cup germination using plain water with hydrogen peroxide to kill of possible harmful bacteria's and for a speedy germination. Will use Biobizz products mix for the whole grow. Soil = Biobizz Light mix pré-treated soil with organic liquid soil fungicide to kill of pathogens like verticillium, pythium and fusarium. One of the seedlings hatched entirely in the wet paper. Transplanted in soil; monday 2/3 october midnight 10ml water divided in two... first watered the hole and after transplanting watered the rest (with a syringe). Heighth of light; 60cm Intensity 25% Lux: between 4000-5000 5 october: watered around the dome; 15-20ml with biobizz root juice (0,5ml/l) 7 october: sprayed the center part near the stem to keep the first mini roots moist ( root juice + acti vera 1ml/l)

Day 8) one of the seedlings fell over (grow question). Luckily no damping off. Same amount and procedure as the other plants but still got underwatered... Weird but life must go on. :-) Day 9) watered 125ml per plant. Plant 2, the weak seedling, got back up in no time. One of it's cotyledons shrinked a bit at the tip. I believe it absorbed some moisture from the cotyledon. Day 11) plant 2 has slow growth due to stress of underwatering before. One of the cotyledons look somewhat dry/crispy. I cut the dry part off. Plant 1 height: 8cm (doing ok) plant 2 height: 6cm/2,3inch Day 12) watered 200ml per plant plant 2 is behind schedule. Leaves are growing but needed to catch up and it took 3 days to have some movement. kept intensity around 5000-7000 lux = +- 130-180 ppfd for these seedlings

Grow Questions

It was laying flat when i woke up. I have been using domes untill yesterday and I thought it was because of the fan first. I put some soil around the stem but didn't help. Toothpicks are holding it now. Looked deeper and I didn't see a thinner stem nor a dent.

If your seedling is drooping hard, the issue is usually either over or under watering or that the seedling has stretched too much and cannot hold itself up anymore. You can add a little more soil around it to support it better, and if it seems to want to stretch more than it should, it's a sign to add more light. However given this also happened right after taking dome off, consider if the air humidity change was too big and you should get the RH up in the tent, or if you just haven't factored in how much faster it loses water when it's not covered. You can also just try to put the dome on and see if that makes it go back to normal, that's a sign that it's environmental stress and you might want to just consider keeping it on a little longer especially if you can't up the tent RH.

There is growth but still small Increased intensity to around 20-21.000 lux / 500-540 ppfd Day 21) Watered 500ml - plant 1 Watered 375ml - plant 2 smaller

Day 36) Plant 1 - 1L Plant 2 - 750 ml Day 37) First plant is doing great but after the increase of intensity, tips of the leaves have become yellow. It receives 35.000 lux The second (smaller) plant gets also around 35.000 lux. I put it's tray on a plastic pot to highten it up towards the led so it gets enough light. Day 39) Plant 1 - 1,2 L Plant 2 - 700 ml (risky with overwatering) Plant 2 switched sides and is under the second Led with less developed plants. Both plants receive around 40.000 lux

Plant 1 has a nutrient lockout. Plant 2 nutrient burn (clawing) Day 51 1L plain ph'd water per plant. No more feeding. Next watering will be 2,5L to flush some excess out. Day 53 2,5L per plant. No feed. Day 54 Plant 1 shows regeneration. It grew more white pistils at the top. Plant 2 has gotten slightly fatter buds. Day 56 Plant 1 has lots of budsites and is preparing for fatter buds. Pistils have improved. Plant 2 still has curly tips due to overfeeding and it's doing it's thing.

Plant 1 is getting thicker buds. I like how it has lots of bud sites. Shame that it had to deal with a nutrient lock out before otherwise the buds would have been massive... Plant 2 less bud sites but they are thicker than plant 1 Day 64 Both plants got 2,5L watering. I would give them a week or 1,5 max Day 67 Plant 1; 2,5L Day 68 Plant 1; 2,5L

Gave too much feed. One plant was shorter but had bigger buds. The other one was taller, had more bud sites but they were smaller. Still powerful.
