This one just started exploding with growth all of a sudden, right after hardening off. So we'll consider this day 1 of veg, going to start by shaping her up! Then the plan is to supercrop, lollipop, and main-line her. I'll keep her in the veg tent as long as I need to get her looking how I like. Just like all of my other plants, compost tea through to week 6 of flower. Cheers everyone! ☁️ 🚬

She's recovered nicely from the abuse last week! Got her put on hyshield and hygrozyme as well, so that should really help. This plant's container is a bit larger than the other banana dads, I'll give her about a week or so more, until I transplant her into a 1l nursery pot.

Awesome stuff! Going to start this week off with a transplant, then we'll carry on with LST for the foreseeable future. It has a ton of side-branching which makes me think topping would likely hinder her more than anything. So LST it is! Also, +2ml/l more of micro starting this week.

Gave her a top-dress of 1 tbsp terp tea grow, along with the regular feedings. Happy green growth. Still got 1 to 2 weeks left for the mother banana dad. So a decent window of time to get this girl all prepared. I'm going to defoliate her this week to let the canopy open up a bit more. Other than that, I'd like to stay as hands off as possible. Let her do her thing. Cheers everyone :)

I'm floored. I incorporated grow big by Fox Farms into the feed schedule as well. I think that was the last little piece to my feeds puzzle. Cuz holy shit the growth has been 2-3cm daily.. I heard people talk about that growth rate years ago, but thought it to be a myth.. turns out I was doing everything wrong!! No wonder I never got that rate of growth lol. Only up from here! Cheers fellow growers! - RWI 😁

First thing i did last week was give this plant a transplant into the 10l fabric pot you see it in now. Seemed to adjust quickly to the transplant as well. I made sure to top-dress with terp tea grow, buffering the benis in the soil. I think that helped a lot in it's fast recovery. Loving the spread on this one. I'm not doing much training until I get a trellis installed. Which won't be until next week. I want to flip the bandad clones day 50 of veg because then I could harvest on day 100-110.

This will be my first time attempting a SCRoG and I'm a little bit confused on the order of operations... do I flip now or wait 2-3 weeks when they reach the screen? Also, should I lollipop these plants?

Hey Run! First of all i wanna say that ScrOGing is a great tecnique but it a very time consuming one too. Bit don't ever give up, i it is not that complicated in the end.. First of all i have to say that you did a great job preparing your plants 👍 Second thing i have to tell you is; you probably should get another "screen" with more and smaller squares. I use a WebIt (secret garden). I would even suggest to get two trellis nets, it can come handy to have a second one, i always use two, for support reasons and it also makes it easier to organize everything. If you dont wanna spend money you could divide the squares of your net in four using some rope. Don't wait for your plants to reach the net, pull the net down to canopy height and start spreading the branches of your plants. When you have done that you could take off a few fanleaves and lower growth (lolipopping) - its alwatlys good to keep it clean down there, you wont get nice buds from the spindly growth down there also you encourage air circulation by cleaning them up.. Maybe you wanna check out my latest diary "Tropicanna Banana ScrOG #1" it will surely be helpful, sometimes a picture is worth more than words.. Hope that was helpful.. Good luck 🍀 with your grow mate! ✌️

Defoliated her quite a bit to open her up. Got a Scrog setup now, had to modify it to make it the right size squares. Super ghetto, we'll see if it works 🤣 Planning to flip the tent on this plant's day 50 veg.

Alright, real eventful week folks! Gave her a huge leafstrip and lollipop yesterday. On top of that, I flushed her as well. I'm going to start by priming the soil with benis using compost tea and then I'll flip the switch on day 50 veg for my youngest clone. Since we're approaching the hot season, I'm planning on having the dark cycle during day time and light cycle during night. Hopefully mitigate the potential heat stress overall. Beyond that, I'll be feeding them hyshield every other feeding as I have been. Which should really aid in their overall resistance like it has so far. Cheers growmies! - RWI 😶‍🌫️😎

Sorry for the hiatus @Growdiaries, had a ton I had to take care of the past 3 weeks. Now we're back at it with consistent updates! So a lot has changed, I flipped the entire tent 3 weeks back(around the time I started the break). Since then only one of the girls have seemed to reach the trellis. And that's this lady, here. If the other plants end up not reaching it, I'll remove it altogether. Try again with the sweet zombie girl I have vegetating lol. I lollipopped and pruned all of these girls sometime last week for their final training. That definitely made it much easier to reach the girls in the back when feeding. Aaaand I believe that's it! Cheers everyone! - RWI 😶‍🌫️ 😎
