We were expecting around 600-700grams but got just over 540.. not unhappy at all lol..the berry terps are very strong with this batch, we've grown this stain several times but this is our first grow under the FC-E6500, buds are hard and resinous. Hey!ππΊ. I have a question about distance for anyone using the FC-E6500 (no meter). All the lit. we've found says 12" the entire grow and simply adjust the dimmer throughout plant stages. This really doesn't sound right to me. We're now at 13"/50% (12"/75% was too much) TY!β€οΈπ±

that's a heavy duty LED light. 650W is powerful.
I think that the 12" hang height has something to do with how the spread of light is emitted from the lamp itself. eg 100% at 50" is less even in the canopy then 40% at 12" if you where to look at it in a PPFD map layout.
I use a 300W led setup and I hang them aorund 12-18" but they are 100% on all the time no dimmer and they are not as efficient as your light.. so 650W at 40-50% at 13" does not seem to far off to me. and I would continue going with that. Can always bounce it up 5% and see how the plants react.
The hand test is a good option. place you hand where the canopy is and if it feels to hot on your hand its to hot for the plants, warm is perfect.

@Kitties_and_Colas, I've never used scrog. Probably because I enjoy being disapointed in myself too much when I snap branches moving plants lol. Might need to figure something for my current Laughing Buddha as I plan on growing her out a bit.

Meow! Lol we didn't know what to do with this thing.. it was in the back of the veg tent forever..she got nearly 7ft so my husband threw the scrog table on her, it was a messy first few weeks of weaving lol

I normally wouldn't either but this one got the table late.. she was nearly 6ft tall when we dropped it on her, we had to remove a ton of growth..we weaved her over the course of 2.5 weeks while she repaired and the table was full by then.. this strain is super resilient π±β€οΈ
