Great tent, but I wish it had bigger side openings

This was an exceptionally strong grower. It was something wrong with her and the way she grew, but it is amazing anyway. She had duck foot leaves and the buds were extremely frosty.

So do you have good results just using coco coir in fabric pots? Ive been thinking of trying it myself.. bothers me when the perlite on top of the medium piles up in one spot.. makes me think that side didnt get watered enough.. just my OCD haha

@Nickeluring, Ah I see.

Yes @Professor_Chaos, I've had some amazing results in pure coco coir and fabric pots. It's my preferred way of growing. I only use Perlite with soil.

Wow.. that is an epic germination chamber! Much props! I just use a cup on top of my LED driver.. or heatmat if its winter-ish. But I bet you havent lost a bean yet using that thing! Awesome!

Yeah, me too. I have to make an auto irrigation system for them tomorrow, so I can go away for Easter. Hopefully I won't do anything that kills them while away...

Nice grow. Just to let you know, the best pH for coco is between 5.5-6.5, and if you want to be optimal, it is 5.7-5.9 during veg, and 6.0-6.2 in flower. I just noticed you were at 7.0, good luck
Nickeluring
Nickeluringcommented2 years ago
Thanks for your concern @nerdz, Ideal pH depends on what nutrients are being used. Since I started to use the nutes I use, I never need to use my pH pen again...I haven't used it in a few years now and the plants are very happy.

Did you just freeze it and turn it into hash? What's going on with wrapping it together and hosing the plant in your shower? Lol to each their own, just wondering
Nickeluring
Nickeluringcommented2 years ago
@nerdz, No, nothing has been frozen. The strings around the plant is for holding it together when I take the plant out of the tent and move it around. Without the string the branches can break. I don't want to break any branches when drying the plant whole since it'll be alive for the first few days. I shower the plants if needed, i.e. if I have sprayed the plant with something or if it has had bugs. If it's really bad I do a full on bud wash with baking soda, peroxide, and lemon juice. Wrap-drying doesn't turn the buds into hash, but rather changes the buds to something different entirely. Its called cobbing and that's what I did with these Rainbows buds: growdiaries.com/diaries/39267-nicky-039-s-rainbows-cob-led-grow

Бро прикольный отчет. Но цветы получились достаточно мелкими, мои растения очень похожи на твои, надеюсь что чветы будут покрупнеею Удачи и заглядывай ко мне на отчет по этому сорту :)
