Rebuilt the tent after NegotiatedBubble was kind enough to share his good ideas, I cut a hole in tent ceiling and placed the main grow light in the hole. This displaces a lot of the heat generated and puts it outside the tent where its own dedicated cooling fan can take most of it away, for good measure added 1/2" tempered glass, this allows light to pass through hopefully mitigating alot of heat getting inside.
