Hacked away at her this week, been a little brutal but I think she will recover well and come back stronger.
Added bio heaven to the regime, nice thick trunk coming in so will stop root juice soon as not necessary.
May consider removing the two lower thin branches but will see how things develop.
Noticed original sensible seeds started following me, hopefully they are not shaking thier heads at me for my butchering.
So I did remove the lower two branches, they were thin and i wanted the cross shape with the thicker branches.
Added some algamic to help her with the stress that I'm putting her in.
More topping and some fiming. From the main 4 branches, I have the two top one splitting into two and the two lowers have a 3 split and a 4 split. I have seen in other diaries that these stretch massively in flower so trying to keep her low and spread her out to get the most out of her without compromising due to the small tent I have and have as top colas as I can get.
Plus I'm enjoying the process, been running autos mostly so I'm liking not having a ticking clock over my head.
Peace ☮️
Been a good week. Small amount of topping and remove a few blocking leaves.
Update half way through the week, plant has a pH issue, my water is slightly high in pH but not affected my recent grows. Keeping things natural I have started to reduce the pH using 1 tablespoon of Sushi rice vinegar lol (it's just what I had) testing with a pool strip it has reduce it to about 6.2 so this will be the mix until I see improvements. I was hoping to flip into flower next week but need the plant healthy first.
I am on top of the pH issue I was having, been keeping the water on the low side of pH to even things out and reduced the fish mix due to the lockout. Recovering nicely.
Added a scrog net to lay a canopy out and removed some blockers. Need to remove some lower foliage in this week coming but giving her a little time before I do.
Maybe next week I will flip her in to flower as I'm fairly sure she will fill the tent in flower stretch.
She is healthy and happy after fixing the pH issue. I have removed lower growth that will not reach the net a removed fan leaf blockers.
Moving to 12/12 for flower in a day or two to give her a bit of time for recovery after tidy up. Gave her a small leaf coating of bio insecticide as a preventative measure as its the last time anything will touch her leaves.
Tuck and weave, tuck and weave. Removed more blockers.
All good in the green hood. Stopped alga a mic as I only have a little left so will keep incase I get a deficiency later on.
Keeping on fish mix for one more week so most of the stretch is out the way then will move over to bio grow for its lower strength.
Easy week, trying not to mess with her as she is healthy and happy. Only removed a few blocking leaves.
Have a bit of fluctuating humidity but no problems. I will use the dehumidifier more in the later weeks but saving on energy for the time being.
I think the stretch is over as no height change since last week. Hoping for buds to start fattening up, increased the bloom nutes a bit.
Don't want to jinx it but I think this is one of the best plants I have grown in terms of health and shape. Fingers crossed it shows in quality.
It is hot, hotter than I want to grow in but it is what it is.
Some leaf curl/thining and starting to lighten up a bit. Pistils are turning a lovely orange colour. Tips are a bit yellow so lowered the nutes. Will probably go on pH water only some time this week.
Taking noticeably less water.
