@gameboy, forgot to mention - all that applies for Photoperiods only. IF you are growing Autos - things are a little different.

@gameboy, What's up Growmie. Yeah good question, So I start lower and then raise the percent slowly. For this grow, I started at 40% about 30" away from the seedlings. I slowly made my way to 70% by the end of week 4/5, when I flipped to flower. Then moved to 80% when I flipped to 12/12. and now I'm on my 3rd week of flower- haven't updated since I've been traveling - but At my 3rd week of flower and I'm at 100%. These seem arbitrary, but I have a Pulse Pro that tells me DLI and PPFD and I go based on what is ideal. I'm using CO2 which means it can handle MORE light than if I wasn't running any... Added the details below for reference. Reach out any time!
