BURNT ORANGE COOKIES I haven't smoked yet. These girls are very heavy and dense. I think I tried to cultivate 4 to 5 sites on each branch and these girls have really stacked them up. They finished on time. Taking into account that I believe I may have stunted about 2 week. These would have scrogged great if I had given them just a week or 2 more Veg. Really thick, stick trichome production. Nice colors😊

Two great products. I will not do hydro without Hydroguard. Cal-Mag works great although I have nothing else to compare it to.
These are very easy to use and give some great results. I am currently using in soil and they are also doing nicely.
Lights
Great light. I have been running for 3 or 4 grows and it has performed great. Does just what the info sez it will do. Vegs 5 x 5 and will flower 4 x 4 very nicely. You can flower and veg larger areas and probably get really nice results. I just have not done it yet.

Thanks to everyone who checked in on me. I appreciate your comments, support and fellowship. Best of luck with your future endeavors. πŸ‘ I have enjoyed growing this Strain by Elev8 seeds. Really healthy once I got them up and running. I have love the over ripe or rendered orange smell that these girls have. Really heavy in early flower and then sort of tapered off. Nice, thick, healthy stalks and branches. Short and Stocky. I will definitely grow these again and give them just a little more Veg time. The buds formed as expected and are very fat and dense. I think I will get some nice weight and appearance out of these flowers. Purples, to yellows, to pinks. I am excited to smoke. Going to plan on about 16 days and then in the jars.
Smoke review
Oh my goodness! This flower turned out beautiful. Really nice sticky buds. Orange smell comes through great. Sort of like Kiwi Brand shoe polish with a rendered Orange scent. Buds were heavy, dense and sticky on the inside. Now, I know nothing formal about scents, profiles and tastes beyond most of the obvious flavors and such. I smoke with a bong, cones, and my new toy a Heavy Hits Rouge Vaporizer. No experience with any vaping or equipment, but this thing is great. I am a heavy weed smoker, and my Rouge is what I always choose. I say this because when it comes to sampling weed and try to guess profiles this thing is primo. The actual taste of the weed really is prominent. Ok, near the end of the session all strains sort of taste the same. To me sort of like toasted oats or hay, but not a strong burnt grass smell. This strain starts out with a first light pull that tastes fresh and orangy with the shoe polish. It turns into to a flowery fragrant taste that turns to honey and warm toasted oats. Smooth pulls with some very little burn and no after taste. This weed dried for about 28 days and is very close to just where I like it. I put into jars kept one Pheno separate that stood out in all ways. Dynamite strain... on my tough 5-point scale. Burnt Orange Cookies comes in at a solid 4. Probably not an all-day smoke because of its high potency and extended smoking builds up and eventually sends you to the couch. I will definitely grow this strain again. The plants handled high and low heat and humidity well. No problems with pests. I would recommend this strain to anyone including beginners.

Curled Sugar Leaves. In RDWC, others not showing. Fans leaves not showing. Doesn't seem to affect too adversely but the plant is slightly smaller. I have noticed in previous grows. Any ideas 4 my future grows? Thanks 😊 Growmies!

genetics .. seems to happen when rails of trichomes form along edge, in my expeience. otherwise the typical things that can cause "tacoing" can be ruled out to be more certain. plant looks healthy in that 1 picture, though, so as longn as it looks healthy i'd go with genetics. you can't force this sort of trichome development... we can only impact small percentages. like red vs blue wavelengths.. yes one promotes axillary growth but it's not a huge impact. important to know scale of effect to deal with it appropriately. you'll never be able to force feed aplant like foie gras and make this outcome happen... only some plants have this trait... it may or may not be correlated to good things.. you'd need lab equipment and large sample sizes to compare to a control group of some sort to discern... devil's advocate .. what if all the leaf trichome development leeches from buds? probably not true, but can't just assume cause and effect cause we like the outcome either.

@TeamQuality420, Thanks you. I get the notion that you need to move energy to the top. However, I just hate removing a bunch of stuff. I'm learning. I still think nature put all those giant fan leaves on there for a reason. I'm just nervous that way.πŸ˜²πŸ˜¬πŸ˜€

@Ezzjaybruh, Thank you. That "chunky" style, if you will, is nice. Probably my favorite. I am just learning and observing. I am very interested to see variations and different types of development. Thanks so much for the kind words and encouragement. Good luck with your grows!
