So this plant had a bunch of training done this last week. First I set up the net so I could do a bit of ScrOG, then I FIMed her, did a bit of LST and then finally last night (6 days after doing the rest) I gave her a small defoliation so I could have a better look at the structure. She is growing very very nicely and hopefully I'll be able to flip her to flower in about a weeks time.
