I'm so hyped for my new grow! I ordered the seeds directly from Ripper Seeds and these guys just delivered. Great customer support, awesome stealth packaging and choosable freebies. They did amazing and i am more than happy to grow my first strain from ripper seeds 🇪🇦 I choose to grow ripper haze first, because i am craving for some amnesia and some citrusy flavour profile for my stash. As a regular amsterdam visitor i am very familiar with the "oldschool" amnesia haze from there and it is always my first buy when i'm there. So i think it may give some good impression of what the "ripper seeds"-guys did with this great strain. I also really dig the spanish weed and i think they got amazing seed companies there. And as it is a classic from the "ripper seeds" collection, i got high expectations and i'm really really hyped how this grow will play out. ☘️ Strain description: A diamond that met in 2002 in one of our trips to Holland. This variety is more than a decade to be number one in all the letters of the coffee shops for aroma, Haze unmistakable citrus flavor and its effect “ripper” even for experienced users. Known under different names, the most popular of these is Amnesia Haze. RIPPER HAZE is the end result of our search for the perfect Haze: very powerful and lasting effect, rapid flowering cycle and intense aroma and flavor. Its large number of trichomes and its unique flavour make it your most precious jewel. So far one of the highest values of THC. Flowering outdoor: mid October Production: medium-high Effect: power, ripper. ☘️ I decided to try to rank my grows and their outcomes. So i can have a list of the strains i can consider of growing some again in the future. So this is just for personal tracking. I'm curious where "Ripper Haze" will sit after this grow. 1. Green Crack Punch (RQS): Delicious berry flavours, rock hard buds, sexy bag appeal, adaptable and great high. First grow was a lucky punch! Want to do it again, just better and more of all of that. 2. Pineapple Express (Barneys): Awesome and unique smell and taste, mellow high. Can get a bit stoney, but the flavours are where its at. Wanna try the photoperiods for taste. 2. Hulkberry (RQS): Taste is a bit random, high is awesome, buds are not as tight, bag appeal is meh. 4. Crystal Meth (Fastbuds): That grow was really fucked up. Unique high, interesting taste, nice colour. Not wanna try it again. Day 0 - 02/10/23 For this grow, i aim to grow two plants in my 2x2x4. For germination i start with soaking them in water (sprinkled with mycos) and transplant them in peat startercubes after 24h. I expect this grow to be smoother, as we won't have the huge temperature problems. But maybe its just that i'm very confident about this grow (i hope this won't backfire), because my first two grows were going fine and delivered a decent smokable product. As i guess the height may become an issue, i'm gonna attempt to mainline these girls. We'll see how this goes. Besides that will continue adding silica to the waterings, i think it really ads stability to the plants. Day 1: When the seeds were soaked for 24 hours, i took them out of the water und put then in a peat seedstarter in which i sprinkled some mycos. Then i potted the seedstartercube into a regular plasticpot with Biobizz lightmix (with about 10% worm humus and some extra perlite on the bottom of the pot) and some more mycos. I water them only with a spraybottle the first few days and aim to keep the humidity up at about 80% inside the tent. The temps are around 21-23 degrees so thats fine and i turned on the light at 20% power. I know that they don't need light yet, but i just want to test the lightcycle so thats that. Now its time to close the lid and let the girls wake up from their slumber. :) Happy and exciting times! Day 2: Domes are up. Humidity at 70-80%, temps at comfortable 24-26°, misting them every few hours with a spraybottle. Day 3: There is a tiny glimpse of seedlings breaking through the soil to be seen in the first pot. So i hope all three seeds have germinated and i expect them to raise their heads over the ground in the next day or two. I want to grow only two plants for this run, because i expect this strain to be pretty stretchy when flipping. And as i plan to mainline them, i need a longer veg for the ladies to recover from setting the mainline. So want to plan in some extra space for height managment, just in case. But so far things are going pretty good! Seems like we're right on track! Temps are 24-25°, Humidity between 60 and 80°. My PH-Pen broke (again...), so i have to order a new one. Because of that no silica will be added until the meter is here, because also little amounts silica push the PH pretty high. For regular waterings, a few drops of PH-down in combination with the soilbuffering should be okay to eyeball (i hope). Day 4: The first two seedlings are here ♥️ The third one is still digging through, but will be here soon. 🌞🌱 In every grow, this is one of my favourite moments. New life, a fresh start and a new chance for a perfect run. So lets do everything we can, to give them the best conditions possible. Let's goooo 😁 Day 5: The third one is still in the making. Stem is out, but she did not manage to get her head out of the ground yet. But i try to resist assisting her (and damage her in the process). So i just keep on waiting. The other two girls seem fine, so thats nice. Temps are at around 25°, i had to take the domes off and put a humidifier in the tent, due to slightly too high temperatures. So humidity is at 60-70° at the moment and i got the airflow going to already give their stems a bit of a workout. Day 6: All three made it out of the soil, which i call lucky. The third one was stuck for eternity and looks pretty battered. I hope she can make a quick recovery.

Disclaimer: I fill my diaries on the go and update them during the week. So if you like to get all the information and pics of innocent plants getting the herbie101 treatment, always check back on the last week to get the FULL picture (of a grower trying hard not to kill his plants). Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! Plans for this week: They are alive and look pretty happy, so we are going to do absolutely nothing besides pampering them as good we can. For now i stick with the spraybottle, in a few days i start giving them sips of water. Mainly to get the soil a good wetting, to let the roots go for oxygen hunting and branching out. So this week is all about the roots! To celebrate the survival of all three seeds and to honor this important process, all of the girls got their names which is a reflection of their personality in their first week of life. First we got daisy: Daisy is the quarterbacks girlfriend and everbodys darling. She was the first one to sprout and just came out perfect. Her life was all sunshine and glitter up to know, where the real struggles may (or may not) begin. Second is Captain Falcon: Cap came on the sond place in the race for the firstborn title. She had a crippled wing, which is still a bit battered. But Cap Falcon is willing to turn her weakness into an advantage and is on the epic quest to become the shining star of this grow. And last but not least, we have John. She is the survivor. Having the roughest start in life, she digged through tons of soil to reach the light. The weakest who will get the strongest. She dug herself up and is currently doing a seedling pistolsquad to get back on her feet. She is gonna be the John Rambo comebackstory of this run. We will see how their lifes will develop going foward! Stay tuned! Day 7: All of the three girls made it through their first week. Thats a big win! They seem to develop fine, so i want to do as little as possible and not disturbing them doing their thing. I hope John will keep up with Daisy and Cap, but its too early to make a guess. In fact, john is not even recovering, she is doing push ups to kick ass later on! *Rocky montage music* Anyway: I spray them regularly, keep their domes up and try to watch the temps not climbing too high. I take a VPD-Chart as a guideline to try to set things as optimal as possible. BUT i saw some fungus gnats flying around, which was to be expected due to the damp soil. I set up some stickies to fight the invasion and protect our three vulnerable inhabitants. Next week the plants should be big enough to water on schedule and then we can fight them off with dry ebough top soil. Something to keep an eye on, but no big deal yet i think. Day 8: Oh boy, John is fighting! She is way behind Cap and Daisy, but she refuses to give up. This is the spirit! Lets hope John made some nice roots (which she should because that lift she does needs some true corestrength😂), so that she can catch up in the next few days. Daisy and Cap are busy knitting some new leafs and looking pretty, so go for it John! Day 9: Cap and Daisy are just chilling, unfolding their bright green wings and loving life. Cap pushed through and is now the biggest girl in the circus. John is moving like grandma, when she is getting up in the morning. But she is standing (almost) upright and looks like a howling snakewarrior on the battlefield. Preparing for chase the others. Hope is growing! So temps are stable between 21 and 26 degrees and himidity is between 60 and 80%. I still spray them a few times during the day and keep the domes up. Cap and Daisy have almost outgrown their domes. And I finally received my new PH meter! So I watered the edges of the pots with a bit of water with a perfect 6.5 PH *chefs kiss* to remoisten the soil and give the roots something to go for. Day 10: We're at double digits and our ladies are still alive! Some (i'm looking at you John) are way behind while the others are doing fine. Since its Thursday, its time for a midweek formcheck. All participant will have to face the relentless inspection of doc herbie. So bend over and cough please! *latex gloves snapping* We're gonna start with our sweetheart daisy. She is 5.3cm in height with a wingspan of 7.0cm. She won't tell her weight, so we're ignoring that. She got a lush green coloration, no obvious spots or marks and no visible bugs or infestations. Well done sweetheart! See you next week! Captain Falcon is up next. She is a beefy girl already and has recovered greatly from her birth injury. Cap has almost outgrown her plasticprison with a height of 5.5cm and a wingspan of 8.5cm. Vibrant colours, no marks, no bugs. A natural born soldier *salutes* see ya next week buddy! And last but not l... well you are kinda the least john... sorry bud... we got John! She is our kid with special needs at the moment. She is 2.5cm in height and has a ... wing(?)span of 1.5cm. Well, she is green and bugfree. Just a bit slower. But that is okay, you still got some time little johnny. Go and play with your friends! So quite a difference for 10 days with these little fellas! Environment stable (Lights run with 20%/24-26° temps/60-80% humidity) and I am still praying and spraying! 💦🌱 Day 11: The little trio is doing their thing and most seems to go rather well. Cap has breached the bottledome, but has a few little burns from waterdrops i guess. John is just really slow. I think i'll have to leave her behind, but we just keep her coming along until its time to repot and then we'll decide. I think more than two plants in 3.5 Gallon pots would be overkill anyway. Here are my thoughts: If i want to mainline, i need to add some time to veg and because of that they will probably grow bigger than my other grows. But on both my previous grows i had a good chunk of space left. But because "ripper haze" is said to strech a lot, i better be careful when thinking about space management and just go with two. Day 12: Daisy broke free from the bottle dome. So i needed to rearrange the tent a bit. I bought the bigger pots for my seedlings by mistake. So the domes are a bit small. But well, we're working with what we have. Memo for me: LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THE POTS BEFORE YOU BUY THEM YOU DONKEY! Well... i'll try to remember next time. Day 13: So sunday recap of the week. I got a few things i take with me and a few questions i have to do some further research on. 1. Seedling stage watering habits: I prepare the soil, water it and plant the seeds. After some time (in this case on day 9) i add a little water to the edges of the pot to remoisten the soil (for the myco, bacteria and roots). Also i spray them 3-4 times a day just to keep the surface around the seedling damp. Rule: As little as possible, but the soil should not completely dry out (and the plants should nod wilt). Are there better ways to approach the watering or is my way problematic? 2. Nutrition: I fed too early and too much in my past grows. So for this run, i try to be more patient. Thats why i did not add anything but water (with silica) and on day 9 a 0.2l per pot of water/root juice. Next week i want to add in Bio Heaven and root juice for every water application. I want to wait with N until the repotting to the final container has happened (probably end of next week). Repotting will be in 13l pots with 80% Allmix/10% perlite/10% worm humus. So they can then first feed on the N in the new soil. Too much? Too little? Okay as a rule of thumb? 3. Herbie, read closely before you buy stuff. Seriously dude! So i think things are going fine. John is degraded to an experiment and will stay in the tent for science. But well i guess she got damaged during the germination process o, but i just write her off and that is absolutely fine. Shes a funny girl nonetheless and i like her spirit. Thank you so much for all of your support guys! 🙏🙏🙏 Its heartwarming to gather all these people who are so passionate about cultivating plants. I just love it and i love you people! Thank you so much for your diaries and all the insoiration and input! Have a very beautiful sunday and happy growing ♥️🌱🌞🍀♥️

Disclaimer: I fill my diaries on the go and update them during the week. So if you like to get all the information and pics of innocent plants getting the herbie101 treatment, always check back on the last week to get the FULL picture (of a grower trying hard not to kill his plants). Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! plans for this week: As we're still in the seedling stage, my main focus for this week is watering/feeding and doing preparations for the repotting at the end of this week. Of course while still focusing on doing whats best for the soilhealth to give the roots the best home i can. preparation --> On wednesday or thursday, i'm gonna mix the new soil and prewater it. So that it'll be ready for the girls to move in their final homes by the weekend. I'll repot them in (80% Allmix/10% Worm humus/10%) perlite soil and i hope this'll provide them with enough N for most of the veg stage. watering/feeding --> I fed the ladies on day 9 and yesterday with 0.2l of water and root juice. This week i'm gonna spray them less often and do a transition to a regular wet/dry period and slightly increase the water volume per watering. So i guess 0.3l for the first feeding and watch how long it takes to dry out. I will introduce bio heaven to the feeding routine for juicing up the soil and cut back on root juice from 4ml/l to 1ml/l. Settingwise this week will be pretty much to the same as last week. There are three changes. 1. The abandoning of the domes, 2. the regular introduction of airflow via fan and 3. lightintensity goes up from 20 to 40%. Day 14: Two full weeks guys! Time flies and the girls are growing fine (except you know who). Cap is in fantastic form and grows day by day. Biggest champ in the camp! Daisy hides in the middle of the pack, but shes also a hard worker. Cap is just overeager, so Daisy is perfectly balanced. And as it seems by now, we have to say good bye to John at the end of this week. She is not able to keep up with the pack and will be left behind or just stays in her minipot and we'll see if she will produce anything. Not sure yet. So there is another exciting week ahead! Let's gooo! Day 15: So John did not like the brighter lights. I think after a long and fulfilled life, John said:"NOPE!" and left us. Farewell John, the warriors heart. May you rest in heavenly soil, your sisters are praying for your save travels... I watered the remaining ladies with 0.2l nutrientwater. Cheers! Day 16: The environment is stable with temps at 25° by day and 20° by night. Humidity at 55 - 70% and the lights still at 40%. Today i prepared the new beds for cap and daisy to chill out in. I mixed the soil and prewatered it (PH 6.4). So it should be ready on friday/saturday. The girls are working on their fourth node, so i guess timing would be quite good for repotting in two days. I can give them some time ro rest after transplanting before setting up the mainline when they are on six nodes. Day 17: Cap and Daisy are doing fine. I let John sit in there, so they can say goodbye. So with it being thursday, it's time for the weekly weigh in to see how they did, the last week. Our first contender, cute as always, is our beloved daisy! She is now 7.5cm in height and has an armspan of 13cm. So she gained 2.2cm in height and 6cm in diameter. She is now the tallest girl in the room. Heidi, its time to schedule a shooting for "herbies next topmodel"! And on spot number two, we got the beefiest lady on the scene and of course it is captain falcon! She is now 7.1cm tall (5.5 last week) with a diameter of 18cm (8.5 last week). Cap skipped leg day, packed some roids and did a massive arm workout! So i guess the ladies do fine. Two very different personalities, but i love to have that duo in the tent. Day 18: Big moving day is here! I prepared their now beds and repottet them as carefully as possible. 12 hours before repotting, i gave them a little sip (0.3l) to remoisten the soil, so that it is nicely damp when i need to get them out of the pot. i prepared some holes and sprinkled some mycos on them and then put the ladies in. Thei had nice strong and healthy roots. Everything seems perfect. Now i just let them chill for the next days and see how they like their new homes. Happy days! Day 20: Today i had the urge to water them again, but they look happy and the new new soil is definitely moist enough in the lower half. So i leave them sit and dig for water. As the don't seem to be shocked by transplanting i just do nothing. Boy, for me doing nothing is the hardest part of growing. Sunday recap: So here we are at the end of week 3 and up to now, things are going almost perfectly. The girls look healthy, they are growing strong and seem to have managed the transplanting exceptionally well. They did not receive any additional nitrogen and i hope the can tap in the new soil without problems. They are working on their fifth node now and when things go well, we can set up the mainline during the next week. I'm beyond nervous and excited fo this step! I'm still unsure about watering habbits. But the ladies seem to like how i approached it, so we just go with the flow. And my wife talked me into keeping John in the tent and see how he does. So John will follow along until she definitely dies.

So if you like to get all the information and pics of innocent plants getting the herbie101 treatment, always check back on the last week to get the FULL picture (of a grower trying hard not to kill his plants). Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! plans for this week: So with the repotting the ladies are in their forever home (12l/3gal) and so far they do very good. This week will be very exciting, because if the ladies grow as i expect then we will be setting up the mainline at the end of this week! Besides that we keep focussing on soil health and strengthening their root system. For setting up the mainline we want them to: - have 6 nodes (we will top to the third node) - be lush, vibrant and healthy - have as big of a rootsystem they can get For achieving that, we want to do as little with them as possible and try to get the watering as good as we can. I try to water them every three days, so that they have plenty of time to dig for water. Day 21: Look whos still there! John made herself a nice leaf! She's still not giving up and because my wife protects her, she stays woth the others. Cap and Daisy seem to be developing nicely. I can't find any issues at the moment, so it doesn't get any better. I won't feed them with nitrogen this week, maybe next week. But they should have plenty in their soil storage right now. I introduced some Acti Vera, because who does not love some Aloe goodness. So we try to spoil them before we massacre them later on. Today they got 1l of nutewater each. We start conservatively and look how fast they drink and adjust it every watering. Looks good, feels good! Day 22: Daisy is pushing herself upwards and Cap is just bulking, while John is picking up some impressive pace! Humidity is down to 50-60% and temps are still 25°-26°, because i leave the tent open since I turned the lights up to 60%. Day 24: The pots were really dry today, so i gave the girls a neat watering with nutes (PH 6.4) and since it's thursday, it's time for the midweek formcheck. May our contestants step on the scale, please! Daisy: Oh you little sweetheart! Daisy just does things perfect. The first month, she just floated through life with all glitters and bliss. She got a nice colour, no spots and a good size. She prays all day every day. Our daisy is now 15cm in height and 24cm in width. She is still the tallest lady at the party and is working on their sitxth node! Well done honey, you get a nice haircut this weekend! Cap: Captain Falcon likes huge gains. She did not spend much time on praying, but compensates with heavy workouts. She's not as pretty as daisy, but boy she puts on some mass in no time. She seems to munch through the soil like a bodybuilder in the supplementsshop and darkened noticeably after repotting. She is now 15cm tall and 32cm in diameter! Today she looked a bit droopy (with strength in her leaves), but i hope she feels better after the snack. Cap you also get a nice mohawk tomorrow! John: Well little johnny is far from giving up. I don't know what to do with her, but she powers forward. In fact, she made probably the most progress this week and is now 6cm in height and 12cm in width! Well done little Johnny! Your the pacemaker now! You can keep your faboulous hair buddy! Looking nice! Day 25: Welcome to herbies barber shop ladies! Today we'll handout some haircuts for you lovely girls. It'll make you look much younger i promise! *scissors snapping* Daisy got some nice bangs *snipsnip* and cap gets a tough mohawk *snippedy* After your hair treatment you can relax in our bamboo shack and i hope you get used to it! Its always weird at first! So the snippening is happening. Cap and daisy both were done with their sixth node, so we topped down to node nr. 3. and cleared all growth underneath. I got a bit crafty and installed some bamboo sticks for attaching the coated wire. But for now we just let them chill and when they drank up, they'll get some nice and nutritious recoveryshake with some tasty kelp, aloe and microbes. I think i easily could have topped them earlier, but one of my overall themes for this grow is patience. So i always try to wait just a bit longer than i would do normally. Let's see if they recover from that butchering. Fingers crossed! Day 27: Cap and Daisy responded very well to the cutting and after a day of caring about their wounds, they are back pushing out leaves. They sipped on the rest of their drink yesterday and today only the lower third of the soil was damp. So bartender herbie mixed them a nice cocktail. Because we are approaching week 4, i added 1ml of fishmix. I think maybe i could wait another watering with adding nitrogen, but it feels saver that way. So they got 2l of nutewater each. I like to water every 3-4 days, thats why i don't want to give them too much. I carefully LST'd the main branches to give them some guidance. We'll see how they take it.

Disclaimer: I fill my diaries on the go and update them during the week. So if you like to get all the information and pics of innocent plants getting the herbie101 treatment, always check back on the last week to get the FULL picture (of a grower trying hard not to kill his plants). Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! plans for this week: At the beginning of last week, the girls have been repottet and a few days later i set up the mainline. The ladies seemed to recover pretty fast, so for this week we only got two things on the plan. First, we want to check and adjust the LST at least every other day to keep the main branches flat and even. Second, we are waiting for the mainbranches to get to four nodes, so that we can do our second topping and remove the second nodes of the respective branches alltogether. Then we should have eight maincolas, which is what we are going for. So this weeks theme will be all about LST and training. Day 28: Yehaaaaw! A full month of seeing these beautiful plants grow up and i could not be happier with how things are going. No trouble untill now, they grow strong and happy. The environment is not perfect but okay to go with. I leave the tent open during the day, because i don't want to worry about temps. We got 25-26° on daytime and 20-22° during the night. Humidity is around 50-60°, lights still dimmed to 60° and we try to water them every 3-4 days. No signs of pests so far. And we'll finally add some nitrogen to their diets this week. John made some vigorous growth last week and has become a beautiful little plant. The John-Rambo-Effect is real! I am a bit lost, because i don't know what to do with her when space grows tighter. She deserves a lovely space to get big, but i think i just have space for two in the end. But well... let that be a problem of the future herbie! For now i just love her, appreciate her and let her do her thing. 😄 Captain Falcon and daisy are and will be the leading duo of this show. They are everything a grower can wish for (until now). Cap is the rough diamond, who shines with pure output. She grows fast and vigorous while daisy is just a perfect aesthetic girl. All in all we are in a perfect spot right now and i'm optimistic that we'll have another two to max three weeks of veg before we let their youth behind and throw the girls into adulthood. Day 29: What a lucky day! When I opened the tent this morning, the girls welcomed me with a sweet dank smell. I love it when this phase starts! They grew noticably over night, so i'll have to adjust LST today. Finally getting my hands on them regularly! I love growing man! Life is good 💚 Day 30: The girls are getting their fanleaf-hulaskirt stripped down. They are completely overgrown, so they fulfilled their purpose. But they were pretty dark. Dark enough to take it as a sign to be aware of nitrogen levels, but nothing major. I adjusted the LST to keep them close to their bamboo home. They are starting to work on their fourth node now. So the second topping is coming closer. Cap is ready to be watered, daisy is still pretty well saturated in the bottom half of the pot. So tomorrow the girls are gonna get some water. More for cap, less for daisy and no additional nitrogen for the rest of the week. Day 31: It's thursday my dudes! So its time for the weekly inspection with doc herbie. *latex gloves snapping* Captain Falcon does what she does best. She's growing like a weed! She produces the biggest foliage of all the girls while she munches through the soil like crazy. She's pretty stuffed on nitrogen, leaftips are dark green and i feel like she's cruising on the edge of a little toxicity. No burnt tips yet, but we're close. Besides that she's healthy and vibrant. A real champion! Height 12cm, diameter 35cm. Daisy can keep up with cap! She trains hard and put on some pretty beefy arms during the last week. She has slimer leaves and doesn't drink as fast as Cap. She's a more moderate girl, but she does everything with beauty. She also has some pretty dark leaftips and is full on nitrogen. Besides that she's everything a grower can dream of. Height 15cm, diameter 30cm. John is playing on her own terms. She made some impressive foliage and i decided to top her today. I still have no clue how i can fit her in, but i'm gonna try to. She's a fighter and i want to give her the chance to shine. We'll find a way. She's looking perfect! Height 10cm, diameter 20cm. Day 32: Yesterday, i made an impulsive decision and topped all three ladies. I thought there is no point in waiting any longer. The plants were healthy and vibrant and i guess a shorter vegphase would be better than a longer one. Especially because of my fear of the potential height of the plants after the stretch (and Ripper Seeds recommends just 1-2 weeks of veg). For my understanding i'm now in my second week of veg, because until repotting they're just seedlings. So i don't want to veg for more than double the recommended time. I also topped John... Just that she doesn't feel excluded. 😂 We topped both mainbranches to the third node and removed the second node alltogether on both girls. So Daisy and Cap now got two nodes with two growthtips on each side. That means these will be our final eight colas we wanted to achieve. Now all the toppings are done and we wait how things will unfold. I'll wait two weeks max until we'll switch to flower. I just want to give them enough time to recover and to let the new tops grow out a bit. Our mainjob now should be spoiling the girls and LST the branches to spread them out a bit and get them to the same height. As soon as that happens, we're gonna push the button. At least thats what i plan to do, we'll see how it goes. Day 33: The ladies look a bit rough today. A bit of droopy leaves, A hint of yellowing, but that could as well be my paranoia or something on my glasses😂 But i noticed that they were dry already. So i gave them a feeding of PH'd (6.8) 1.5l of nutewater (with fishmix) each. I hope they'll bounce back soon. Could be a combination of stress and bad watering. We'll see 😊 Day 34: The girls looked a lot better today. They also made some noticable progress. So my stupid ass could not wait and put them through a serious LST workout... and took off some big fan leaves... Well... i hope they manage to take it well, i think i should have waited another day. But today i had some free time and you know...🙄 Anyway... Last day of the week and Daisy is a bit light on colour for my taste. We''ll have an eye on that.

Disclaimer: I fill my diaries on the go and update them during the week. So if you like to get all the information and pics of innocent plants getting the herbie101 treatment, always check back on the last week to get the FULL picture (of a grower trying hard not to kill his plants). Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! plans for the week: This week we got two things to care about: LST and playing the "when should i switch to flower"-game. I want to let them grow for this week and switch afterwards. I try to LST them, so the canopy grows flat. After the switch we let the 8 colas grow upwards and just care about spacing and managing the stretch. The environment is pretty stable with temps being about 25-26° during the day and 18-20° at night. Humidity hovers around 50-60%, which is fine for me. I really need to adapt my watering habits, as the ladies are thirstier than ever. So i guess i'm gonna aim for upping the amount of water, while staying at a three day feeding rythm. Day 35: Welcome to the fifth week of this ripper haze grow! I am very happy how the ladies perform, but we are are experiencing some minor hickups that we need to keep an eye on. Daisy is a little bit bright in colour, she doesn't like to wear dark green leaves. I don't know if this is a pheno thing or if she's just a little hungrier for nitrogen than cap. But this week we try to increase her nitrogen dose a little and watch how she takes it. Captain falcon is pretty fine, she does not pray as much as daisy does. I may have stunted her growth for 1-2 days last week due to the early second topping, but thats fine. John is looking rather sad in her pot and shows some signs of leaf discoloration. Looks more like a magnesium deficiency, but i think she is actually rootbound and is unhappy because of that. I don't have the plan to repott her, so we just take her along and see what will happen. Update: Aaaand i broke a branch *tadaaaaa* 🙈😂 Well that happens when you go too hard on LST. But i taped cap up and we'll see if she can heal that thing. I believe in her fighting spirit. Hopefully she will bounce back even stronger! But man, i feel like an elephant in a closet when i'm working in that tent. 😂 Day 36: The branch doesn't seem to make it. The spot was very fiddely to repair, so perhaps i wasnt able to connect them properly or its just ultra survivalmode to conserve energy. I'll just leave it as it is and check in a few hours. Worst case we'll just cut my losses and ride on with a monobranch. They were also bonedry today, so i gave them another watering of 2l nutewater for each girl and a few sips for little john. Adjusted LST. Day 37: Daisy is thriving while Cap has visibly slowed down. It seems like she's focusing on the healing process of the broken branch. The outer leafs are almost dead, while the inner core seems to still be alive. I'm very curious if she can save it. I let her chill as much as possible and we check back tomorrow. Day 39: Yesterday was thursday my dudes! I missed the weekly weigh in! Well i was quite busy the last days, which was good for the ladies so i didn't hover around them so they had some time to relax. So time to adress the elephant in the room: Yes i think Cap is repairing her broken wing again! A lot of the outer leaves of the little branch died of, but the core seemed to survive. And now i think it is growing again! It costed her a lot of energy, so she did not grow much but i am more than proud of her! What a lucky bastard I am to be blessed with a plant with such a willpower! Or good genetics, whatever! I am quite confident at the moment to pull the switch in three days. Daisy is just the biggest sweetheart in this tent. While i was worried about cap, Daisy was just shining. Her leaves are darker, shes praying all day long, she grows just fine with little foliage, well proportioned, she's just awesome! And little Johnny is rebelling because she wants a bigger room. Which is totally fair. She'd deserve it, but i just can't make any more space for her. So sorry little buddy! But to make up for the lack of attention, the girls got 2l of nutewater today. Day 40: During this week i took off some big fanleaves on all the ladies and today i adjusted LST and took of some more as a ladt defoliation before the switch to flowering. I took a bit more than I normally wouldy but these girls produce such a nice foliage that i am pretty confident that less is more. Now they got space to breathe and grow and i want to let them chill now until monday and then do the switch. It's getting exciting! Day 41: Last day of the week, last day of the veg. The girls doing great so far! Cap has done an amazing job healing her branch. She is now groing again on all fronts. Thats a big relief for me, as the branch is saved and she tells me that she is back on track. So i can stick to the plan and pull the trigger. I'm curious how it will play out heightwise, pretty anxious about not having enough space. But the quitter never wins, so i'm thrilled for the next phase. I love the first month of flower, there is so much happening! The bad thing about flowering with photos is, that i just have access for 12 hours. So i need to adjust my "checking schedule", and with schedule i mean checking on them everytime i pass by 😂 But we will have to work on that 😂

Disclaimer: I fill my diaries on the go and update them during the week. So if you like to get all the information and pics of innocent plants getting the herbie101 treatment, always check back on the last week to get the FULL picture (of a grower trying hard not to kill his plants). Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! plans for the flowering phase: Its flowering time my dudes! So the timers are set to 12-12. I'll let the lights run during the night (8pm to 8am), because i think i can benefit from better temperatures. When to lights run at 100% it'll add 2° to the overall temperature. So i can compensate for that with the lower nighttemps, so we can stay between 26 and 28°. At least in theory. I took out one humidifier, because i think i want to stay between 55% and 60% humidity. With temps at around 24° this would be spot on vpd-wise. And i don't want to be higher in humidity because of mold, so my best bet is to get the temps as low as possible so i can get the humidity as low as possible. So about height management: The ladies are about 20cm long (5cm Mainstem, 15cm branches), we got about 60cm of upward space. So they can grow 60cm upwards max, if we keep the distance from canopy to lights at 40cm. I think i'm pretty confident that there should be plenty of space for the girls to stretch. For the first two weeks the ladies will get the same food. Because for the first few weeks they won't need blooming nutrients. We'll introduce that when stretching slows down. So the plan for this first week of flower will be to continue LST and keep arranging the branches with the main goal to give them as much light exposure and airflow as possible. The other tricky thing will be to further adapt to their watering needs. I need to adapt the amount of water when feeding. Last week they drank 2l and were dry on the third day. I want to give them enough water to have at least two days between feeding, so we can provide the ladies with a dry cycle of at least one day between waterings. Day 42/F1: So the girls had their first night of 12-12 and that means they are ready for flowering (or they have to be). Timing is very good and i'm hyped for this week! We set up the mainline in week 3 and topped again on week 4. I hope Caps broken arm will not hold her back, but time will tell. Things are looking good and i'm more than happy how this run went until now. I gave them 3l of nutrient water and we'll see how long they take to absord it. And i adjusted LST. I upped the light intensity to 80%, letting them adjust a few days before i put it up to 100%. I don't know if it makes a difference for the plants, but it just feels more natural. If they go hogwild on stretching i may turn the lights to max earlier, just to contain the growth a bit. But at the time i'm not worried about it. Day 43/F2: Man the new time schedule is killing me! The waiting time to open up the tent is just horrible! They've already brighten up noticably and look pretty healthy. I didn't do any lst adjustments today, but i plucked a few leaves because i couldn't controll the urge. But i think they managed the switched timeschedule pretty well and we'll see how things go in the next few days. Day 45/F4: So the ladies are healthy and thirsty. They are almost dry on day three after the last feeding. So we're gonna stick with 3l and raise the amount per feeding next week. From now on i'm gonna switch from fishmix to biogrow for the rest of the flower. The growth was not massive, but daisy clearly grew more than cap. But thats fine so far. I just them go at the moment and do more LST until the colas reach over the canopy. For now it seems just fine. Day 46/F5: The young women seem to be allright. I plucked some leaves to expose the budsites more to the lights and checked for threats. But it seems all fine. We take that😄 They got enough water, temps are between 25° and 17°, humidity between 50 and 60%, light still at 80%. So i need to get the room a bit warmer during the day to push the nightemps over 18°, but besides that i think we're fine. Day 47/F6: Now they're going! They did a good stretch over night, so i gotta adjust LST a bit for flattening out the canopy. Spending a little time in the garden! I love it😊 I plucked some leaves (again), i hope they won't mind. Now they are spread out and ready to grow again. The hazey smell already lingers around. Tasty tasty! 😊

So if you like to get all the information and pics of innocent plants getting the herbie101 treatment, always check back on the last week to get the FULL picture (of a grower trying hard not to kill his plants). Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! plans for the week: For the second week of flower, i'll let them grow grow grow. We have plenty of space for them to stretch upwards. I hope they'll do 😊 I will introduce flowering nutrients this week, but we start slowly. Lights will run 100% from this week onward and besides that there will just be a little leaftucking, leafplucking and watching them go. If needed i'll adjust LST on single branches, but for now less is more again. 😂 We're on track, we're not facing major troubles at the moment and the girls do great! Happy times! Day 49/F8: So the plants grew happily for their first week of flower. The budsites are lighting up and they stretched noticably. I removed a little leaves every two days and adjusted LST a little. This week i'll let them chill more and focus on growing. They are still moist enough in the deeper parts of the pot, but they'll be dry tomorrow. They got their last watering on day 45, so i'd estimate they drink around 0.8l per day. Daisy is growing a bit faster than Cap at the moment. She still holds the lead. I got some fungus gnats, try to battle them with stickies. But they are not many. I guess a bit less water may be beneficial for fighting them, because the topsoil dries out faster. Maybe i'll go again with 3l tomorrow instead of 3.5. Day 50/F9: Sooo the ladies are dry today, so they are getting some nutewater. I'm gonna go with less water, to let the topsoil dry out faster than last time. So i'll try to cycle faster between the waterings to up the oxygen intake and fight fungus gnat infestation. I want to slowly adapt, so i go for 2.5l per plant for this feeding and then go down another 0.5l next time. Thanks to @nonick123 who inspired me to speed up the watering cycle! Besides that, i did not touch the plants today (except a little check up). What a demonstration of self control! 💪 Day 51/F10: I just love this time during flower, when the plants greet you with a nice wave of hazey smell when you open the tent. Far off from pungent, but intense enough the get a nice idea from their early profile. Its just pure joy! The plants themselves seem healthy, colour is okay, still some fungus gnats. Temps are still on the lower side during the night (18°), but i think its okay. 26° during daytime is pretty ideal and humidity hovers between 40 and 55%. So everything seems fine and it would be the wisest to just do nothing today. And so it shall be (besides just sitting there, staring at plants for a couple of minutes) Day 52/F11: There is a little stretching goin on! I checked up on them, i sat with, i left them chilling. Woozaaa! Everything looks quite good. The upper half of the soil is dry, there is still good moisture in the bottom. So tomorrow is feeding day! Day 53/F12: The ladies got 2.5l of fresh nutewater (6.5 PH). Cap is looking a bit droopy today, but looks healthy besides that. Maybe she just needs a drink, i'll check back on her later. Temps are between 20° and 28°, humidity between 40% and 60%. Not perfect, but good enough for me. Daisy is a chunk bigger than cap by now. Really impressive! Day 55/F14: Sooo Cap is still a tiny bit droopy and had some (just 2-3) burnt leaf tips. She just looks a bit unhappy and i don't have a clue why. Not supersad, but not happy either. But it's still fine, i'll just keep an eye on her. She isn't growing as fast as daisy as well. Daisy does great. She's just doing her thing and is loving life. Tomorrow is watering day again!

Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! plans for the week: We just arrived at week three of the flower and overall i'm very happy with this run. I got some minor things to watch out for. Cap grew noticably slower than our dear Daisy and is looking not as happy as daisy is. She drinks faster than her sister though. But i can't make out why that is. Then we got some fungusgnats, but thats not a problem so far. The population seems under control. And i overestimated the growth after switching i guess. But i was hard to figure out what the right approach is. Because i got only 70cm of actual growspace (Height of tent - Equipment - lightdistance - potheight) and ripper wrote 1-2 weeks veg max because of the stretching. So because of these factors (and what actually is the real veg phase from the breeders perspective) i decided to go with this schedule. At the moment i would've waited two weeks longer to switch. But maybe they will explode now, i have no idea. But we're learning for the next run. Besides that, we're cruising just fine. So we are at week three of flower and the theme of this week still is the strechening. And as a special we will focus to get the ladies defoliated by the end of the week. And of course we will not forget to lean back and enjoy the ride. Thank you so much for all your support! I love to have you guys around, you are most welcome! Happy growing everybody 🌱🌞🍀 Day 56/F15: So we have arrived in the second half (probably) of this ripper haze run. The ladies are still well alive and they are still in their stretching phase. Daisy is growing faster than cap and cap is still a bit droopy, but besides that, they look fine. Little john is making good height progress and actually i'm quite confident that we can keep her in the tent until finish. But the next weeks will tell 😊 I insoected them for pests or diseases, but they seem fine mostly. Cap got a few single burnt tips, so i guess the feeding amount is fine (if not too much). The girls got their feeding today, so the fourth day after the last feeding. They got 2.5l of nutewater each (6.7 PH), which will stay the same this week. They were pretty dry yesterday and i'm hopefull that i can cut the watering cycle to every other day, starting now. I was on the brink of watering them yesterday, but decided to do it today. So we'll just stick with it this week and see how it goes. Day 57/F2: Its an amazing day you guys! One comment managed to change my perspective on my grow. Thanks to the wonderful gem nonick123! He spreaded some words of wisdom and pointed out, that the flowerphase does not start with the lights switching from 18:6 to 12:12. Instead its preflower time first, and when the flowers are visible it is the actual start of the flowering phase. Common knowledge, which i have absolutely not in my mind! Thanks a lot nonick123 for spending your precious time to educate me again. I fucking love it and learnt another very valuable lesson. Thank you so much buddy! So its day 2 of flower today folks! 😂 And Cap is happyyyyy today and so am I. The young ladies are fine! Nothing to do today as to tell them how beautiful they'll get and how tasty they will be. 💚 Day 60/F5: Phew what a week! Had little time for the ladies this week, and i think i overwatered them a bit. They are growing fine and they made some decent height this week. Its very bushy below the canopy, so i need to clean up a bit and adjust lst. But i think i'm gonna do that this weekend. Besides that i think we're fine. I just need to let them dry. Nutritionwise they seem ok.

So if you like to get all the information and pics of innocent plants getting the herbie101 treatment, always check back on the last week to get the FULL picture (of a grower trying hard not to kill his plants). Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! plans for the week: I have a lot going on at the moment, so my time for the plants is pretty short. Thats also why there aren't as much updates, but i really hope i'll find more time again soon. So since we are in the second week of flower, there is still a lot of stretching going on. Thats wonderful to see! But i think i overwatered them accidently last week because i was in a hurry. So i think we go slow for this week with watering and cut the watering amount down to 2l per feeding and better water more often. I don't know if its wise, but i feel like i need to get control again and check how much they're drinking. Day 65/ F10: So here we are in the middle of the second week of flower and i saw some things that make me concerned. There is a light rust on some of the leaves on Cap, John is yellowing pretty hard and daisy has single slightly yellowed leaves. So i guess they need a feeding, but i cannot explain that slight rust. Its glimmering like trichs on a sugarleaf, but i don't think its trichs. Would be weird. I guess we will have a close eye on that and hopefully i can gain back control. I did not track thibgs properly last week, so i don't have a good idea where i am in terms of this run. But we will start again with todays feeding of 2.1l for each plant a few sips for john. I also removed some budsites and leaves which have no chance for direct light. Day 69/F14: They yellowing continued, so i flushed them with 6l pure water each and fed them 1l of nutewater afterwards. John is looking really bad, while the other two are mostly okay. We'll see what happens. I'm still pretty anxious avout the state of this run. But PH imbalance would be the most obvious reason, besides bad watering. Not the ideal timing for a reset, but in my opinion its better to react earlier than later.

Disclaimer: I fill my diaries on the go and update them during the week. So if you like to get all the information and pics of innocent plants getting the herbie101 treatment, always check back on the last week to get the FULL picture (of a grower trying hard not to kill his plants). Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! recap and plans for the week: Welcome to week 10! The last two weeks i had a lot going on and could not tend the plants as they deserve. Due to that i the girls suffer from yellowing lower leaves and reddish rust on the leaves (especially on cap). I could not find any pests and they should have enough nutrients. So i suspect PH imbalance, cal mag issues and/or bad watering habits to be the culprit in this case. I gave them a weekly dose of cal/mag, so rule this out. That left me with watering and ph imbalance. Because of my experience in my first grow, i decided to free them from the bamboo cage and give them a nice flush to reset the soil. And started with fresh nutrients. So thats where we come to the theme of this week. Regaining control and see the girls happy again. To achieve this, we will do ... nothing. Just observing how the flush impacted the ladies and react to this. Best case scenario would be that they bounce back and the yellowing/rust stops. We will feed them less but more often. I hope that allows me to react faster if things go south further. But life happens, and sometimes your plants have to suffer for it. Good thing is, i should have a bit more time for them till christmas and i hope i can give them proper care to make the best out of this little mess. Its a bad timing for issues to rise, but we make the best we can and learn the most out of it. We have at least six weeks left for this run and i'm still pretty confident that we can come out on a good note here. Exciting and nerve wrecking times! Day 71/21F: First day of the week! The ladies produced a lot of hairs during the last week! I plucked some leaves and cut some underveloped branches. This week will be the last week of defoliating, but i guess i'm on a good way. There are still a few bushy spots, but i will clear them a bit during this week. Daisy has gotten some burnt tips. In a way i guess this is a good sign. I interpret this as a sign that they are able to take up nutrients again and overdosed a bit. On the other hand she got some dark spots and i have no idea what that could mean. I need to do a bit of research on this topic. We'll see! Day 72/22F: Opened the tent today, took a look, closed it again and went for a smoke. These are the moments that hurt the most during a grow. Boy, they look even worse than yesterday. The spots started spreading, burn marks around the edges and it was very hard to see that development. Sigh... So what is the best option here? At the moment my theory is that this is, that there was a problem with the EC in the soil, because of a salt buildup in the rootzone (thanks for educating me once again nonick123). This assumption was made because of the weird signs of the plant. It looked like a nitrogen deficiency first (which was impossible) and then they showed signs of a wrong ph. Which is weird, because Biobizz Allmix has a 6.0 PH initially and i PH my waterings always at around 6.5 - 6.8. So from my perspective it should be impossible to get the ph so far off that it causes nutrient lockout. But because i saw no other options, i decided to do a flush to reset the soil. So at the beginning of this week they were freshly flushed. Therefore ph should be in the zone and and the ec should also be right (because it should have flushed away builtup salt, right?). The water itself should not be the problem, because during my autorun everything went fine. But i ordered a EC-meter to check it soon. Just to get some detail. So: I assume EC/PH is right, they had a lot of water due to the flush but got some nutrients after. There are no visible pests, environment is okayish (bit cold during lights off). I also assume they were locked out of nutrients for some time until sunday. So they were deficient in nutrients, because of the lockout caused by too high EC. But i gave them nutes after the flush which they should take up now. This was "verified" yesterday, because Daisy showed some burned tipps yesterday and clawed a bit. I interpret this as burn from too much nutrients. This is a good hint for the lockout theory and a sign that they take up nutes now. And a sign that there are more than enough nutrients present in the soil. So based on these assumptions, we got this situation: PH/EC right, environment okayish, no pests, the ladies are able to take up nutrients, they maybe are overwatered due to the flush. There are actually more than enough nutrients present. And the ladies got rusty edges, these may be nutrient burn that spreads. Which would be explainable when they were locked out for some time. The purple spots got brown and crispy. So at the moment i could explain that again with a heavy burn. Its unusual for me that this starts at the middle of a leaf and not around the edges. But i'll see what i can find online about this symptom. But that leads me to do absolutely nothing... If they are "just" overfeed and all of that rapid development is based on toxicity because of the lockout, then i guess it would be best to just let them be and wait for them to drink up. And then be very cautious with further feedings. I guess they just get water this week (if the assumpions are true). Phew... Sorry for this wall of text guys. But it really helps me to sort out my thoughts. So we'll see how it continues! Quite a thriller at the moment! Day 73/23F: Today, Daisy is looking a bit rougher than yesterday. She got two leaves that are very rusty and quite a lot that are burned around the edges. BUT although it is worse than yesterday and she looks pretty unhappy with her droopy leaves i think we may have hit rock bottom of this run. And that would be great! Cap is going strong again and looking a lot better! Even if it looks bad overall, i think its quite possible that its going up from here on. Its a good day! Day 75/25F: It looks kind of the same as yesterday. The burns did not get much worse, cap is looking quite okay. Daisy is droopy and unhappy. John is just surviving. So Cap is totally dry, so she gets a light feeding with just 1.5l of plain water with 1ml bloom. Daisy looks dry, but the pot still feels a little heavy. So she just gets 1l of plain ph'd water. Johns Soil is still pretty moist. She gets absolutely nothing. Day 77/F27: Sooooo the ladies were pretty dried up today, so i gave Daisy 1l of plain water and cap got 1l with 1ml of grow and 1ml of bloom. Cap has some yellowing of the lower fan leaves going on, so i think its a good thing to add a little n to the mix.

Disclaimer: I fill my diaries on the go and update them during the week. So if you like to get all the information and pics of innocent plants getting the herbie101 treatment, always check back on the last week to get the FULL picture (of a grower trying hard not to kill his plants). Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! recap and plans for the week: Week 11 has started and i have abandoned plans for the moment. The ladies had two rough weeks and are still stabilizing. We flushed them one week ago and are on the way to reintroduce full feedings when possible. I started to just give them 1 - 1.5l per feeding. I want to have closer watering windows to be able to react to the developements. But all in all my goal is to make the planta happy again and allow them to stack some tasty buds. I guess we still have another 4-6 weeks to go, so there is still plenty of time for them to get well. Day 78/F28: First day of week 11! So we're officially in the last third of this grow. The ladies had some water yesterday, and i expect them to be dried up tomorrow so we can water them again. Cap looks quite good, she sheems pretty happy and shows no additional symptoms at the moment. Daisy is still a bit droopy, but seems to recover also. John is barely surviving, but thats fine for me. She has just no priority at the moment. I'm sorry John! But since i'll give each plant a individually mixed feeding, maybe i'll try to see what i can fix. She was just way overwatered the last weeks, so we'll see if i can manage to give her a better life. Day 79/29F: All three were dried up today, so they each got an individual feeding. Daisy got 1l of plain water with a bit of bloom, Cap goht a light drink of 1l Grow/Bloom and John got herself 0.3l of water today. All ph'd to 6.5. Day 80/F30: Daisies toxicity is not stopping, but it has noticably slowed down. The soil is still wet enough and there is not much to do. The Haze-smell that releases when you accudently touch a but is just insane. That lovely pungent odor just drills into your nostrils and stings deep into your frontal cortex. Its just a pleasure! They look like shit, but smell like heaven! Day 81/F31: The girls look okay so far. They are dry enough to water them, so Cap got 1l and Daisy got 0.8l of nutrient water. Daisies pot is a bit heavier than caps, so i give her a bit less water to see if they are the same again on saturday. John is still moist, so nothing for this poor girl. Day 83/F33: So today both of the ladies (all three actually) showed some yellowing again. So this could be because they are locked out again or because they are actually deficient now after the nutrientfasting. So i watered again today and Daisy got 1l (1ml grow, 2ml bloom) and Cap got (1grow, 3 bloom). If they recover or do not get worse till after christmas, i'll feed them more. If they get worse, i'll do another big flush. Not ideal, i'm not happy about it, but it is what it is. 😊 At least they fattened up their buds this week. And they smell awesome! At the moment i fear that they are in lockout again. Because the purple leaves on cap seem to indicate P deficiency. And of course they got less than the chart says, but it should be enough to not get them deficient. (Just a feeling, nit a fact) But yeah. We'll see 😊

Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! recap and plans for the week: Sooo i hope you guys had a joyful christmas holiday! I did'nt have much time for the plants due to the house being full with family. But here we are at week 12 and actually it doesn't go that bad at the moment. They took the last feeding quite well, symptoms did not seem to get much worse and i think i just keep on cruising. At this time we should have 3-4 weeks left and i'll just continue with the every two day feeding cycle for this week. Day 88/F38: So Cap looks quite okay again, but daisy is still in a sligh suffering mode. But overall they improved, thanks to the christmas spirit! And i hope it will continue without much trouble. But the buds smell delicious and i love it! Thanks for checking out guys, have a wonderful time between the years and much love! Day 91/F41: The girls are still looking pretty stable and it feels like we got back some cruise control! Cap got pretty dark purple buds, while Daisy stays fairly bright. Beautiful to see and awesome to smell! They got fed every two days this week. Not the full dose, but at about 75%.

Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! recap and plans for the week: First of all: A happy 2024 to all of you out there! May your grows be thriving, your buds swelling and your puffs the best of all times! The Christmas days payed its toll on the ladies, but i think we got this. The burning situation in the tent seems to almost solve itself. The plants look happier and seem to cruise along (except John, who clinges on to life). Things are looking good. I hooe we'll just be crusing until harvest *fingers crossed* Day 92/F42: The tent looks okay, the ladies are grown up and are just working on their buds. As always in this phase of the grow, my hypelevel has started to dwindle and i'm already making the preparations for my next run. I guess it should be about a month from now until harvest and i plan to continue as in the last week. Feed them every two days and don't go ham with feeding. I hope it will be autopilot from now on, but we will see. Day 94/F44: Gave them some water again and checked the trichomes for the first time. They are mostly cloudy with a bit of sprinkled amber. So they are way ahead of what i thought they were. I guess this should have been their last week of feeding and then i'll have to flush. What a nice surprise! Day 96/46: So today the ladies got their last meal. So from tomorrow they'll be waterfasting until harvest. I'll be checking the trichomes every 2 days and when they are ready its chopping time. I guess this will be somewhere between one and two weeks from now.

Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! recap and plans for the week: Sooo the girls have almost reached the harvest window. Trichomes are mostly cloudy, with some clear and a bit of amber on the buds closest to the lights. So chances are, that this will be their last week of life for the ladies. Day 99/49F: The ladies are now on their final water fast before harvest and there is not much to do anymore. For me the last weeks are always a mixed bag of feelings. Sometimes i'm looking forward to taste the harvest, sometimes i'm only looking forward to start a new grow again, sometimes it's almost that they are done soon. But all in all i'm happy and i guess all these feelings make some of appeal of this hobby. But the next grow is already planned (i'm still waiting for some of the beans to arrive). So lets just enjoy the final weeks, there is not much influence to take on this run (besides drying/trimming/curing). happy days! Day 101/F51: The plants look good, there are still a good bunch of clear trichs, so i just leave them as they are. The smell is amazing. When you move the planta or touch the branches the lemony hazey smell fills the entire room. Its glorious! I think earliest chopping date could be this weekend, but i'll just keep on checking every two days. happy growing! Day 103/F53: *insert jeopardy theme* Still not there. Water fasting continues *impatient foot tapping* But they are beautiful! Day 105/F55: I think they are done soon. I watered them today, and i guess it will be their last time. I'm gonna let them dry up and harvest then. Trichomewise they should be near the top of potency then. Whoopwhoop! 😁

Thank you, have a wonderful week and happy growing! Day 106: Its chopping day! The trichs are almost on point, but due to scheduling i can't wait longer. But its totally fine! We got 90% cloudy, 5% clear and 5% amber. We take that happily. I did a last photoshoot with the ladies today and murdered them afterwards. Its always heartbreaking and joyful at the same time. I hang them whole and trim them dry, because i find it ways easier and because of the temps i think it'll be a slow and steady drying process. I put in an additional fan at the bottom of the tent to increase air circulation. I'll see what the humidity does tomorrow. I'll do the harvest tab when they are dried and trimmed and i have the final weight. Then after curing we'll find out how the smoke is *greedy hand rubbing* I'm very happy how this grow turned out in the end. And thank you all for giving advice and cheering for the ladies! Your support means a lot, make me feel like my little growing attempts are appreciated and i like that very much. It was a pleasure to share this run with you guys and i hope there will be a ton more. I really love this community, the good vibes and learning from all of you talented growers! THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your support! Have a very nice week and happy growing to all of you! Much love 💚🌱🌞🍀

The ladies have dried for a bit more than seven days. They got trimmed and put in grovebags for curing. Its my first time testing grovebags over the boveda/jar combo. Hope all goes good. I first thought it would be relaxing to do it with the bags, but i kinda miss the regular inspectation of the process and the smells when i burp the jars. But we'll see if it pays off to let the bags do their thing. The overall weight is about 95 grams and i'm very happy with the outcome so far. They smell delicious! I tested some kief from the trimming process and it hit me right between the eyes. It definitely got my blood pumping and i was totally blazed for about three hours. The high is catapulting me into a happy delirium with waves of euphoria and giggly sillyness. So far i'm having a blast with the ripper haze Happy growing 🌱🌞🍀
