Two out of four poped right away. Looking for a mom so All aspects of growth will be considered the other two seem to be two day behind nearly poking out of the soil. Update the two that did not pop right away stalled out right at the surface . I suspect the temps where too cold at night as my room is in the basement and it’s middle of winter , outside temps in the teens at night . I proceeded to plant a anvil auto seed from mandalorian genetics , direct sow into the soil (first time doing this) in one gallon pots per breeder recommendations . That brings the count to 3 plants( hopefully) .

Looking a little rough in the pictures . Just did a bunch of training and defoliation. Getting them ready to take over the 2x4 for flower in the next week. Also reported them into ten gallons so they can get a root system going before the flip.

Few banana(s) inside the bud near the end of flowering is something pretty common depending strain and/or phenotype. You don't necessarely need to worry about it as most of the time they won't get mature enough to drop some pollen before you harvest, even tho they drop some pollen the plant won't have enough time to produce mature seeds and trichromes maturation is already advanced enough not to impact significantly your plant potency. You can also remove them gently with some tweezer before they open up and drop some pollen. Check my critical from nirvana growdiaries.com/diaries/27173-critical/week/205870 i had a few banana inside the buds that you can see on the first and second photo that i didn't even care to remove, not a single seeds in the end Happy growing

Hey friend! good attitude already looking for moms on your second grow that is the way to do it. If you do not mind would it be okay if I offer some pointers for you? So cannabis plants love heat and humidity. It is the buds that hate it, Your temps with lights on are way to cold for this stage of growth. Veg & early flower we can get much more rapid growth with warmer temps. 80-82 is a good rule of thumb with lights on. Also how cannabis plants grow is that they photosynthesize the light and store up energy durring the day cycle and when lights are off they do most of their growth. I know some people use 24/7 on plants but I generally only do this if I am trying to stall out plants. 20/4 is a better cycle to give them a rest and allow for better growth. If you havent done so yet get yourself a PAR meter and a thermal laser temp gun. These items will greatly help you get the most potential out of your lights and onto your plants without over doing it. Also study VPD vapor pressure deficit and how it relates to growing cannabis. All new growers should learn this one for sure. Keep up the great work man if you ever have any questions please do not hesitate to ask me. Check out my 200 light 7,000 plant diary and follow my profile. Happy growing & good luck with the mom hunt!

@LegacyMarketFarm, that's a good way to look at it & a great concept to start with. It's nice to know that someone is interested in both supplying people with knowledge & good quality flower - not just quick grow, tiny buds dispersed for profit like the many businesses I've encountered.

@Smileymw, Whenever you need me just PM me friend. All I ever ask in return is to follow my profile & subscribe to my youtube channel for support and I will always assist anybody who is willing to learn. I answer my PM's as quickly as possible but I am helping a few people out so I may take a few hours but I am on here multiple times daily. This is the first phase of my business plan. Connect with the community, I figured this was the best place to do it as my business is about cannabis education and video tutorials at this stage. Grow diaries is the perfect platform for it. I want everybody to know what type of person I am, How I grow my cannabis & how much care I put into it, I have a long-term goal of small craft cannabis producer but I want to do it right unlike all the others & build up a reputation and friendship with the cannabis community before ever even considering becoming a supplier. Along the way I am going to help and teach as many people as possible to try and help them avoid all the trial and error I went through for years.

@LegacyMarketFarm, thanks for all the advice buddy . Definitely stay close I’m going to need help along the way for sure. You are correct I do need to invest in more equipment. Currently saving up to invest in 2-3x3 flower tents . I figure our last frost date is mid March , I could hold off on heaters and just use the Furnace until next winter.
