout the bud.
Just added another week's worth of pics. Took this one and the 2nd pheno of alien treatz to 70 days. They where a mess after pulling the others out of the net. But I managed to make it work. Will finish diary once the are finished drying and trimmed. This one could have used more time..that I wasn't willing to give it. Has a cookie type smell going on and assume it's from the gmo in her. Not exactly what I was hoping for from it. Will pop the rest of the pack in the future.
Easy enough to grow but no clones survived. Only 2 was taken and winter time is always a struggle in my room for cloning and trying to pop seeds but I manage. Large very dense flowers that need airflow. This particular one needed a very long finish time for my style of growing and I managed to give it 10.5 weeks but it looked like it could have went 12 in my opinion. Overall not a bad variety and will pop the rest of the beans eventually..I've got a lot of packs I'm looking forward to more perhaps.
