This grow is all Humboldt seed company seeds and all ac infinity other than the lights I’m using for seed starting. The seed starting method is using damp (black gold seed starter) and a heating pad. After first seed sprouted I placed a small led light and left it on 24/7 for the first week.

Debating about topping my plants, and defoliating all lowers only keeping the the top two fan leaf’s. Has anyone done this?

Hi topping is almost mandatory in indoor growing. I suggest to dont cut the leaves, because of the readily available energy they stored. Instead i highly suggest to cut the growing TIPS that you dont need. The lower ones won't get enough light and they steal resources aimed to the top colas. that's my suggestion

How many plants are you trying to run, I believe it's about 75 watts per plant and how big of an area are you trying to light up

Do you have a rosin press? What brand? Why you like it? What do you dislike about it? Would you buy it again?

I've seen the guy on you tube mr canuck grows, he has one and it looks nice. well reviewed by him. I'd look him up and see what one he uses. I know of another person who has one on this site, but their profile was banned ages ago. www.youtube.com/watch www.youtube.com/watch These are two of his links. need to signin to confirm age as its listed as sensitive content. Good Luck!

Yes! I use the Dabpress 4 ton. I used it for 5 harvest now and I can not think of anything to disslike. Easy to use, great yield and easy to clean.

I have a KP-4 from LTQvapor. I like the fact that it's not too expensive, that it can manage the temperature of each plate independently, that it's more than enough for personal use, that I can make my concentrates without blowing up the house or having to remove solvent residues (not to mention that Live Rosin is amazing) and that it's available in purple. I don't like the finish (chinese stuff), the loudspeaker that spits out pre-recorded messages far too loudly (even if you can deactivate it, you get it back in your face every time you switch it on) and the hexagonal plates. It's an interesting device to discover and start with, and I hope to keep it for a long time. But if I were to buy another one today, I'd probably go upmarket, either to automated presses from Nugsmasher or to the brutalist models from Low Temp.
