7-10 started with germinating 2 Jealousy seeds.
for the Zamnesia x Plagron power buds contest I will grow 2 Jealousy plants, inside a Mars Hydro 70x70x160 tent with 2 Sanlight Q3W gen2. 120 watt led lights.
1 plant I will grow the way I always do, using Plagron Alga grow & Plagron Alga Bloom
the other plant will be feeded with all nutrients provided by Plagron for this contest.
So hopefully we can see if giving plants the extra Plagron nutrients will have an effect on the final harvest result and taste.
9-10, both seeds germinated, I've placed them in 2 small pots so they can grow in here for the coming 1,5 - 2 weeks.
13-10, both plants are doing fine, growing nicely.
16-10: both seedlings survived germination week.
from this week on I will start with giving 1 plant water with royal sugar, the other plant only water.
23-10, both plants are doing fine, a week left and then they can be placed in bigger pots and in the indoor tent.
28-10, placed the plants in a bigger pot (11 litres) and in a tent with a 120watt led-light.
30-10, the plants had their first 2 days in their final pots (11 liters) and in the growtent under the 120 watt led lights (sanlight Q3W). they seem to be growing faster now.
4-11, the plants are growing nicely this week.
5-11, topped both plants today, they are doing really well at the moment. and the grow pattern of both is really similar so far.
6-11, a new week, not much to tell today, all is going well for the plants.
8-11, did some Low Stress Training today. I'm thinking of growing the plants for 2-3 more weeks before switching to 12/12. I'm having 3 other (autoflower) plants in the tent that are halfway flowering, so ideally after harvest the lights in the tent will switch to 12/12 for both Jealousy plants to go into flowering mode.
20-11, did some more topping and low stress training in the last few days.
25-11, both plants have grown a lot in the past few days. I'm thinking of switching to 12/12, what would mean that the other plants (1 or 2 weeks left before harvest), need to spend their final days in 12/12. any opinions about this?
6-12 the plants are on 12/12 loght schedule for a few days now, they are growing really fast at the moment.
also started giving plagron power buds next to the royal sugar. (1ml per liter water)
10-12 finally harvested the other plants in the tent, so from now only 2 Jealousy plants in the tent. first signs are visible, flowering will start in a few days.
2-1, added Plagron Green Sensation to the nutrients I give to the plants.
both planta are doing really nice, trichomes are starting to appear all over the flowers and leafs.
unfortunately I had to harvest and throw away both plants, it turned out they where full of seeds. Too bad and I have no idea how this could happen. better luck next time
