English 03.11.2024: Today, after 9 days, we carried out the first irrigation with the solution indicated in "nutrients", all the plants look healthy, but a delay is noticeable in those that suffered the most from heat shock such as the #4 and #2. Root development is also beginning to be noticed (except in plant #4) so we believe that next week the transplant to the final pot will take place. Soil preparation: As you will notice in the photos, the final pot is 100 liters of living soil, this was assembled according to the proportions found in the darie description, and it is already in its third cycle. As a cover crop we have red clover, white clover, and alfalfa. After the last cycle we cut the plants 6 weeks ago and maintained the lighting and control of parameters so that the soil continues to function normally, at the same time we made an amendment with various rock flours and other mineral sources and kept the soil moisture constant ( through the Blumat Tropf system). Today we replanted the cover crop and added the mulch. Español 11/03/2024: Hoy, luego de 9 días, realizamos el primer riego con la solución indicada, todas las plantas se ven saludables, pero se nota un retraso en aquellas que sufrieron mas por el shock de calor como la #4 y la #2. El desarrollo radicular también se empieza a notar (salvo en la planta #4) por lo que creemos que la próxima semana se viene el transplante a la maceta definitiva. Preparación de suelo: Como notarán en la fotos, la maceta final es de 100 litros de suelo vivo, esta fue armada según las proporciones que encuentran en la descripción del diario, y ya va en su tercer ciclo. Como cover crop tenemos trébol rojo, trébol blanco, y alfalfa. Luego del ultimo ciclo cortamos las plantas hace 6 semanas y mantuvimos la iluminación y control de parámetros para que el suelo siga funcionando normalmente, al mismo tiempo hicimos una enmienda con diversas harinas de rocas y otras fuentes de minerales y mantuvimos la humedad del suelo constante (a través del sistema Tropf de Blumat). El día de hoy hicimos una re siembra de cover crop y acomodamos el mulch.
