Mothers Durban Poison (DP), Café Racer (CR), Wedding Cake (WC) & Pineapple Express (PE): The mothers are all doing well except PE Clone. Currently it is day 8 of the cloning process and it is flopped flat and no signs of rooting. It is still green but is shriveling up. Hopefully it will bounce back soon. I keep the PE clone in a separate tent at 60% RH, 74F, 180ppfd, and ambient CO2. DP, CR, and WC are growing strong next week I will be looking to take clones from them. DP and CR are drinking heavily watered them 3 times this week to run off. They have had a consistent environment at 80F, 50% RH, and 600ppm CO2. They have enjoyed increased lighting and responded well to 950ppfd leaves get to praying. All waterings are to run off when I see the droop and pot is light in weight. @Jaked, Thank you I wanted a bit of variety. Durban Poison 100% sativa, Cafe Racer 70/30, Pineapple Express 60/40, and Wedding Cake 20/80, Sativa/Indica ratios. One to keep me up and one to knock me out and everything inbetween lol.
The purpose of high Rh is only to keep the seed shell moist, the minute you see the cotyloden leave is when drop Rh, the back of the leaves have small mouths called stomata if the water content of the air is above 70% the stomata will start to close to prevent suffocation.
Bacterial growth explodes above 77f, throw in moisture for any length of time with a Rh of 70+ is asking for trouble.

Put a wet towel. This will keep up a much more stable RH. As the plants will such in that mist, u know what you're doing so. Whatever works. Good luck with your strains some nice 1
