D55- Finally female preflowers on one of the Black Roses, moved that to the isolated room with the Double OG Chem clone to get onto natural light cycle. Going to be a very rainy week so not putting them outdoors until after the rain subsides a bit. Opens up the veg closet a bit. More defol, topping, tying.
D56- Heavy watering
D57- Four 7gals have been prepped with 60-40 BAS 3.0 and CoM Stonington plus about 10% added rice hulls. Pre watered with 16oz of Recharge and Azos, then planted BAS cover crop on the top. Transplant for the first four (2x Rosettas 2x Jelly Donutz) happening between Sat and Tues (D60-63) then flip shortly after. Have at least 2 other plants to get flowered out, possibly 3 or 4 if the other Black Roses are females. The tent is gonna be stuffed as fuck.
D60- Missed watering on day 58 and came back to a room full of sad and wilted ladies yesterday. Hit them with the recharged water and they look fantastic today. Lookin at transplanting the indoor girls on the fourth, D64. The outdoor girls will get transplanted tomorrow into their 30gal tubs because of time and weather schedule. Will start a separate diary for the outdoor ladies.
@PapaNugs, Haven't tried it yet so gave it an 8 for the smaller yield, then realized I can't change that rating LOL. Still learning the ins-n-outs of this site. Thanks Papa!!
I'm working on my first-ever Brothers Grimm grow. It shocked me to see how much more quickly and sturdily their seeds are growing than their sisters (a few strains from Anesia Seeds) are developing. Don't get me wrong - both breeders offer great-looking plants, but Brothers Grimm clearly has their genetics dialed in to a much greater extent than their competitors. Even as seedlings, the Brothers Grimm plants were the first to sprout, stand up straight, and grow true leaves... this applied to the Mota Hari and G13/Genius in particular.
Enjoy the grow!
@FarmerJon, Yep I agree, very stable genetics and the Rosettas are showing incredible vigor relative to the other strains. I grew two last year outdoor and both did remarkably well though one succumbed to PM while the other was very resistant. The buds were pretty good, very excited to see how it does indoor.
