Was a very easy, quick grower especially in veg these plants moved along quickly and very consistently in my 2 seeds I popped. But the plants ended up being hermaphrodites as did one of my other seeds from ILGM... as well as a couple seeds that didn't even germinate. I've grown in these conditions with much better results.. the smoke wasn't awful, smells nice but plenty of seeds to go along with it which may be growers error but again.. hasn't happened to me previously so the genetics may have some of the blame here. Either way the plan is to press rosin or make edibles so its not a total waste.

Easy for new growers who want to use bottled nutrients.. although plenty of negatives buying bottled nutrients I personally wouldn't spend extra when these do great work for the water weight compared to some of the others.

Plants grew quickly like I said in the previous review but the buds were very disappointing. Not entirely sure if the seeds were a result of impregnation from a definite hermie also from ILGM.. that was in entire other tent that didn't end up getting anymore hermies except the next tent over containing these two GDPs also from ILGM.. Or if they couldn't handle the environment they were in and stressed out some seeds.. but either way not what I was hoping for.
Smoke review
Other than working around the seeds the smoke was surprisingly decent. Certainly an indica, has some strong sedating effects. But it has somewhat of a lemony-gas smell to it but the flavor is very piney with some of that same gas flavor to it.. but a little planty due to smoking before properly curing but the harvest didnt turn out as expected so these will get mostly turned into rosin and edibles.

I have 2 GDPs from ILGM that now have seeds. One much more than the other but certainly seeds. My question is can these buds still be used for rosin/edibles? or even smoked? And can these seeds potentially be feminized as they may have been stress induced? Or assume bad and toss?

First of all - having run a dozen or so strains from ILGM - find somewhere else to get seed. This is a consistent theme with them - intersex traits aka herms
Yes you can still use the bud for anything you like.
If you have seed - it came from pollen. Pollen comes from males or females with intersex/herm traits.
Now. Can you use those seeds in the future? Sure! But youβll likely be going down the same path.. and end up with inherent intersex traits that will pollinate your buds.
Not the end of the world. The plant just focuses more on seed production once itβs been pollinated, but itβs still useable product.. just not quite as quality as if it hadnβt been pollinated.

They look happy and healthy.βΊοΈπͺ just harvested some GDP a few months ago. Purple phenotype 5 for 5.ππ o heard that the Green pheno packs more of a punch, but have had only purple so I'll check back with you. Happy growing.πβοΈ

@Nordynllc, Thank you for support, and I'll have to go check out your dairies for sure. I heard a majority had the purple shades come out and its what sold me, maybe we'll get a green pheno and test the theory.

keep your RH levels down, maybe try some fungicide early and keep leaves and soil dry, hopefully this time before flower the spots dont return π Are you reusing your medium ?
