Just put my seedlings into my home made living soil. Pro mix hp base. Roots organic compost/Manure, earth worm castings, buildasoil pumis, down to earth bio live , with some earth juice rainbow mix grow. Today is day one of veg and it been a slow start. The seeds popped on the 7th and it’s now the 22nd just about 2 weeks. This run I am going for yeild my goal is 1lb in a 3x3!
They are starting to take off this week I topped #1 and 3. They were growing a lot faster than # 2 and 4. #3 has the best structure out of all of them. I will prob take clones from all of them in about 2-3 weeks. I hit them with a little recharge tonight. We are now going into week 2
As we enter week 3 the girls are looking good. They have all been transplanted into 2 gal pots 4 days ago. I am trying out Build A Soil Light. A buddy of mine swears but it.
I wish I topped them a little sooner at the 3-4 node but instead of the 5th. I’m trying to get the lower branch’s to come to the top so I’m bending the top close to the third node. Once they Catch up I’ll take off the training wire.
Also hit them with some recharge today
A lot of training this week. Unfortunately I waited way to long to top. I thought I would get better branching if I topped at the 5th or 6th node but they grow way to uneven. I know now to top at the 3rd or 4th. Did a big defoliation at the beginning of the week to help the lower branch get more light. A lot of branches are tied down. I have snap a few tops off. Didn’t think I was going to hard but it happened more than once. Plant #1 was getting to tall so I topped both stems and super cropped right below. I’m not gonna touch these girls this week and see what happens. Have them some water down bloom tea I made for my other plants and added some Alaskan fish emolshion.
Now much has been going through. This week just some more topping and holding down branches trying to get them all even. I’ve stripped all the side branches on the lower branches hoping to see if they get taller faster
This week I transplanted the girls into to 7 gal square fabric pot. I’m trying out roots organic 707 for the medium. The transplant went really well. I really need to clean these girls up and get the autos out of the tent. I’m going to have to flip to flower with in the next 2 weeks
I was gone for ten day so the girls where on there own. I tried to scrog them Individually but I’m just going to use one trellis. They are ready for flower. I’m just waiting for my autos to finish so I’ll have another light
This is going to be my last week of veg. I took 4 cuts of each plant. I made the mistake of not cloning and I missed out on an amazing cultivar. I have not had to do any top dressing yet, the 707 seems to have a good amount of amendments thinking of trying Gia green bloom. But my canopy is completely full so I did a light lollipop and slight defoliation and will flip. I also took out the individual trellis and added one big one
Week one of flower is here. I kinda rushed flipping the lights. Usually I like to do a big defoliation 4-5 days before flip. This time I defoliation a few days in. I will do another one around day 17-20. The tent is slammed and they are stretching way more than I expected. I looked at other grow diaries and didn’t see much stretch on the banana hammock. But oh well. Like I said in my first entry I am going for yeild this round.my goal is a pound in a 3x3. The 707 soil i trans planted into still is loaded. I really didn’t need to top dress so I added half the amount of the Gia green 2-8-4 .5 tablespoons per gallon. With a hand full of castings. Then watered I. With some recharge. Only issue with my grow is I’m having trouble with humidity. It’s super high. So I added a dehumidifier and got it down to 57-60% witch is still high but better than 74%. The problem with the dehumidifier is it makes my area super hot. Temps are in the mid 80s
I’m a few days late for an update. We are at day 18 of flower. The stretch on pheno # 2 and 4 is crazy. They are 19 inches above the scrog net. There’s about a 8-10 inch difference between the front and the back of the tent. I’m glad I’m running two lights. Others wise the light would be 28 inches away from half the canopy. Anyways they are extremely healthy and just starting to get lil budlets. I had to bring up the lollipop a few inches and did a major defoliation. The tent I felt had really bad air flow and there where so many fan leaves. Buts she’s looking good, wish the canopy was more even but I’m happy with there health. This week I will hit the girls with a little terp tea.
Well they look great but I’m and really battling the temp and humidity. In the north east we are growing threw a big heat wave with high humidity. Even with my dehumidifier going it’s staying between 60-68% humidity. And with the dehumidifier going the temps are all n the mid 80s. I have the vent going to a basement window with a window fan but it still puts off a shit load of heat.
The girls are growing strong the heat wave finally ended so my temp and humidity are finally under control. I topped dressed a week early even though they didn’t really need it but I wanted to top dress by the end of week four so they would have enough food to last them the rest of the grow
So this week I ducked up big time. I shut my fans off when I open my tent so I don’t real out my house. And while I did this I must of hit the timer and the lights went on for a few hrs durning the night cycle. After just one day all of my plants revegged 😭. I am so pissed and all my flowers now look like retards. This week I tried build a soil bloom booster at 1 teaspoon per gallon. I can’t tell if The buds are swelling up or if it’s just the new growth of leaves coming threw. I started to chop off all the new growth but decided it’s will just have to be apart of the trim
Looks like I skipped a week but these girls are done. Was gonna chop them today but I had family over. All they have had is just ph water. About half what they usually drink
9.5 weeks of flower the girls are finally chopped.I will never use an elastic trellis for flower again. It was about a 40 min fight with the coals getting them out. Had to man handle the buds and really didn’t want to. The tent is now drying at 68 degrees humidity is at 66 right now. I
Turned up my intake fan and pulled my tent away from the wall a little more hoping to bring the humidity down 5-10 %
I’m definitely glad I saved one seed. Can’t wait to grow this strain again. She’s a fairly easy cultivar to grow that you did very well in the bag of pills really good. I only wish I didn’t mess up the light cycle in week five a flower, but she still came out good and did not Herm. Out of the four seeds that I pop Fino to taste it exactly like the description very fruity with a hint of honey I will definitely buy more ethos genetics but I don’t think I will run 7 gallon pots. Next time I’ll probably just use 5 gallon pots if I’m in this 3 x 3. it was a little crowded but I did hit my goal of 1 pound and 3 x 3
Weight of each plant dried

Very nice diary. Lovely healthy plants. Good luck coming into pflower.
Have been looking into ethos. And this strain. Hope she's a winner for you.
Good luck and enjoy your grow.
