My very first Grow

In general: This is my first grow ever and if you've any suggestions, please let me know. I've read a lot about the topic, but have no friends to share knowledge. Seeds are from my old dealer. They are about one year old and i don't know what strain it is... but it was for free, so perfect for training my skills (i hope). My plan is to use 4 (3 Gallon) Non-woven plant bags and train them with topping and lollipopping. Germination: I'm using peat pellets. On 04/28 i've let them soak for 5 minutes in normal water (pH 6.0), softly put the seeds in and covered it. I'm using a indoor greenhouse inside my tend. Temperatures in greenhouse: about 27°C (80°F) and humidity about 70% (+- 5%) My LED is dimmed at 50% with a 30cm (12") distance, in a 18/6 cycle. And I'm watering gently 1-2 per day with a spray bottle. On 04/30 i saw the first 4 seeds coming out (see pic from Day 3) On 05/01 they shot out very fast (didn't expected it) (see pic from Day 4)
