Start Date Aug/23 Synthetic Grow.
GOW for 24hrs or until a tap shows. Then into cotton wool pads until a 1-1.5cm shows and then into soil and will be given mineral green house feeding line. I'll be giving a 60/40 mix ratio for both plants
Germination and moved into soil complete
Got a good tap from 24hrs in GOW then 14hrs in cotton wool. Moved into 11L pots. Usually I uppot to make a good root ball. But let's see if this makes a big difference, I reckon the growth won't be as quick but I'll get a better root ball. But as its an auto, I'd rather have quick growth, let's see. And I won't be adding any nutrients for the 1st 2 weeks at least. Will start grow week as soon as its up. I'll be vegging all 6 autos under FC 3000 but I won't have enough room under this light to flower them under so will be moved to 2X P1000s and 1 SF 1000 100watt lights.
As there is 1 organic and 1 synthetic, they had to be prepared differently. For the organic 1, she was started in a 5.7L pot and was given enough light mix/all mix and biogrow powder to be enough for veg and when she starts to pre flower I'll switch her to bloom powder. The synthetic 1 was put straight into an 11L pot with the same soil ratio mix as the organic one but synthetic Greenhouse Feeding will be applied the veg phase.
This is the organic grow, using green house feeding bilinear with organic light/all mix 60/40 ratio

I also have powder cal and short flowering, but I doubt I'll need the short flowering with the hybrid + booster packs
I'll veg my autos for as long as I can under my FC 3000 But they have 9 females so all autos will be going under 2x p1000s and 1 SF 1000 and I'll be adding a sunpro 50watt UV A+B on the last few weeks of both grows.
Week 1. Seedling Days 0-3 Both plants came up at the same time, more or less. Both are doing well, too early to say about how good growth is, but they are up and happy. But, if I had to say which looks the strongest it would be clearly the organic seedling. Will stay the course until the organic flips then I'll uppot to an 11L and apply bloom powder to a 60/40 light/all mix substrate. The synthetic will stay in the pot she's in now until harvest, (11L)
SD 4-7 Both plants are doing well. The organic has picked up pace but the synthetic isn't far behind, she just needs to touch roots to something to take hold. Haven't grown like this before, but its good. I just don't like the thought of no root ball (a root ball, you don't really see a lot of root growth on the outside, the roots tend to keep to the middle therefore making for easier and more efficient nutrient uptake.
The plan as for lights, is to veg them under the FC 3000 or for as long as I can fit 15plants under her, thankfully the bulk will still be in 5.7L pots as 9 of them are females. So, I should be able to veg all autos under the FC 3000 and then I've 3 100w leds for flowering, of which I'm going to to use 1 for 6 auto plants.
Thanks to dutch-passion for sending me the seeds to take part in their contest.
And to MarsHydro led lights and to the rep that I dealt with, thanks very much for adding a great light to my grows.
Week 2, Day 8-11 Amazing growth the last 5 days. Really picked up on day 6 right through till now.
The synthetic plant picked up some type of pigment mutation or something like it. The organic had taken the lead as for growth but the other has quickly caught up with her. Overall really happy with how these are turning out. I think I'll apply some nutrients to the synthetic plant this week, as the other got nutrients so, just a very light 200ish ppm on top of my ambient tap (110ppm)
VEG DAYS 7-14 They done really well. My organic took the lead but it looks like the synthetic has pushed her nose out front. Still carrying her pigment mutation along on to new growth. At least this is what I think it is. As there is no foul signs of a disease in the substrate or any drastic slow down in growth to suspect otherwise.s

Week 3 VD 15-18 Both plants are doing great. The synthetic has taken the lead, I suspect its down to its bigger pot. So, I uppoted the organic 6L to an 11L. I tried to give as less stress as possible. But it was very hard to get out and some roots broke, but they still intact, so hopefully won't stress it too much. The organic is smaller, the leafs and growth is so much healthier but the synthetic has more girt, and nodes and so on. I didn't decide to strip any nodes yet, maybe I'll see what's there and then I'll decide. But for now light defoliation will do, with some decent LST.. As I didn't do much LST so I'm going to dial this is proper hopefully. The pigment mutation has spread throughout the whole plant and continues to come out, so, its most likely going to follow the whole grow, I'm just hoping the mutation won't affect the quality of the bud. Also, they all got a light feed of cal from GHF and epsom salt (390ppm 280 cal/Epsom salt + 110 ambient tap =390) I plan also to give the organic a 300ml bioenhancer feed. As she got a few L of new soil so needs a top up.. the synthetic one will get a 300ppm/300ml grow feed + 110 ambient tap tonight.
Veg Days 20-21 Both girls are doing well. Both are very different qualities.. the organic is taller at 25cm and the synthetic one is much more girt, and more developed internode by a few CM as you can see in the pic. Them cut offs where taken more or less from the same position and nodes, but the synthetic is much more advanced. That's the one that picked up the pigment mutation, but looks great. Responded well to LST, gave her a light feeding today and also gave the organic a bioenhancer feed this week, as I uppoted it again, as it was struggling to grow in its 6L pot.
I found 2 little crawlies in my substrate. I used CanaCure on my entire crop. And will repeat next week. No doubt its just fruit fly larva advancing through their life cycle and are crawling just before they fly.
Welcome to my Auto CJack organic/synthetic grow from Dutch-Passion.
VD22-24 PreFlower Days 24/25-26 Both plants have flipped. The organic is a day or so ahead. And has much more of a Xmas T shape, whereas the synthetic grow is more ground growing. With the main cola standing below her nodes. So I've tried LST'ing her down some, and hopefully the main cola will take a little stretch.. gonna time it so the lights start to go out in the cold for the autos.. I applied 3.5G of biobloom to the top and I have also gave the synthetic grow a dose of short flowering. As they are coming into pre flower but the grow in the pots left over will also help through the Growth stage during pre flower where that extra Nitogen comes in handy.
PreFlower Days 1-4 The organic is on PreFD4, and the Synthetic one is on PreFlower Day 3 both 28 days since sprouted. Both have been given their organic/synthetic nutrient kick off. The organic got a 2.5g/1L of substrate, and if it needs more I'll give that again. The synthetic one, gets a 400ppm feed + 110 ambient tap water, the PH for the organic is 6.7 and I adjust the synthetic one to thereabouts also with biobizz ph +. Added 3 cheap co2 bags, one to each tent, and then one in the grow room near tents. As I don't have a air tight seal, so, my thinking is just to raise the overall co2 in the room/tent. Seemed to work well for me last time.
Thanks my sponsor marshydro and to the rep who supplied me with an FC 3000
FC 3000 & MARSHYDRO LIGHTS
The FC 3000 300w it has a high ppfd 1525 umol/s, 2.85 efficacy and has the new UV addition which brings it closer to the (RA) spectrum, that's the Sun spectrum. The FC-FC-E has this, Also it has a much even PPFD making for a more evenly grown canopy and has a deep penetrative light as it allows you to move the light closer to your canopy with a reduced risk of light stress. The TS versions are a great light to. These are different though. As they have a much higher ppfd in the middle, so I suggest you rotate them plants and move em about to get the best out of the high PPFD
Welcome to my Dutch-Passion Organic + Synthetic Auto Cinderella Jack grows. I'm using green House Feeding, Bioline for 1, and mineral line for the other.
PreFlower Days 4&5 29&30 days total.. The organic is tallest, by about 30%. 37.5cm and the Synthetic plant is 27ish cm. Seems to be more of a bushy plant with more girt. The organic grow, is your typical auto grow. With good LST and remembering to water. Not minding this kiss method at all. (KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID) Robbed that from someone on here. Well, learnt it. As, that's what we do. We aim for perfection. Or at best, growing to a style that suits you. As,I tried the whole 14 line nutrient. And in reality, only a few of them, probably would of done a better job, focusing on a few core bottles, and keeping up with regular feeds. As, when you juggle many. I gave wrong plants, wrong stuff at times. Been very careful not to do this. Shouldn't get them mixed up, as they are both so different..As, I thought, the Synthetic picked up a pigment mutation when she was a seedling. That's mostly gone now. Showed signs she was a little hungry, so topped her up, with a hybrid powder feed. Last week she got short flowering (the Synthetic plant). I'll give both plants a light dose of cal/Epsom Salt during the week to stay on top of it. Have picked up some good fungus. Has turned green. But, its all good. Its a sterile environment.. And, no pet hair this round, and very little dust and bits of dirt floating in the negative seal, as I put an air purifier in 3hrs a day, in both tents.
PreFlowerDay 5-8 30-33 days total. Doing really well. Both plants are loving life. Nice and healthy growth. Going to go hard on the organic jack in a few days after she's left pre flower.
Will apply more LST later in the week or coming into next week when it gets closer to the end of PreFlower and I'll lock in her shape to best allow light in to all parts (bud sites). Thankfully the weather has been much more easier to deal with and I've been able to keep the temps between 3-4c throughout pre flower to stop any unwanted stretching. I maybe removed a handful of leafs of both plants, that's probably going to sum up the amount of defoliation that'll be done for these girls, unless needed. I don't see me doing much more this week, other than adding new pics and a bit of water in 2 days,.. if anything changes, I'll update as it happens. Height for both plants are okay, 37cm for organic and 28 for the synthetic. That's all for this week. Thanks for reading, drop a like if you'd like me to visit your diaries, either way. Thanks for dropping by.

Welcome to my Auto Cinderella Jack(s) grows. 1 organic & 1 Synthetic.
PreFlower Days 9-16 total 41 days. Both plants are so different, the Synthetic is small and bushy 37+cm tall. And seems to have some spots of fade appearing on areas of the inner plant. The organic. Is much taller.50-53CM TALL and has a lot of girt and very bushy. Gave her a hard defol day 40 pre flower day 15. I don't like defol anymore. But she has finished pre flower and was time to open up these sites to allow light to get to them. A lot of leafs that supported the node growth have been removed. And I generally just opened her up to allow the fattening process go smoothly
Just fed the synthetic her weekly feed, keeping her dose between 6-750 max, well that's my plan. And the organic will just be given calcium &Epsom salts. Both will be adjusted with PH + if needed to bring the PH up to 6.6-7.
The calcium + Epsom salt feeds are only 250ppm including ambient tap of 110 so I adjust my tap until it comes into a more reasonable range for a flowering plant, my 110ppm is always an issue. (You'll find with some strains if you have soft water you might come into cal/mag issues on wk 3 or maybe even as last late as pre flower it might not show.
Thanks to dutch-passion for supplying me with a great seeds for their contest.
Welcome to my Auto Cinderella Jack from Dutch-passion.
Flower days 18-22 total 46 days.
Both plants are doing great. The organic took to her hard defol well (well after pre flower ends, this is all relates to all plants) think I might have to pull a few nodes and leaf tuck as she is still fairly on on the bushy side. I fed a feed of bioenhancer. And she's showing no signs of wanting anything.
The synthic on the other hand. Has suffered just a tad. By mistake I added short flowering powder 2 days after giving her her normal weekly feed. Nothing major. Just some tip burns. But, if I was more careful she's look presitin. She has much more girt and the main cola is on par with in size with her side colas, aa if she'd been topped. But, it'll make for nice big fat colas hopefully. So I'm getting best of both I reckon. Can't complain about growth. Other than my mistake she is strong (disease + nutrient) and is very forgiving.. a beginner or advanced can grow this easily. I tried pushing her a little to much. So, I'm not at advanced enough yet. So best to go light and feed when needed. They are both out of preflower and look very well.
Has a lovely shape, (syntheic grow) just some funky looking leafs bits of fade. Bits of micro hunger signs and very light synthetic nutrient tip burn. All good. Will keep the both on water for next week. Organic just got dose of 1g/1l of bioenhancer.
Flower Days 22&23 days in the ground 47 days. Temp.& RH are in optimal range. The synthic plant that is showing yellow leafs, not hunger as I thought. As I gave an extra feed this week and it continued so putting it down to part of its fade.. getting nice and frosty. Looking forward to trying these 2 different phenos. Should be interesting to see how they differ.
Thanks to my all sponsors, especially the ones who's products I'm using this round of growing. And to the others who helped me get this far my testing there's. Much appreciated. And can't forget Dutch-Passion for the beans.

Welcome to my Auto Cinderella Jack Organic + Synthetic grows.
Flower Days 25-32 days 49-56.
Both plants look very different. The organic has so so many bud sites. And very bushy and has a lot of girt to it. Looks great. Going to do a harder defol to open her up just a tad bit more. Has reached a decent height of 58cm. Really healthy and looks great.
The Synthetic, is annoying. And, confusing. I'm not sure if it's lack of N or just part of the fade process. I did up the N. A little and got a little bit of tip burn. So, maybe it's just the synthic nutrients doing a good job.. I fed twice this week with the Synthetic girl just to make sure she's gets enough to eat. 42 cm, this girl seems to have less foliage but has a few decent colas.
Both girls are now under my p1000. Now. Sadly I had too many cross issues with dealing with Gnats and something my mimosa X orange punch auto picked up. So, I've had to isolate. But, I'm happy with what I've been able to get thus far. Really delighted wit the results so far from the organic grow. Was worried with the powder additives doing an auto. But this gal hasn't skipped a beat. The Synthetic has been harder to grow. But, a fade was triggered much earlier with this one. (This is the 1 that picked up a pigment mutation in early stages of veg. "Synthetic Grow".)
Welcome to my Auto Cinderella Jack Diaries from Dutch-passion
DAYS 57-63 flowering days 32-38.
Both plants have left pre flower behind. And have put on some decent weight. Both girls are very healthy. Even with the constant stress of been dried out and again and again. Has caused some of my plants to hermie. But, these girls are OK. Checked them out very well. And females parts all round. Let soil dry out. And sprayed a 6% h202 on top of the soil to kill and larva or gnats that haven't gotten wings yet. And let's hope this will be the last week of these shits.
Am going to push a much higher PK with my synthic booster on the synthic CJ. and for the other, I'm going to leave her be. She's not needing or wanting anything. Maybe another 2-3 more weeks max
The organic stands at 58cm and side nodes can reach up to 40. She's a very bushy plant with a lot of bud sites.
The Synthetic has a completely different structure. And looks like she was topped and trained hard to give off even cola base (was not the case) just the way she turned out.
Thanks for viewing my diary. Drop a like or comment if you'd like me to visit your diaries. Either way, thanks for dropping by.
Welcome to My Synthetic + Organic Auto Cinderella Jack Diary.
Thanks to Dutch-Passion for supplying my with great seeds to enter this contest. Much appreciated.
Into the last week of this grow. Both plants have eaten up and completely finished and nice and ripe. And another few days. I'll harvest these pretty ladies. Again, it seems my Synthetic nutrients, isn't working just yet. But I know I'll get there.
Really happy with the organic. Huge cola and side cola, not the biggest of plants, but grown very quickly and the amount of frost is nothing to scoff at. I'm very happy with the results. These are some of my 1st autos I've not topped.
They do make for a much nicer shape. But, I just can't say for sure, if topping, (done right) is a better thing to do for some autos.. I'm hoping the quality and thc will be there. As there was no stress, other than the Synthetic pigment mutation that wouldn't of caused much harm to her. The buds/colas are just a 1/5 of the size. But, they are far from larfy and airy. Some pretty nice dense sticky nugs to look forward to from the Synthetic and big ass colas from the organic, best of both worlds.
I done some light defoliation to make sure everything ripens up in this last push. But, looking throughout everything is past the 30% amber trichs and everything is 95%+ cloudy.
Am going to leave them for the next week. I'll add pics and add another week for my harvest, and after I've tested and tried I'll give a G/W, much appreciated. Thanks for tuning in.
Welcome to my Auto Cinderella Jack(s) grows from Dutch-Passion.
Both ladies have been on water for 10 days. The synthetic got a hard flush and the organic was soft flushed (water for 10days to rid of excess nutrients in soil)
Was such a pleasure to grow both girls. The organic has lovely bright orange hairs with very dense hard big buds. Calyxes are nice and big with a nice leaf to calyx ratio. (Not much to trim)...The Synthetic girl has a completely different structure. Has shorter buds, that are very dense and has a lot more frost. Has lovely hints of purple throughout it. All buds are lovely and tight/dense and very stinky and sticky. Both plants needed the full dose of the FC 3000 and I've no doubt that I'd of gotten a different bud structure deeper into the canopy. (Its not larf) just not as hard the deeper down into the canopy, (some of the bud)
All ladies (autos) have been in a dark rest 24hrs now and will get another 24hrs in a dark tent. Hoping to see glistening resin upon harvesting.
Plants will be harvested in this grow week and dried, then after I taste and get the measure of both plants as for quality I'll rate them then.
HARVEST DAY. 48Hr rest. And they nice and glistening. Glad I rested them. You really can see the resin. I harvested whole. Pult the whole plant(s) up from the stem and broke away the clay and took the main roots that come from the stem. The organic, boy, she was bet in. Took me all my strength to break away her main roots. They were mm thick. Very nice root structure also. The synthic, the soil just broke apart before I could take out upon my pulling..put my back into it thinking would be the same. Strong, but nowhere near as good a root zone as the nearly all organic beat her hands down. As for bud size, she took that to. They equally smell very fruity and have a very light gasey smell. But very fruity. More that than anything. I'm sure I'll put my finger on it as the days go by. Let's hope they both dry nice and I can keep a steady temperature. (REMINDER if room drying this time of Yr. Turn off your radiators)
More pics to come and info on how the process is going..
Thanks for dropping by. Be sure to like so I can visit your diaries. Either way thanks for dropping by.
Both plants grew very differently. The organic grew like a normal indica based plant. Decent sized main cola that was surrounded by shorter side nodes that still had some pretty sized buds. She had an overall lovely structure. Took to LST like a champ. And was 1 of my most trouble free auto grows to date. She's a beginners delight. Her bounty was 69g on harvesting. And 3g in test I took last week. She grew to 58cm. Vegged out at 25 days, and took another 50 to flower. As I kept a steady temperature throughout their entire life(s), (especially pre flower) there was no unwanted stretching in all my plants. She was very compact allowing the light to reach every part of the plant, done some light lollipoppoing during and before pre flower, not much, as there was no need. She took a lovely natural shape, and with LST. It allowed me to put all buds into the light. And she gave me some seriously lovely bud. I've no doubt when I run them again in coco I'll get a much bigger yield. But 10☆ all the way.
The Synthetic. She grew totally differently, she acted as though she was topped and grew all nodes pretty much the same size. Wasn't as dense as the organic but there was a lot of the bud was pretty much the same size buds. She never really grew beyond 42cm. She picked up a pigment mutation and was a little more demanding feeding this girl on Synthetic nutrients. Whereas the organic was apply powder twice to soil and then bioenhancer feeds (every 2 weeks). But, every week she got a low ppm feed never exceeding 700ppm (the Synthetic). Learning to grow more with less nutrients.. gave no trouble really. Had no hard defs/toxs..picked up what I thought was early fade during flowering, just turned out to be wanting a little bit more P and she settled down. Again, Took to LST really well. And was no trouble. Really easier growers, both girls.
ROUND UP OF BOTH PHENOS (Organic
Synthetic)
Both girls, may have differed in the way they grew. But, if you put both strains together, as they are, (uncured) there is no way I'd be able to tell the difference if I done a blind taste/smell test. Both girls gave roughly 115g in 75 days. They both have deep long orange pistils with very tight buds that are packed with flavours galore, and very sticky and stinky. Mainly berries (blackcurrant) at the moment has a grip on them with hints of pine with a citrus undertone. We will see if their profile changes much with a nice long cure. I should have a smoke report in before contest closes to give a true measure of these ladies. Shows how solid and steady these phenos are, as they are so closely in smell, taste and so on. Is a testament of good genes and Dutchs hard work to make all phenos more or less be similar.
So, any beginner would have a very good experience growing these type of auto. Can't wait to try more from Dutch-Passion. And, you can get the same results, or near the same tasres/smells and big quality.
EQUIPMENT USED.
I used a 100w mainly to do these girls. I was swapping around in their early stages of life, trying to give them a higher ppfd. But, been hit with fungus gnats hampered me, by doing this. So, sadly they were only given a 100w mainly for most of their flowering life. They did get a dose of my FC 3000 from marshydro but, not enough time under it to do anything substantial. But, I'm sure it did have some impact on these. As most of my autos came out a little airy whereas these 2 phenos are nice and dense.
The Synthetic was dry after 7 days. The organic took a day longer to be fully dry. Everything has been put to the cure. And smoke reports will soon follow with pictures of cured bud.
