Germination

Hi growmies, I hope you are all good and growing well. A few weeks ago @fastbuds sent me some seeds for free to show off here on grow diaries! I feel very lucky to be able to grow out this excellent selection of genetics. Wedding cheesecake has been one of my favourite cultivars for quite sometime now and always produces an incredible smoke. Runtz again one of my favourites and is certainly popular for very good reason. I took a swing with blue dream as I have never smoked nor grew it but I hear it’s medicinal properties are amazing, so I am very excited to try it out. This grow will be a fairly straight forward no fuss style grow. Each plant once germinated will be placed in 12L fabric pots in a 70/30 split of coco&pearlite. No fuss with too many different nutrients, I have about 1/4 bottle left of sensi coco bloom which I’ll just use from start to finish with some canna boost for flowering. I am just using up the last of my advanced nutrients line for my non organic grows but after this I will be switching nutrient manufacturers. (If anybody has a hook up for mega crop in the uk please let me know!) Anywhoo … thank you for stopping by I know this isn’t the most fun post but I’m hoping it will be much more entertaining in a few weeks. Peace

Hi growmies First week all going well. All girls have sprouted and have been put straight into their final pots. The medium is eco thrives 70/30 coco pearlite with added charge. Girls are just on a water diet with a small amount of mycoboost to help with rooting. Cover crop is a basic mixture of crimson clover, rye and some marigolds

Looking good this week, Slight teething problems with some deficiencies, not too fussed now as I have upped the feed amount to around 1/4 recommended amount.

@gottagrowsometime, Hi, I find once it grows out abit and covers more surface that it helps with moisture evaporation and helps the coco retain water for long. Which then also helps lower humidity in the flowering stage. Also a good addition to the substrates microbiology, lots of different benefits
