This was a longer auto, as she went 103 days before harvest. BUT, well worth it. She took on some faded leaves early on, changed water and nutes, and she bounced back every time. The last 10 days or so really allowed her to pack on the weight. She has full colas, lots of them, and this is all from a 2 node plant. She was naturally topped at birth. LOTS of lower leaves, but also heavy colas. Not a lot of heavy trichomes on the exterior, and a light smooth smoke. Probably going to be a work weed. Will update in smoke report.
Harvested at day 103. She's a beast, considering she's a natural main-liner with only 2 developed nodes. I seriously thought she was a photo, because she took so long to get into flower. Added the halo to spread out the tops, and the colas really started to fill in. She's in the drying box for now, but definitely a good haul. Expecting 150 grams or more.
Have you seen an auto that has 3 branches/leaves per node? Plant C is a mutant and has 3. I'm considering pollinating one branch to see if I can capture it.
well in autos everything is possible I saw some autos that do self-toping.. but if u have 3 branches u will have more yield!

i don't believe polyploidism can be passed down to offspring, but this shuld be able to.. (has to do wtih process of meosis and what polyploid is vs a muttion on a chromosome(s).)
it may or may not be a common trait in offspring thuogh. you'd have to look up some educational resources -- not some forum nonsense of random uneducated people extrapolating from a poor base of knowledge. it'll proly be similar to different soft-stemmed, flowering plant species that exhibit same mutation too..
@Finsfan, They're at 24" and PAR is about 300. I had an ionizer running in another room with shared air. This ran for 2 hours before it shut off. The machine did something to the air (ozone/oxygen/?) which I believe choked the plants. Happened in both rooms, 3 tents, all 12 plants. But, I appreciate the info about the lights. Yes, it def looks like light burn.
