Did have four, but killed the White Widow before reaching nappies. The UK Cheese has shot ahead and looks nice in my humble ignorant opinion. Northern Lights looks a bit like a Christmas Tree which is nice, since xmas is around the corner :). Amnesia looks good too!
Got another SF1000 to crank up the light intensity. No more purchases....
lol!
So am using Plagron products. Am kind of following the schedule, but afraid of over doing it. So am using a 1.7ltr bottle rather than 1ltr, which I hope will ensure my solution is always diluted enough.:). But does that mean I may not be feeding my trees enough?
I'm also thinking that 3 plants is probably too many for my growth space...
I've installed a CO2 bag. No idea how much this will help...
I've installed disposable dehumidifier bag too because humidity is way too high.
I'm kind of thinking my UK Cheese is near harvest, so have started flushing with 1ltr of water, about every 48hrs. The other two am continuing to feed and water.
I have now installed a greenhouse heater to maintain a better temperature, although waiting on thermostat to arrive.
Have noticed that other growers who use Lemon Kick only use less than 1ml but I seem to need a lot more? Am assuming that is because my tap water is harder...? or is it the nutrients...?
So was doing a bit of reading last night, and came to the conclusion that I should probably water the other two without nutrients as I've probably got a build up of nutrients. So, I don't have any scientific evidence that makes me think I should do it, "I got a feeling" (lol), which is what I had on my first grow.....:(. Anyways, irrigated the Amnesia as the pot was feeling light. Northern Lights was still heavy so have left it. Probably give it a litre tomorrow.
I reckon the Cheese is ready to harvest (guessing), but think I should wait until the soil has dried out..... Or do I cut now????
On advice of friend, kept tree in dark for 24hrs, and then chopped and strung. Plan to leave for couple of weeks before trimming.
Need to take better photos and forgot to weigh!
Just have Amnesia and Northern Lights to go. So noticed new growth on the top of the colas, that I have learnt are called fox tails, and is because I have overcooked it. So have executed an emergency flush in the bath tub, and now waiting until soil is dry and then going to chop.
Colas are thick and dense, better than the cheese.
A note on the foxtails. Mate suggests adding a 2nd light near the end of growth is not a good idea... Not planning on buying more lights, so shouldn't be a problem in the future.
Am pleased with first grow, although got loads to improve on. Unfortunately, my NL mega massive cola developed bud rot during drying, well it probably already had it and I hadn't noticed. Looks like a snow cone :(
