Switching to home built RDWC system, hopefully everything will work out alright.
Did not save any photos from the first week sorry.
Started off with rockwool in my new grow tent under 2 secret jarden TLED grow lights 42 watt each.
Using GHE nutrients for the 1st time. Any advice and/or tips are more than welcome.
I think i messed up the ph the second time watering, i noticed the calicium spots, this might have been caused due too low hp. i noticed this 36 hours after and changed the water solution right after also lowered the dosis of calmag to 1,5ml per liter aswell cause i wasnt sure, maybe its too much. But now the day after they look great again and noticed the difference.
I will start making more photos from now on to upload for you guys.

halfway week 3, no signs of stress or nutrient problems. The ratio with nutrients seems to be good for now. Will start using plagron Vita Race foliar spray 1x per week.
Day 18 : They look happy, yesterday I used foliar iron spray and I also sprayed with plain water today, to remove residue.
Start of week 4, It doesnt look bad, but why arent the leaves standing up, it seems like its growing ok but theres something to improve because its growing kinda slow imo. If you have any clues feel free to share! im changing my nudes to the growing schedule of Floramato GHE and i adjusted the lights, not to shine direct on the plants, i think its too much for now.
Day 25: Since i have changed the light direction, the leaves are getting alot bigger. conclusion : the lights are too much for the little ones.
Also my ph meter was showing wrong results, manufacturer is sending me a new ph pen because its not working properly, so i have kinda been guessing the ph, I can tell because some leaves are turning to one side.
Day 28:
I was afraid to burn my plants with the growing schedule, since i doubled my ec by doing that, but still no burn. Stems are getting big, I'm just not sure if i bought the right light for this setup, they only get indirect light because the leaves stay so small when i put the lights directly above the plants
Changed my nutrient doses to 75% of the feeding chart, I noticed too much nitrogen build up.. Trying to make everything perfect, its difficult since most people are doing it different from each other.
Kinda waiting for my other grow to finish, i want these lady's in my rdwc setup asap! 😬
Day 31
2 led growbar is too much light, leaves reaching more towards the light now
Bit of a hectic week, didn't had enough time to water my plants again, so i decided to build a small dwc system.. Also my first time using dwc and i noticed nutrient problems right away so I checked some diaries and noticed the ec of most grows lies around 1,0 so lowered my ec to that.
Hopefully they will recover soon :)
Day 41 Changed my nutrient solution ec 1,5 to 1,0
So much to do, not enough time unfortunately.. but alot to learn from this grow 1st time dwc/rdwc so im making alot of mistakes. I dont care tho , from every mistake i learn more.
So now i noticed not to go above an ec of 1,0
Fucked up my nutrient solution again. i used too much of this mato compared to the other nutrients.
Also mine air divider was leaking so my air stoned werent giving enough oxygen in the water.
Really needed to scrogg these ladies, but dint had time before to do so untill now, it would have saved me alot of grow time if i did this before.
And again made the same mistake with the wrong nutrient schedule.... Finally i noticed what i was doing wrong haha
Figured out i had to made the nutrients even with each other. They were getting better now finnaly.. still some fine tuning to do though but ill get there!!
Still week 12 changed to 12/12 on day 90, thought my system is working properly now and nutrient solution seems to be alright now.. maybe it can improve but its fine for now. They are growing ridiculous fast even when its not in perfect conditions, im definitely staying with rdwc the stem of this plant is about 3-4 cm big wich is insane before flower
Still my nutrient solution is not perfect, took out the calmag and added more of the base nutrients to get an ec of 1.0
Hopefully this solution will be better than before since i noticed calcium burns atleast thats what it looks to me.
Starting to get a better npk solution than before.. still its pretty anoying since i dont know how to calculate the npk properly.. I changed my nutrient solution after every water change, but I think i found out what i should give them atleast im close.. its going pretty good with this ratio. 😂IF anyone know how to calculate npk feel free to say so!! Thanks!!
Once you mix the solution there is no way to find the npk ratio , but what you can do is calculate the TDS ... So you take plain water , measure that TDS, then you add your npk and measure the TDS. TDS of the solution - TDS of the plain water is the TDS of the npk. Now of you want to know how much n how much p how much k there is ... Well no you can't do that with home tools... But if you look on the bottle you will have that information in terms of a ratio at least... Somewhere there will be that information but sometimes it is not labelled clearly like it's only three numbers like 10/2/3 (veg nutes) or 3/10/10 or 12/24/24 (bloom nutes) that's the npk ratio... So for example in the last one it's 1/2/2 so if you put something like 10ml in 0.99L your n will be 2ml/L... Does that make sense ? Hope this helps ! 🚀
Halfway week 4 of flower, and ofc again with a different water solution haha, I believe im going alright with this npk ratio 1-2-2, changed it to that yesterday and its still looking great, if not better but also did some heavy defoliation, i have to remove everything except the top next time before 12/12
Maybe i have to lower my ec next time, not sure but they are really dark green, its holding alot better than previous solutions. started at 0,90 and 24 hour later its 0,87 and ph still same so hopefully i can last longer with my solution than the previous ones.
Flowers popping up everywhere, hope they have what they need now :)
Day 25: Ec still same lvl for the first time after 2days

Its comming along alright, I expect them to flower for 10 weeks, They still grow everyday, but that will stop one of these days I think.
Day 4 of week 5 : added a bit more micro because those spots seem to be getting worse since i lowered my ec a bit so i think its calcium deficiency .
Day 6: Changed my water and added 0,5ml calmag since its probably lacking Calcium, also that would explain why the flower development is slower than it should imo.
The frost lvl is over 9000!! 😆

Still having problems with my feeding, bud development is way too slow and the few leaves i still have are looking worse and worse, So i tried the dosage wich is recommended by ghe wich turned out to be a mistake aswell. So after a few days i flushed my plants with florakleen for a few days.. but still the ec was 0,3 so i flushed that out aswell and let them run for another couple of days with R/o water and florakleen with 0 ppm
Unfortunately i dont have enough time for this grow, im learning alot from it and i think i will get it right next grow but hopefully things will still turn around i have a few weeks left so hope they fatten up a bit
next week 7: The situation is a bit worse than these pictures, but i think i found out what is going wrong... Stay tuned😂
So things got ugly when i used 0 ppm r/o water, so i know its lacking nutrients.
I messed up with the nutrients i may completely stressed out the plant.
Also on the second half of the week i started using nutrients again and tried 1:1 ratio ec of 1.0 but still my ph was dropping like from 6,1 to 5,2 in a day since my ph keeps dropping i know the nutrient solution isnt good but my order on flora nova ( 1 bottle solution) was kinda delayed so ill be using that next week..
on the positive side, i noticed some development again and hope these other nutrients will work out better.

So i have been trying several things again but i probable burned my roots or/and stressed it out too much.
Gotta say they are bitchy but also really strong and they smell like candy/berry :D

Almost tried everything by now but the roots wont take any nutrients, so i started using Ripen from ghe and i will prob start using R/o water with just calmag after this water.
Gonne run this prob for 10/11 weeks since i slowed them down badly. trichomes are mostly clear but gotta see how long she can survive haha
They are sticky as fuck and the aroma's are the best i ever had,so i will be starting a new round this week!!

They barely take any nudes, but they keep fighting and are finally fattening up a bit, most of the trichomes are still clear.
Couple days ago i gave them R/o water with calmag recommended dose and with a ec of 0,6, I think they are drinking more since but ph still dropping everyday. I just have to adjust it everyday.
The end is near!!
I'm thinking to cut the top off in the weekend and the bottom canopy a week later, to get some extra yield because i have uncountable little tops and for all the time and effort put in this grow, it prob will be worth it.

I took off the the top canopy and let the bottem ripen up a bit more and also lowered my led.
Currently im already a week further and started harvesting, more photos will follow soon!!
And i already am able to smoke some weed i harvested in this week and its incredible!! It has a super strong effect and tastes like candy, though i havent even started to cure so it will only get better :)
Also the yield is more than expected, the buds are tiny but heavy rocks but have to be a lil more patience to found out exactly ;)

Really awesome strain with lots of potential if you treat her right, she will reward you big, i had many struggles trying to keep her happy, but this was my first rdwc so i learned alot from this grow
and curious to see what happens next round!
Harvesting during week 12 flower, they took so long because the mistakes i made during the grow, dont forget when u make mistakes like mine they need longer to finish flower, usually +- 2 weeks
Biggest mistakes were taking too long to transfer my ladys in the rdwc system (sort of rootbound?, check photo's) and burning my roots at week 3 of flower because of this they werent be able to take any nutrients in my opinion.
Although this happened, im happy with the grow, it was my first rdwc grow and happy with the results!! I have tons of lil tops but its still good quality and they add up to a total of 580 grams!! ( 360G right plant and 220g from the plant on the left
Definitely going for another round, this strain has alot of potential!

I'm growing three gorilla zkittlez from seed right now. One of the three seems slightly sativa dominant and has the plant/bud structure that reminds me of yours. My other two are more Indica dominant bud structures. They are also very steady with nutrients. My sativa dominant phenotype however is picky with nutrients. Maybe this is what you're experiencing also? Either way they are looking excellent !👍
@Green_Friends_Inc, I think i just messed up with my nutrients and made some bad calls wich prob led to burn my roots, so they barely take up the nutrients. Gotta get this right though i see the potential :)
they get fat 2-1 weeks before harvestime do not worry and the buds are not big but extremly heavy... i know this strain very well..sometimes she is a bitch but she is worth it have a good one my friend😎
@Wachsemilian, Thanks mate welcome bac, but unfortunately things were going down hill since flower, still trying to fix it, but i prob have like 5 weeks to go so hopefully things will turn around now :)
@NorthernGrows, Cheers mate, me too but i know im having problems since im running all kinds of deficiencies since i dint flush out my plants enough wich probably led to all kinds of problems because my feeding is not perfect, but we learn as we grow mate,i think next grow will be crazy :)

Have had high CBD strains that grow good but kinda miss the thc, this girly has both so has me excited. If the results are decent she will definitely be among the favs👍🏼😃
