Well that's simple buddy. You need nutes. For a starter general hydroponics do a trio grow, bloom and micro. You'll need a PPM/EC pen. 2ml/l usually gives around 400 depending on nutes of course. So once you give the 400 ppm nute then say later CAL MAG at 300 or you can do a mix and tweak it to your liking. The PPM isn't a thing where you need to give all in 1 feeding once it gets that over the space of 24-48hrs. Sry didn't follow question right. This is how you can get there.

Yeah, I think you might be right... but the only thing "wrong" with foxtailing are the looks - they still are loaded with cannabinoids and terpenes - they're just not going to produce "perfect" round, dense buds. There are a number of causes of this - and a number of things you can to help minimize the problem... but I'm wondering if you aren't close enough to harvest to really want to try any of these things...
