One loaded watering of pots before transplanting germinated seeds to soil.
3 Auto Blackberry Kush seedlings sprouting from soil after 3 days on paper towel for germination.
2 Auto Ak seeds germinated in paper towel, have not sprouted yet from soil.
UPDATE:
3 Autoblackberry Kush thriving after 4 days.
2 Auto AK sprouts making it out after 2 days.
Seedlings growing their second set of leaves. The tips of the third set are already visible. No water since day one because pots were not drying well for the first week.
Leaves are growing huge by day 15. They have a good color so far. havent started a nutrient schedule yet. I am waiting for fifth week since this soil had nutrients. Still, some leaves are showing some signs of issues. Any comment on what could be happening is welcome. Details on pictures.
First sign of pistils on 3rd week.
The Blackberries have been in preflower for 5 days. They began showing sex and pistils on week 3. The AKs are barely showing sex without hairs on week 4. They barely smell. Stems are thicker and lateral branches are growing higher.
At least 4 of the plants are showing some sign of nutrient deficiency, maybe Phosporus. Please, your opinion is welcome!
Blackberry #1 specially is showing weird brown spots on the lower leaves and has been growing with its leaves some curling, others with wite patches. It looked pretty black on day 22, drooping, but it imporoved by itself on day 2.
I will see if those signs cease after I give them their first nutrients tomorrow.

Update for DAY 25:
BB kush #2 has been developing pistils for the past 4 days, although today I found 3 calyxes that look more like pollen sacks, 3 balls, 2 with hairs, all on the third node of the plant. From there, upwards everything is just hairs everywhere.
It could be stress from light leaks maybe, or just a few pollen sacks that never fill? I plucked them off. I will keep an eye on this plant to see if she develops more, Ill have to take it out.
What do you think? Is it possible to be just a false alarm?
Start of week 6, day 35.
Blackberry Kush 1, 2, and 3 stretching seem to have stopped with the following heights:
BB Kush #1: 57 cm, the only phenotype with green buds. Not too bushy, stunted at some point due to some sort of roots or nutrient issue. Short side branches.
BB Kush #2: 56 cm, purple buds phenotype, very bushy with healthy looks.
BB Kush #3: 64 cm, purple buds phenotype, taller and skinnier than the other two. Side branches are not as big as BB Kush# 2, but bud sites look as dense and healthy as #2.
The 3 BB kush lost their first set of leaves (the ones with 3 fingers only), they look a little bit yellow in general. I do not know if it is normal that they are starting to lose their first leaves, having at least 4 weeks ahead.
Began watering with more Bloom than Grow nutrients for these 3 plants.
Gea Seeds Aks are barely starting to show a strong production of tall white pistils in their corresponding bud sites, they both look very green and healthy, with a good smell even without buds. I hope their stretching ends by the end of this week. They both are at least 30 cm.
Increased the Grow nutrient dose in this watering for these 2 Aks since they are still not showing flower and still need to stretch.
Update for day 40:
Made a mistake lowering the Grow nutrient on the BB Kush. They immediately began showing signs of underfeeding. Fast yellowing leaves with different nute deficiencies. AKs responded OK to the nutes.
I tried to fix the problem with the BB Kush watering back with 1 ml of Grow (it was lowered to .500 ml, causing the problem), and increasing bloom nutes to 1.3 from 0.8.
The fast yellowing and weird deficiencies spots stopped. The buds are fattening and the plant looks not very appealing to the sight, but those buds are surely growing ok.
AK2 stem naturally bent over. It is providing more light space for those side shoots of the main cola. This could mean that the final result is going to be a weird looking crooked cola. Growing healthy so far.
Added a couple of household led bulbs, 30W each to the system to see how the improve flowers. I removed the opaque lens they come with, leaving the led chips exposed. This way the light is directed to the plant and not diffused around by the lens. It is hard to keep the grow cool while the tent is closed. It reaches 28ºC. I've been leaving it open for the past days. maintaining at 26. New calyxes are growing on buds after last watering with higher bloom nutrients and coincidentally after the addition of the new bulbs.
AKs are stretching. Looking green and great. Bud sites are rapidly forming by now and finally! Fed them with 1 ml of Grow and 1 mlo Bloom since it appears they are about to stop stretching.
Day 44 for BB Kushes.
Day 43 for AK.
Lots of issues on leaves. Yellowing and spotting. Price that I'm paying for not getting a ph meter before. For the next watering I will cut the feed, and restart with the nutes for the next one. I hope this improves whatever is wroong with the soil and that it doesnt affect the plants from the food deprivation. Any advice is welcome! I would appreciate it.
Bb kushes are fattening up. I suppose I will be chopping these down in the next couple of weeks. Bb kush 2 and 3 lost all their fan leaves already due to problems with nutrients since week 5 or so. Buds are growing though. I wanted to see how these problems were going to affect the plants. I assume they would get a lil bit fatter f they were healthy. Give your opinions on it.
Aks seem to have stopped stretching and buds are already forming well. Trichomes are showing already on leaves of Ak #2. Not that much on AK #1. These Aks might be ready two weeks later than the bb kush maybe? In 3 weeks maybe 4.
The only plant smelling a lot is the bb kush #2. The other 3 need to be touched to feel the scent. Ak #1 smells really good though is a really weak smell.
BB Kush #3 seem to be almost ready on Day 64. Almost no white pistils and trichomes are all milky with some amber here and there. I will wait a couple more days to chop it. BB Kush #1 and 2 are close to harvest too, although are mostly milky trichomes and still have some white pistils left.
AKs are in day 63 without issues. 2 more weeks for these?
The 3 BB Kushes began showing signs of deficiencies around week 6. Made mistakes with the ml amounts very early in flower.
BB Kush#3 (in 5L pot) lost her fan leaves by week 8, and by week 9 had a lot of amber and white trics, with around 90% brown pistils and small sugar leaves dying as well. It was chopped on day 64 producing 6 grams of good tasting and heavy high bud.
BB Kush #1 was also in a 5L pot and showed different genetics than the other two purple plants. Green/purple buds, a LOT more trichome production compared to the other two, despite she was smaller, and the high is not as heavy on the body like the purples, but more uplifting and makeslot more talkative. Also the smell is different, being more citrus than the sweet smell of the other two. Yielded 8.5 grams of big frosty airy buds. Chopped on day 74.
BB Kush #2 showed the best growth because she was in a 11 Liter pot. She remained stocky and producing dense rock solid buds. She was stinking the whole area around week 8/9 and was chopped on day 74. Buds have a strong sweet/citric pungent scent and the high is a heavy one, making your armsnumb and relaxing you. Perfect for the night. Awesome flavor on dry herb vaporizer! She yielded 14 grams of smelly, solid and smokable blackberries!
Both Auto AKs are on day 80. Lot of yellowing on the leaves since they have been receiving water without nutrients for a couple of waterings already. They seem to be close to harvest although I will let them grow at leat one or two more weeks . There are a lot of new white pistils still popping out.
These Auto AKs grew bushy and stocky. They started flowering on week 6 and by week 11 were bloating and beautiful. They did not show any signs of deficiencies or diseases throughout their lifecycle. A very reliable breeder and strain to grow for beginers like me! Really nice high for the day!
