This strain gets its nickname from the trichomes that “glue up” the scissors when trimming leaves off this giant. The Gorilla Glue strain is a potent hybrid that delivers a knockout punch of euphoria and relaxation, that'll leave you “glued” to the couch. Its chunky, resin-covered buds fill the room with sour pine aromas inherited from its parent strains.
This Gorilla Glue seed has a legendary history behind here. The beloved original Gorilla Glue #4 was created by Joesy Whales and Mardogg. It was a hit from day one, winning the 2014 HighTimes Cannabis cup in both SoCal and Michigan. Since then, it has been considered one of the best hybrid strains you can grow. Fast Biuds had the honor of trying the original GG #4 and were very impressed. After getting their hands on the a clone of this strain in an event in California, they couldn’t wait to begin researching how to incorporate it into their autoflower catalog.

Nice progress this week. Plant has grown nicely. First time sprayed with vita race in the beginning of the week. Also give some supplements for the first time. Such as kelp, omina, power roots and pure zym. No noteworthy problems, so satisfied with the progress the week. It seems to be a sturdy and bushy plant. On to the next week

I started leaftucking, where possible. Has had a positive impact immediately. The growth in this plant is good. Although she is certainly not the biggest of the gang. She has certainly made a great progress. Short internodes and good number of side shoots Plant is preparing for flowering. Signs of pre-flowering are present. Apart from the additives that I provide, no additional nutrients have been added. She takes her meals like a champ ;) little bit droopy leaves because of a little to much N. Hopefully pushing her a bit is not too bad. A new update at the end of the week.

An interim update:
______________
The pre-bloom has started. The plant is preparing for its last growth spurt. The growth in the last days is therefore substantial. For the time being no real problems. Apart from the additives that I provide, no additional nutrients have been added. A little too much N, because of this there is a little bit of burned leaftips. But hopefully a bit of a push can not hurt too much;) a new update at the end of the week.

The bloom has begun. The growth was very exuberant this week. 25 centimeters larger than at the beginning of the week. There are a lot of shoots with budsites. Have given some flowering nutrients for the first time, albeit a low dose. The problem with the burned leaf tips has also been solved. A little too much of N did not hurt the plant. The grow mix of plagron is perhaps a bit too 'powerful' for young plants. But no real negative consequences, so no problem. I gave the plant also a nice 'showe'r today with iron spray. She seems to like it. On to the real first week of flowering

First real week of flowering behind us. A huge growth spurt this week from a 63cm to a good 100cm. She has grown from a compact little girl into a big airy lady. She has a nice structure, ideal for light penetration and optimal for air circulation. A lot of budsited have developed and leaftucking has ensured that there are a lot of side shoots. I am satisfied with the development of this strain. In terms of nutrients I am on the limit, but she seems to tolerate it. Wondering what she has in store for me in the coming weeks.

This week there was some extra vertical growth, she has become a good 15cm bigger. She has a beautiful airy structure. The creation of budsites is also very good. The leaftucking certainly had a positive impact. At the beginning of the week I sprayed her for the last time with a vita race. I have also raised some flowering nutes. She seems to tolerate her feeding schedule very well. In the grow tent she is the most dominant plant. Strong, since she was long the shortest plant of them all. But during the flowering phase she has deployed a huge spurt. For the time being she is the only real Queen of the jungle

The growth is finally ended. Plant now focuses on thickening the buds. Have completely cut back the zym and root stimulant. Plants only get some Kelp, vitamin B, omina, plagron bloom and green sensation. As you can see, this gorilla is a very big lady. The bloom seems to be very exuberant. Hopefully she can continue to carry her weight. On to the next week

End of week 8
---------------
As I feared a bit last week, she has a lot of trouble to carry her weight. The bloom was explosive this week and I had to intervene to support her. Anyway, there are worse problems. It was an excellent week in her development. The budding of the buds is going very well. She also tolerates her diet very well. She can really handle some nutrients. But I am not going to increase it since we are in the last few weeks. This gorilla continues to amaze me. What an incredible beast. She is + -120cm, very sturdy for an autoflower. Also the number of bud sites I find amazing, its airy structure certainly contributes to this beautiful number. a great plant to work with. On to week 9

She started this week with the thickening of her incredible number of buds. Have tied and supported her in different places. She was completely collapsing under her weight. The smells that are released when opening the grow room are wonderful. The pine aroma smells great with a few hints of citrus and diesel. Very curious about the taste during smoking. A few more weeks and I'll let you know. On to the next week
last update for the harvest. not very much to report. I have been flushing her for about ten days. she is almost through all her reserves. she has developed a beautiful purple appearance. the buds are numerous as well as the resin. very satisfied with the plant. after the harvest, I give a detailed account of my experience. I'll see you in a few days for the harvest!
this plant grew like a dream. I never met such numerous buds in an autoflower. biggest yield ive ever pulled from an autoflower. not the biggest or super dense buds. but a just alot of small sticky trichome covered nuggs. the speed with which she flourished is also fast. She has an excellent resin production and you also notice that during smoking. she first gives you a good creative sativa high that later turns into an indica bodystone. both for day and night time use. The flavors and effects are pure indulgence for the senses. she has a fragrance that consists of a mix of pine, lemon and gasoline.

growing: easy to grow, takes nutes like a champ. the speed of growing and blooming is amazing 10/10
appearance: looks ok. small but trichome rich buds. sticky as hell. some purple hues. bag appeal 7/10
flavor: pine, lemon and gasoline. The pine aroma not only smells great during growth, but is also very noticeable when smoking. In addition, the citrus and diesel nuts make the experience complete. 8/10
effects: effects are very interesting with a fast onset. a strong initial sense of euphoria like you’d expect from a sativa. Leaves you stoned but still able to concentrate, socialize, and stay active 8/10
First and foremost, everyone thanks for following and the many comments. It really motivated me to fill in this diary as well as possible. Within a few weeks I will start a new round and hopefully you will follow again. Thank you growdiaries community!
very satisfied with this strain and grow. as I stated earlier this has been a fantastic breeding. what an incredible number of tasty fat buds. the yield for a 15l pot under a 400w lamp is also good. she shared the limited space with 3 other plants, so you can only be enthusiastic about it. a strain that I am going to grow again. fastbuds convinced me with their genetics 👌0
Gg was such a fun gal to watch, your gal is lookin GREAT! You will for sure enjoy your harvest! We just finished jarring our 3 beauties. I’m a happy wife with too much weed, he said it’s cause I complain he never brings me flowers 😂 SMART MAN! Cheers man, have fun with her!
@dahoola, yeah man... you folks might not believe it, but i will take a pic standing next to it during harvest or next to a measuring tape or something... like i said i'm terrified of this young lady in my tent 😱
@epocgrowmaister, thx man! everyone has their own preference. But I would still recommend soil. Is a bit more forgiving. And of course there is nothing better than organic regarding taste, smell and potency. I have not put the latest grows online anymore, but have been growing completely organic for a few rounds (be sure to check out biotabs) and the results are simply amazing. That's why I decided to put some new diaries online to share my experience. So to summarize;) I would definitely recommend soil and preferably organic
This is going to be tough competition for DOM. Hopefully we will both be in the top 10. I was impressed with diary. Theres more competition then I thought. Yours is for sure some of my toughtest competition.
@FrostyGardens, thx for the kind words! There are indeed a lot of people here with amazing diaries and plants. Your grows also look great. I hope the same about that top 10 spot ;) It's the community that keeps me motivated. So it's great to have you around. Happy growing bro!
