Sour Stomper

9/6 Biochar/EWC/Hydroton mixture created in 5-gal bucket. Bucket was put in the basement with a lid on top. 9/24 Mixed up the coco, perlite, and charged Biochar/EWC/Hydroton. Added Azomite, Glacial rock dust, DE, Oyster shell. Took 2 solo cups worth of that mix out for seed starting. Neem seed meal, Bat guano, Langbeinite, Gaia green premix added to the remainder after that. This will cook for 1-2 weeks. 10/1 Seeds put in water. 10/2 Soil put in 5 gal pots and solo cup emptied into formed hole in center for seed starting. Seeds added to the starter soil in the center, light set low to about 150 PAR. Humidity domes added. Soil was saturated, probably too wet. 10/5 First signs of seedlings, only just poking out. *10/6 Both have sprouted and look good. After reading Mephisto’s grow guide and seeing they mostly use 24/0 light schedule I made the change to 20/4 from 18/6, 2am-6am. Adjusted PAR to about 200. 10/7 Removed humidity domes, tweaked fan to get a little airflow on them. 10/9 The furnace is shitting the bed which means I must adjust for cold temps at night. Raised the light higher and turned the dimmer up higher to hopefully create more heat, new PAR setting of 225. Moved light to full 24 hours on to also create more heat, as well as pointing a fan at the top of the light to send warm air down to the seedlings.
