Besides that only 2 popped out of 7 seeds was the only negative..I dealt with mold on other of plants none on blue cheese ones. I also dealt with hanging them in too high humidity they dried to fast on me smell changed

Hey there IslandP Regardless off the source of mold/smell if you were wanting to harvest these plants after that I would highly recommend looking up a technique called Budwashing. Essentially you take your fresh cut crops and dip them in a bucket of water with a small amount of hydrogen peroxide. Then dip them in a follow up bucket of cold water. This method is known to help clear out some forms of powdery mildews and pests. It also has the advantage of cleaning your buds of dust/hair (you would be surprised how much they gather after 4-5 months) for a much cleaner and smoother smoke. Hope that helps you come harvest time 😎

I may be a little late to the party but I'd go with mold/mildew looking at your pictures. Any foliar sprays could make it worse. If its bugs go for a natural predator like ladybugs. Its its mold ot mildew try and wipe it off with a dru cloth then get a good strong floor fan blowing from below up into the plants. Could be a good idea to try and train the plant out wider too so you dont gavs buches of leaves and buds touching each other. Just my thoughts. Apart from that your grow is really great and I'm going to follow from here on out! Good luck!

Hello @IslandP . Spray every 4-5 days for at least 3 times and spray all the plants. Another good way to fight meal bugs and scale bugs is a potassium salt spray. Happy growing ! 👊

Hey there congrats on your new plants, I typically start all of mine in plastic cups also. One they've gotten about your size you could transplant and it might make them a lot happier. Also those yellowing leaves seem characteristic of a lack of nitrogen , so if you transfer, I'd either give em good soil or begin slowly feeding. Happy growing

There is not enough soil in Ye pot and it looks very dry. When you’ve read that you shouldn’t overwater... you do still need to add water for it to grow ;) all jokes aside, looking good for 2 weeks. Transplant into a bigger pot now and water ASAP ✌️🏻

Your diary says outdoor? Were you doing supplemental lighting to make up for low sun hours? If you can get em outside and getting at least 6-8 hours direct light I think they'll do alright. They may begin to flower but they'll do a bit a stretching in the process.

@IslandP, The abundant sunshine and nutrient rich soil that encourage fast growth more than make up for a few added hours of additional LED. Let nature do its work while you sit back and enjoy the island, IslandP! It’s normal for topping to create 2 equal stems, 4 if you da kine laki. Aloha

@Experimentgreen i moved here to hawaii. The suns out 12hrs so i got 2 led lights 300w and was giving them the extra 6hrs to make it 18hrs. Now with this light bill im forced to do 12 sunlight thats it. So i fig instead of losing or dumpin 13plants lets see if i flower them atleast get something in return in harvest

Discreet garden you’ve got there, and protected from rain. But humid Hawaiian weather breeds all kine stuff. Maybe add a fan - much cheaper than lights. Buds look good. Enjoy

@growdoctordc,thats what i been thinkin and tryn to do next. To jave extension cord fan waterproof outlet and run it under in their. It gets cooler at nites finally now. But i am worried about that humid here. Fingers crossed 3 more weeks

If it’s very rainy where the fan is plugged in use a GFCI extension to prevent you being killed touching a wet fan! Keep growing outdoors but find a way around the bugs/mold. You are luckier than most growers on Earth: you’re growing on the world’s newest and most fertile earth!! Hawaiian sunshine, abundant rain and naturally rich volcanic soil!!- PLEASE! You have to do almost nothing and still yield a great harvest. Aloha
