Seeing steady growth. Topped TD and GG in hopes of knowledge and more so...a bigger yield. As this is my first grow and I am seeing what happens as changes are made, I have the plants their first taste of Fox Farms Grow Big... everything looks good. Been busy so I have been lagging on my reports. Will be more up to date. Till next!

Hi guys, First grow. Is there anything you recommend I pay close attention to this week and next? Waiting for seeds to do their thing. Grow area temp is 70-75 in the day and 60-68 at night. Humidity is below the necessary range, but I have a humidifier. Any advise? Thanks!

Hey there, in the first few week the plant will take in water through the leaves. Personally I try and aim for the 55 to 60 % RH while it's in its seedling stage also I mist the leaves because the younger stages they absorb moisture through the leaves. This is usually done with clones as well when there is very little roots. Hope this helps! Cheers 🍻

I am looking to "KISS" for my grow. Whats a good place to keep humidity at without worry? I am looking at maintaining between 60-75/80 for weeks 1-2. My soil was sprayed thoroughly pre and post seed...BUT..soil looks lil dry. Should I water when it looks dry or something else?

for a KISS setup: 60-65% RH in veg/seeding 35-40% in flower High RH in flower will cause bud rot in dense buds. It needs to be lower. Nice use of a ultra sonic humidifier, I have one as well. Once the plants start to get bigger and respire more, the humidifier will not be need, they will keep RH around 55% on their own. for lower increase the fan speed cycling air though the tent. I add a bit of hydrogen peroxide to keep my humidifier clean as well best of luck

1. (1 gal+1/4 tsp of Recharge for 4 plants, x2/week). Is my watering fine so far? 2. Is Recharge in veg+flo beneficial (if you've used recharge)? 3. When should I increasing dim and decreasing RH? 4. FD grows slowest, thoughts? 5. Root advice? 6. Week 3 considerations? Thanks

1. (1 gal+1/4 tsp of Recharge for 4 plants, x2/week). Is my watering fine so far? 2. Is Recharge in veg+flo beneficial (if you've used recharge)? IDK, never used that brand before 3. When should I increasing dim and decreasing RH? keep humidity high as a seedling/sprout 60-80% first week or so until it has a handful of mature leaves. lower it down into the 50-60% range for vegetation lower it again when your in flower and have some mini bud sides to around 40% 4. FD grows slowest, thoughts? No Idea, could just be genetics of that plant. 5. Root advice? Oxygenate your water before watering and use soil microbe inoculants, Fungi or Batercia once in an while to help with root health. fabric pots are also great but can dry out faster sometimes. I like to spray the outside of the fabric to prevent it to taking the soils moisture when I water. 6. Week 3 considerations? Over all looking good from what I can see, keep up the good work. Don't know if you have any air movement in the tent but a small fan helps the seeds get used to "wind" thickens up their stems, kinda like them working out. best of luck.

For folks with Mars Hydro TSW 2000 experience. What dim did/are you keeping your light on during weeks 2-3? I have done research and looked at MH data, but I would like tried and true experiences. Current dim is set to 2 notches below 50 at 18in. Thanks.

I have a TSW2000 in a 120cm x 120cm tent . I've started at 70CM above canopy with 30% on dimmer , after 1 week or 10 days, I've lowered the light to 60-65cm and increased to 60-70% on dimmer . After another 7-10 days increase to 90-100% on dimmer . You can try different heights and different dimming , even at 100% on dimmer and around 60cm from canopy wont damage the leaves . if you see some light burn , just increase the hanging distance . I've seen that if you increase the dimmer to 100% and hanging at 70-80cm in early stage , leaves will get much bigger and plant gets thicker . you can lower from 70-80cm when you see no burns on plants

growdiaries.com/diaries/130090-grow-journal-by-lytesho/week/710405 Plants bounced back from their heat stress, what are some things to look at and pay attention for wk5? Feeding w/ more nutes, any advice there? 2/4 plants have begun flowering, other 2 are close. Thoughts?

First of all your plants look great man, doing a fantastic job! The next few weeks they're gonna get much bigger, keep following the manufacturer guidelines for your nutrients but sometimes feeding slightly less than they recommended. If you don't have a feeding chart, Google image can help you out but your going to want to slowly introduce bloom nutes now. And in a few weeks tapre of on nitrogen 👍🌱

Hey man Your plants are looking good. This is what to expect when growing autos, it will start to show sex soon if it has not already and it will be slowly moving into flowering phase. I see a few Pistils in your DG plant, so that's a good sign I would still wait a week or so before switching to flower nutrients until more pistils and some mini bud sites are showing. Just like @gmslave said below, don't fully cut out the grow nutrients are still need just in much smaller amounts. They will all start to feed a bit more giving they are maturing into adult plants now. Auto's feed a bit less then the typical photoperiod strain and so bottle directed amounts can be to much sometimes. This is a good reference point for ec/ppm numbers for auto feedings. https://www.autoflower.net/forums/threads/med-man-method-feeding-chart-ppm-ec.47856/ Best of Luck and Happy Growing!

Plants looking fine. are your lights dimmed? because they are only 55cm away, i recommend either dimming to 50 percent or rising the light to 70 cm

@Mrs_Larimar, hey there. I was actually at around 20-22 inches from soil. I have adjusted, ran a lux test (prefer PAR), and now should be good. I am now officially at 18in and in LUX range. Thank you.
