Fastbuds Purple Lemonade 2nd try!

12/29+ Last week went well. Not much to say as of yet. She is coming along steady. Trying to get a good root zone established and making sure I feed plenty of microbes and beneficial fungi every watering. Has proven beneficial with organic growing. This strain is amazing when grown organically. I will update as she progresses. Until next time, happy growing to everyone! 12/31- She is progressing nice and fast. She has already started growing out branches. I think it's going to make her a nice and branchy bush! Debating on turning a lower branch into a pollen producer to make my own feminized auto crosses!? Have a couple weeks to make up my mind. She is going to be something special and I'm super excited to see what she becomes. 1/2- Was watered earlier today and was topped today also. Growth rate is increasing and I can't wait to see what she turns into. With all the signs so far, she is seeming like a good candidate for feminized auto crosses. If I can get a solid 4-5 week of veg before flower starts, I will have a beast on my hands.

1/4-Last week went well. She has been growing rapidly and was topped a few days ago. Her branches are starting to grow at a fast rate. She was the youngest one I have topped so far. She has a healthy mix of microbes and mycorrhizae mixed to aid in breakdown of nutrients and to aid in general health. That in combination of the growing medium with the environment has made for a rapid growing beautiful young plant! 1/5- I did some minor leaf tucking to allow the lower branches better light. She is going to be a beast of a bush. I will be using a combination of lst and mild supercropping. It will make for a nice wide and even canopy. She should yield well if she keeps up with her growth. She is going to be a feminized pollen producer for me. I'm going to cross it with many different strains. This is a great pheno so far and I want to take advantage of the opportunity. I really want to breed it with GDP and blueberry. Will probably mix it with several others just to see what I get. I will update as she progresses. Until next time happy growing to everyone! 1/7- She has grown rapidly the past few days. Started lst and am impressed with her vigor and strong stems/ branches. Using the lst to open up the inside for better light penetration plus to help even out the canopy. I know that it was a good idea to put 30% Coco Loco Coco coir and 35% extra perlite. It has allowed for increased oxygenation and a faster than normal growth rate. Should benefit the yield as well but time will tell. Happy with her and her family also. 1/8- She is coming along nicely and growing very fast. Has jumped up and spread out a few inches in the last few days. I adjusted the lst ties and did some supercropping to open her up from better lighting and penetration. Helped even the canopy better than it was! I think she is growing up as fast as she is because of the Coco Coir and perlite added. She is already having to be watered every few days. If she keeps it up and doesn't flower sooner than later, I will have a real monster on my hands. Might have to go under her own light. Time will tell! 1/9- She is growing upward fast now so I think she is starting her stretch. Going to be seeing signs of flowering soon! Going to be great! 1/10- Saw first pistil! Should really start to pick up growth soon. About to start her 4 th week above ground and she is looking good. She has potential.

1/12- Last week was good for this beauty! She is growing fast and is showing signs of flowering starting for sure! Some pistils are showing up plus the noticable stretch starting. I have continued to move her lst ties daily to keep her short and to allow the the lower growth to get better light and should increase auxins for branch growth. Have removed several lower leaves and some growth to focus all energy on upper parts. She is drinking considerably more now and is looking healthy. I'm debating on whether I should add her top dressing on the next watering or if I should give it closer to a week. Will do it before her stretch is too far along so I don't get any deficiencies. She has great potential if she keeps growing like I think she will based on my previous grow and others I looked at. I will update as she progresses. Until next time happy growing to everyone! 1/13- She is coming along beautifully and stretching a decent amount daily. I have adjusted the lst ties daily and she is spreading out well and lower growth is catching up. Am trying to keep her low while training to increase yield as well to get lower growth to even out with the canopy. I will remove the lower 30% of the growth on the branches (lollipopping) to allow the plant a chance to focus all the energy on the upper parts to maximize production. Growing several inches daily, so might end up with some nice big colas!

1/20- Last week was decent. she has continued to get taller but it producing Bud now. Have adjusted the ties daily and the light level as well to avoid light stress. She seems happy where she is now. Just did a defoliation and removed some lower growth. Can't wait to see these buds fatten up and can't wait to see the colors appear! I will update as she progresses. Happy growing to everyone!

1/28- Last week went well. She has been growing smoothly and beefing up. She is going to do well I believe! Still has a while until she will be finished, so I am just going to baby her along. I removed some leaves and lower growth last week. I adjusted her lst ties to do my best to even out the canopy. Buds are coming along. Gave her a nutrient tea. I left it to mix and break down with an air pump overnight. She responded well to it. Is fattening up fast. Will continue to do whatever she needs. Will update as she progresses. Happy growing to everyone! 2/1- Everyone is looking great. She has been beefing up and starting to show the amazing purple colors. She is going to need some help holding up the bigger buds. Will allow for the plant to put all energy in Bud making instead of trying to hold itself up. Helps get bigger buds! I have removed some leaves to help with light penetration. She is going to yield well I can tell. Should be some good potency stuff. The smell is getting stronger and is awesome! Can't wait for her to get done! I will update as she progresses. Until next time happy growing to everyone! 2/3- She is doing well. Her buds are fattening up really well! They have great structure with little amounts of leaf! She has some pretty big buds and I am going to tie them up to ensure the energy is used to build more buds rather than holding them up. She has a great amount of trichomes all over and the buds are plentiful. Each branch is full. Could have removed a bit more lower growth but she is filling out well anyways. 2/5- Last week went well. She has been continuing to stack on more bud mass and more white pistils continue to emerge. She just got a healthy dose of mycos with some big bud and molasses. Should help break down the organic amendments and aid in delivery of the nutrients. She is nice and perky! Wish I had more room but she is still growing some big beautiful full buds. Removed some leaves here and there for light penetration but she is just chugging along putting on weight! Will update as she progresses. Have some great strains coming from fastbuds. Purple is starting to become noticable. The calyxes at the base are solid purple! Starting to get a distinct aroma of lemony citrus smell with a floral background! Hope she gets nice and fat! I know she will be good no matter the yield!

2/12- Last week went well. She has been bulking up and is super solid. Started to give her only ph'ed water with some beneficial microbes and mycorrhizae, plus some worm tea. Will give recharge maybe 1-2 more times. After thati she is going to get only ph'ed water until harvest. Should be finished in 1-2;weeks depending on trichomes. Going to yield well for sure. Buds are like purple rocks. Smells like sweet citrus with a floral background. Can't wait to get a chance to try her out. I will update as she progresses. Until next time happy growing to everyone. 2/18- She is coming along nicely with the flush. Leaves are yellowing. Her trichomes are about 20% amber. Will be harvesting in a few days. Will put her in darkness for 24 hours and then chop. Smells amazing and buds are super solid! Unbelievable density. Fastbuds has amazing genetics and I was able to get them to send me some seeds to do a collaboration. Will be some amazing strains to come. Have blackberry to grow and wedding glue. So stoked.

2/19- Last week went well. She is just cruising along and ripening up. Her buds are rock hard and just about ready to cut down. Just giving her a few more days with only ph'ed water. Want her to be as smooth as possible. I used organic amendments but want to make sure I flush because she was given cal-mag and big bud. Has been flushed for the last 10 days now. You can tell she is fading for sure. Might chop in 2 days or closer to a week depending on what her leaves look like and what her trichomes have matured to. I will update as she progresses. It was an amazing strain that grew easily from the start. Was seed to harvest in just over 60 days. Have some great quality medicine to show for it. There are some nice big, fat colas. Will update with the smoke report and dry weight once she is ready to be cured. Thank you Fastbuds for the great genetics. Going to be more to come from them! Happy growing everyone! 2/26- She is almost ready for jars. Has dried quickly. The plant was dry when harvested so didn't have much water it held. It's covered in trichomes all over. Top buds and bottoms. And I'm surprised at how potent she turned out to be. Can't wait to get another one going from fastbuds in the next week. Getting my new grow room ready and once it is, I will be starting several others from multiple different breeders. Will update with a dry weight before long. Have smoked close to a half since harvested. Has a sweet lemon smell with a sour floral background . Can't get enough of it. Have many more great strains to come. Happy growing to everyone!
