This girl is really hitting her stride now. There’s been a lot of growth over the last week. I topped her on Tuesday night so she’s a little stressed and droopy but the lower branches shot up overnight. I did accidentally pinch off a bit of the small tops at the node where I topped it so I’m not sure how that’s going to end up but we’ll see.
I’ve been supplementing with some cal mag every few waterings but otherwise both plants are really thriving off the FFOF soil. I should probably hit them with some recharge next watering, it’s been a couple of weeks since I last used it and I want the soil biology to be thriving when I flip to flower since I’m trying to use mainly organic inputs for this grow and minimize the bottle feeding.
I’m really digging the structure of this one, the top leaves aren’t as big as they are on the Kosher Kush plant she’s sharing a tent with so the lower bud sites are getting enough light without crowding so badly. Once she bounces back from the topping I’m going to repot her and hopefully flip these two plants to flower next weekend. Hopefully by that time I can move the BBC and Nana Glue seedlings up to the attic tent while the Northern Lights auto up there finishes out. I could veg these two a bit longer to fill out the canopy a bit more but I’m trying to time it so they finish and are dry by the time I need to go out of town for a week in April.
Looks nice man. What is your temps right now with lights on and lights off ? Also do you have a thermal temp gun and a PAR meter ? I would get them ASAP if you do not have them already. LED lights can get nice and close to get the most PAR out of them onto the plant tops. A thermal temp gun & PAR meter will really help you maximize the potential of your lights. Keep up the great work man if you ever have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Check out my diary of 200 LED lights & 7,000 plants & follow my profile! Happy growing friend.
