Oooooo pal.
I just want through this.
You're gonna have to crack all them buds.. and dead leafs you pull out that fall apart have been hit by rot/mold.
Those dead leafs. They need be pult on finding them. Most cases this is a sign of bud rot, " leafs dying from the inside. Yes, on occasion at the end, or a badly lit leaf will wither and die. But, on a scale this bad. Maybe, if you get going now. You can save some of it.
I'd harvest that ASAP. Any dead leafs need pulling. Crack the buds, pull apart, cut away.. You'll see if there's rot, slime, foul smell, you'll know it, the bud around the dead leafs, if it's still green, and can't be wiped off, (use gloves). And with a cutter start tearing apart your harvest. This is a few weeks of rot.
This is why it really is crucial to check your buds, especially when dealing with high RH (if that is an issue) but the multiple dead leafs, they really need pulling regardless of environment
