Last DD seed. She will fly solo as shes my only fem seed and I aim to really focus and learn from this round. I tend to not keep up with recording which leads to repeating mistakes.
Slow start for seedling so putting 2 weeks in one. Just bought this house and been having friends and family come and see the new house. She stayed a week in my closet under a 14w led bulb. I use this tiny light to get a lil stretch and keep her alive. My basement temp has been mid 60'sF and high 50's at night with a humidity of 25%-32%. She endured that for a week under my 300w viparspectra but temp and humidity levels called for a tent. I got it up Friday night and she like like. Temp 77 day 64 night. Humidity 44-60. I gave here quarter pump of Dr earth all purpose 1-1-1 with 6.6 ph water
This is my 6th DD seed and relative to her sisters she's slow. Ill invest in a heater today and see if I can't get the night temps higher. 59f is typically the low. She was getting darker green so just plain ph'd water this week.
Got a heater for night time and transplanted to a 7 gallon pot and she's doing better than ever. May just veg one more week I'm eager to start my city slickers
She's stretching nicely. Introduced cal mag and top dressed with flower girl 3 9 4. I give sea weed extract every watering but switch from a liquid.3 .2 .1 to a dry extract with 1 1 16 in flowering. Now I wait for stretch to slow to defoliate
Finally got the exhaust fan up better late than never. Top dressed this week with flower girl along with seaweed extract 0-0-16 and urb at waterings. Just starting to smell a bit.
Love this strain, though this pheno inparticularlly wasn't my favorite it impressed me with is dense buds. May be the densest I've grown yet. It's golf ball sized nugs dried for 15 days at 65-67f humidity 55%-60%. Longest dry time yet. I must say I improved 10 fold on drying process. I failed to respect the importance of climate control during this stage in my earlier grows. It resulted in disappointment but more importantly I learned through experience. Do not cut corners here, ever! Each grow I acquired more useful equipment and less overzealousness.
Bud smells best described as fruit loop cereal but cured to balance out more gassy notes with a berry and pine fondation. Not loud in my books, however potent enough to discern its aroma.
Very pleased with the smoke. Smooth flavors that left diesel and berry residual on your tongue. Relaxing to the body with out feeling too heavy for day use. As I am some one that often experience paranoia with many strains (both indica or sativa) I didn't feel any of that with this one.
