Cheese and Bruce have sprouted up. OG & Strawberry didn't sprout up at all. 3/11 put a new OG and Strawberry seed in each to try to get those strains to grow. 3/16 Strawberry started and OG once again did not germinate. Started a new OG via paper towel this time.

Geminated seeds in 1x1x1 rockwool cubes. End state is to be in 5 gallon buckets with 8" net pot and clay pebbles. I figured the roots are too small to reach all the way into water solution still so put small cubes into 4x4x4 rockwool. Did I need to use larger cubes?

Id have let em go a few more days at least before going into the bigger ones, if you cant see any roots poking out at all from the smaller cube its first in, there is no need to go up in size yet, but in saying that, goin up to a larger size a bit soon isnt the end of the world, just means you man need to occasionally water from the top if you think the plants roots are not growing deep enough to reach the water- like you see wilting even thou the cube's base is in water or you see the top half of the cube drying out. it will be fine either way so just be a touch ,more careful with watering for next 7-10 days til the roots are nice and long.

More Emerald Triangle Sour OG seeds failed, so tried to start all of those I had left. Finally one germinated in a paper tower and transferred it today into a coco coir plug to finish up germinating. Getting hydro bucket system lined up and ready to transfer over the bigger ones next week likely.

Moved Bruce out into the DWC this week as it was the only one to show a tap root. Wished I waited another week only as its getting really cold out again and tent is in garage where its fairly cold. Have a water heater to keep temp at 65, but the air temp is dropping below 50 at night. Hoping he makes it through the week.

Had two major cold nights down to 17 - 19 that did a number on them. Got a little space heater and put it in there with them and they perked right back. Little damage to the outer rim of the lower leaves. Thought I timed the last frost right, but its New England and the weather is already ready with its middle finger at us. Started to up the nutes a little bit on the bigger two. I am pushing the electric circuit is on to its limit and I have had it trip on me. Need to figure out a way to have it notify me.

Screwed up light timing. Thought I was on an 18/6 schedule in my tent but apparently it was 12/12 from weeks 3-7. It’s close to needing to be switched over to flowering size wise. I switched over properly to 18/6 two days ago and plan to keep it there for an extra week. Yes?

Hey there DrDing, will everything be okay? only way to know is to grow. But you're right to be worried , light schedule fluctuations like you're doing (12/12 to 18/6 and back again week on week) can cause light stress to the plant or delay flowering. it can also cause the plant to "get confused" and flower and veg at the same time , a technique called "super cropping" or (monster cropping? i think different growers sometimes use the same terms for different things). So perhaps it's a good thing, but dont let up your vigilance and check them fully every few days for nanners , if you can catch them quick enough you'll be able to control it. hope this helps ! 🚀

Added in the SCROG net this week. Week two of veg now. Gave them all their first full flush before two days of 98 degrees coming.
