@greenAF, First of all thank you very much for your words and welcome to the club. Thanks to all of you this journal is becoming very rich in awareness and I value your support 💚 🖖👽 100% friend. It is very true that most people are not aware to what level they are collecting all kinds of data from our devices and our daily lives. Today everything has internet and at least a camera and a microphone. Draw your own conclusions haha It makes me laugh even though it is a pretty serious issue against privacy. For me, governments should not influence the country's economy. It seems a bit of a crazy idea but I think that in the end it is nothing more than a partner who takes the largest percentage of the profit obtained and worked by society and then that money only serves to keep the political class where it is. From there everything else arises. I hope the CIA does not knock on my door because of these words 🙏😂

@Jobbie, So much wisdom in such a short sentence. For me it is just like that. If you don't enjoy the journey you will have nothing when you reach the goal. Just an emptiness inside that you will probably have to face in solitude. A situation quite different from what we mean by happiness 🙌🙏😀

I much prefer your way of thinking, just enjoy it, after all we all freaking die one day so might as well just relax and take in the sights, after all, as Bill hicks once said "It's just a Ride!". 😀

@Jobbie, Whether it's because we live in a fast-paced way or for whatever reason, there is no doubt that we rarely stop to appreciate the small details. I was also one of those who thought I would be happy when I had money, personal and professional success, a big house and a nice car. But some time ago I became aware that none of that is going to make you happy. Happiness for me is living in the present with a positive attitude. Your happiness depends on your own attitude. Of course there will be better and worse days. But living the present with intensity and a positive attitude will make you value every little detail that surrounds you and at that moment there won't be many things that can take you away from there. Philosophy time 🖖👽😂

@kohlrabi, Thank you for your spirit of awareness. That is what I intend to do with this diary. To offer a space to talk about everything without barriers. Also about the negative effects of drug use and many other substances. Feel free to come back and add value whenever you want. How important it is to connect with emotions. At the moment I have ayahuasca and LSD higher than xtc. In fact I don't contemplate doing so at the moment. But your experience helps me to learn and maybe if the time is right I will do it and tell you about it. Anyway, I think it is important to be aware that not everything is for everyone and that each person uses what works best for their life. What works for some may not work for others. What I think is of great value is to be able to share all this knowledge and experience with people from all over the world and learn from it 🙌🙏😀

@HappyWeeds, nah, I wouldn't have started the conversation if I didn't want to talk about it. I think in a community like this, it's important also to talk about bad aspects of consuming. On the other hand, xtc had no bad effect for me and is my favourite drug. It connects me with my emotions, and I like that. But I only take it once every 6 weeks to stay healthy. Still, would recommend.

@kohlrabi, Sounds pretty hard. Sorry to remind you of that situation. You are absolutely right that you have to be prepared for any adverse situation and even more so for such a situation. I hadn't realized that point and I thank you for it because it made me learn something new today. Although of course therapy will help to live in a more fulfilling way when the healing comes you have to do it in the right way and at the right time. I feel bad for intruding, I hope you can forgive me and ask me for anything if I can do anything for you to help and make up for bringing you back to that situation during these minutes. I wish you all the best mate and keep on growing! 🤜🤛🍀🚀💚

🆕 HAP NEWS 🆕 It's Monday and here you have the result of the exercise I told you last week: 📱 Social Networks: 19 hours (11.3 %). 🏋️‍♂️ Hobbies: 6 hours (3.57 %). 👩‍👩‍👦 Family: 8 hours (4.76 %). 👨‍🌾 Work: 64 hours(38.09 %). ❤️ Partner (quality time): 7 hours (4.16 %). 👽 As you can see most of my time is taken up by work but I still have many hours of social media a week. It's true that it's a lot of hours because I update content here as a personal branding project and it could be interpreted as work time. But still there is no excuse because I dedicate almost a whole day of the week to social networks and it is a x2 or x3 the time I dedicate to my family or my partner. 👉What about you? Would you like to share your result?👈

@HappyWeeds, I have ran this Analysis as well before - and oddly it comes down to timing for me. It’s past 12am now - no family or partner time is available. So I spend these hours on plants and online community. It’s normal to fill the gaps outside of the normal working time zone hours in your society if you’re awake! Any family I have is sleeping. I can’t work now. Plants are my hobby along with social networking. Don’t beat yourself up cause you have a different daily rhythm than others, as long as ya smile and be happy in life, each to their own right? Grow on toke on!

🆕☠️ Week 10 update: SOCIAL NETWORKS ☠️ 🆕 🤔 The brave Morpheus would ask you: Do you dare to take the red pill? 💊 I ask you: Do you dare to do an exercise? 📕🖋️ Check how many hours a day you spend on social networks and include all of them (also the work and communication ones like WhatsApp. Also count the time you spend preparing for a photo or if you take a trip just to post it. Also the time you watch series on Netflix) 📲 Record it for a week in a notebook and also record there the time you spend on your hobbies, family, partner, health and other pillars that are important in your life. Dare to share it next Sunday in the comments and let's become aware of the conclusions we can draw from this exercise. I will do it too and I will share it with you. And at the end we will answer just one question: Do you think that the way we manage our time will allow us to live the life we really want to live? I know that in this social network users are more aware than in others and that the result is not going to be as shocking as if I do the same exercise on Instagram or Tiktok. But it will give us an idea of where we spend our time and if it is where we want to spend it. 🆕☠️ Week 16 update: CANNABIS ☠️ 🆕 In my case, I started with this poison very young but with a very sporadic consumption (maybe once a year) for fun. Later, in a more difficult stage of my life, I started using it to sleep. I honestly think that, if it is doing me some harm, I think it will be much less than the harm that a treatment for stress and anxiety would do me. But in addition, cannabis offers me other benefits that medical treatment would certainly not. This is my story and my relationship with this poison, when my brain is unable to switch off and sleep, a little bit of its poison is enough for me to fall asleep. 🍁🤔 What about you? @HappyWeeds, Cant say i have had the strain. For me, i like GDP strains for their heavy effect. i personally suffer from scoliosis, insomnia and OCD. Without cannabis in general, i would not be the social person i am today. Cannabis no doubt saved my life. Been smoking daily for the past 16 years & i'm still loving every joint i roll! When it comes to the growing aspect, i love experimenting with 'unorthodox' ways of training. i've fell in love with cannabis in general at the age of 5, when i accidently stumbeld inside my stepdads grow room. I saw the lights, the irrigation, the shelves containing all the nutrients and just everything in general! At that moment i knew, when i grow up, i'm going to be a grower! Well now here i am! My whole life evolves around cannabis, i'm a very simple man, i see a potleaf on something, i buy it.

Hey Happy! I have been a tobacco smoker in many forms: cigar, cigarette, tradition pipe, vape and hookah, they are all fun but you're right in saying they are not good for you, there is very little in tobacco that helps when inhaled, generally it just creates a problem only it can fix... for ten minutes. I tried traditional native American sun dried tobacco, it was nice if a little rich tasting, the hookah is a lot of fun but is the equivalent of smoking something like 5 packs of cigarettes. Interesting fact, tobacco is medicinal, if you make a cold compress and apply it to a bruise, the bruise goes away very fast. Still, I like a cigarette when I'm drunk, high or both, but I also know that this is no more than image and connection with other people who use. Vaping is nice, but hypnotic when making massive plumes of vapour, jury iss till out on whether it is any good for you.
