Just put this girl into a shot glass with some spring water. I'm excited to try out a cbd strain. When she drops I'll put her into a damp paper towel till her tap root pops out and then into her moss cube for germination. This will be my last grow for a while due to growing family.😁 my focus needs to be somewere ells come April.
I am running this girl in full 100% coco. Gorila boost coco. With in 1 week from start of germination, she is now a seedling. Unfortunately it is winter time in Boston, MA so the 12°F is zapping all the moisture from the air. I have a Humidifier on full blast in the room but the RH is staying at 50% in the veg tent, wish it was a little higher, but you gata work with what you got. Happy Turkey Day to all of is in the US and being able to grow and openly share the grow is one of my biggest thanks this year.
They are bumpin along. She has a lighter green color compared to her sister. Breeder said around a 70 day flower time. It's a little longer than I'm used to and I think im going to like the 1:1 so it will be worth it. I also have there ph around 6.1 and they seem to like it, I usually keep my ph between 6.3-6.5 but im running 100% coco so she needs a different ph level.
She is staying short. Took her bottom 2 branches. If she stays short I wont top her and let her grow out. She has hybrid style of leaves, that are a light green color. This is the first time growing a cbd strain, super interested in the effects, sometimes I dont want a powerful high, sometimes I want a chill buzz that wont interfere with any activities.
I decided to go ahead and top her. I transplanted her to her final pot and she will be going into flower in 3 days after she establishes some positive root growth. She is going to be a multi-branched bush.
She didn't miss a beat when I transplanted, just kept on growing with out any shock.I sprinkled some great white in the hole and mixed some in the coco when I transplanted. I let her go for 3 days before I put her in the flower tent, just for good measure.
On to week 2 of flower. She hasn't really started streaching yet. Gave her a pruning to help focus production on those branches later on. Next week I will be flushing the soil once to purge off some of the Nitrogen build up from the Veg cycle and clear out the coco.
She is growing well. She didn't streach a whole lot. Going to flush her a couple times this week to prep her for her flower cycle. She will still get her inoculation(myccroriza & bacteria) , cal-mag, humates, & aminos just no macros. I finished up the last of the pruning. Still a light green color, I boosted the N but she still didn't darken up..
So start of week 4 and this little girl is going strong, her nodal distance is between .75 & 1 inch. She has a tone of bud sites. No big strech, she is staying short & bushy. Trichomes have just started to form. Super healthy, I'm going to start her nutes back up this week. I flushed her soil 2 times last week to try and get all excess nutes left from veg out. No deficancys or issues. Easy plant thus far.
She is in full bloom mode😁😁😁. Nice tight nodal spacing. Compact plant. Hasn't started to smell yet. I bumped up her nutes to 700ppm. I started some Aurora Innovations nutes. She is a happy plant. I'm excited to see how she fills out.
This week I am lowering her Nitrogen intake. She will get 2 more feeds before her 2 week flush. I added some bloombastic to her diet to help her bulk up. Smell is forest berry with a slight hint of skunk that is hardly distinguishable. Easy growing plant. Frosting up nicely. Doesnt like heavy feeding either. She stays light green in color through the grow wich messed with me in the beginning. None the less, she is a beautiful plant.
I started her on her final push. She is only getting microbes & 2tsp/gal of molasses to feed the microbe. I will be start her flush this week. She is bulking up. Nice smell of berrys and skunk. She is taking to the powerful light well no issues with light burn. Strong plant and stable genetics thus far..
She is on to her final 10 days I believe. The smell is unmistakable blueberry. Gave her a flush today with only microbes and fungi(150ppm) to help use up everthing in the soil. Ppm of flush is 700s. Short stocky plant. Super easy to grow. The nugs are putting on some bulk here in the last couple weeks.
This little plant put out. Super strong blueberry/skunk smell. She is full of buds all the way down the stem. She stayed small. My doing, put her in a 3 gallon pot, if I used a bigger pot I would of had a bigger plant. None the less, she is pretty. Grew like a champ, fast to flower, and smell is on point. Her trichome changed super fast, in the morning there were a couple Amber's on the calix, 12 hours later there were calix full of Amber's, so it was like a snap of the fingure and she was done. Day57 of flower.
All day stuff. 1st time trying a cbd strain and would have to say it's more about the body relax sensation. Smell is OP. In the jar it smells like sour patch kids...haha...with a hint of berrys and fuel.
I wish I would have put her in a 5 gallon instead of the 3. Smell is beautiful tropical and berry mixed with fuel and earth. Fast flowering and easy to grow. Doesnt need a lot of nutes and likes water. A little slow to start veg but gets going by week 2. Those stigma explode a week into flower and dont stop. Smells like skunky berrys when growing. The effects are instant. Relaxing and chill light upbeat buzz, not foggy or confusing, no anxiety at all due to the high cbd. The effect Reminds me of the bud I got when I was a teen. The pain in my shoulder from nerve issues disappeared.👍👍👍👍Great medication. Will be growing again for private stash for the wife.
