I lost my previous plants to an infestation of leaf septoria during week 2 of veg, which spread from a different grow. I'm using my remaining seeds and new soil to attempt it again. I will not be placing these pots in the grow tent until the plant with septoria is ready for harvest, removed and the tent is thoroughly cleaned out. I will be starting them in my room under a 32w GE Grow Light in the meanwhile.
5/5:
-1 remaining seed placed in dechlorinated water for 24 hrs.
5/6:
-Transferred seeds into damp paper towels.
5/7:
-Noticeable taproots showing.
-Will be placing into medium tonight or tomorrow.
-Update: Transferred the seed to its' 5 gallon pot with a little bit of Great White to help root development.
@Nightabsm, good to hear! Glad you worked it out. You can always take a small sample of soil to a local garden store and they can do an analysis on your soil so that you know what you need to adjust.
@Valleywestbuds, Appreciate the input, but I have many reasons to believe that isn't the issue (at least here). The plant recovered rather well after the increased nutrient feeding. I probably should have done so sooner, since runoff TDS has been rather low on this plant compared to others in the tent.
@420runner, Thanks man! I lost my previous round of these to an exposure of septoria or some other fungus in my tent from a different grow. They sadly never made it past week 2 of veg., even with countermeasures taken I was just too late.
Definitely gonna stay on top of this grow since I also have been looking forward to growing this strain, since I've loved it every time I've purchased it elsewhere. Will definitely update at least once a week and of course attempt to get nice, dense buds.
