My last choice for this summer season is Euphoria. I read a lot of reviews and think that this interesting and special strain will be quite perfect for me.
The seed popped out of the Jiffy after four days. One day later, I planted it in her final 20l pot using the new Plantura soil 2.0 and as always some Dynomyco Mycorrhiza. The pot is in the greenhouse for now. I am planning to let it grow naturally following the light cycle with a harvest in October. I still support the natural cycle with my Spider Farmer 1000 in the greenhouse which is active at 60% from 06:00 to 08:00 and from 21:00 to 23:00.
Please leave some likes, follows and love. It keeps me motivated to share my journey here. The world is a better place than we think!
Although Euphoria had to stay in the greenhouse due to bad weather, it grows nicely. Other than Tropical Mirage, which is in the same soil, Euphoria enjoys the new Plantura soil 2.0 and also digests additional sweets quite well.
Euphoria is growing very well. We had a lot of sunshine and less rain in the last week in Germany. I put her in the sunlight at day on in the greenhouse at night.
The weather last week in my region of Germany was cold and rainy, so I kept the plant in the greenhouse. Euphoria made an enormous jump and is looking super healthy. I cannot wait to see how she continues to grow!
Euphoria is growing like a monster, unbelievable. This is even more astonishing considered the cloudy and rainy weather, which forced me to keep her in the green house for most of the week. Other than the more picky Tropical Mirage, the euphoric lady simply loves the more compact soil and her sweets. The 20l pot was the right decision. A lot of sunshine ahead in the next days. I could not be happier with this grow.
This week the conditions were ideal. A lot of sunshine and warm temperatures. Euphoria was in the garden at day and in the greenhouse at night. It is a pleasure to watch her explosive growth. She is looking super happy and healthy. Let us see how far this beast is growing until she starts flowering in the German summer.
The weather was rainy and colder again. Therefore, I kept the lady in the greenhouse for most of the time. Euphoria is continue to grow vigorously. She is already over 80cm. She looks super happy and healthy. What a beauty! We will see, where this journey takes us.
Euphoria is consistently growing irrespective of the bad weather. Therefore, I had to keep the lady in the greenhouse. But today she enjoys the sunshine; more sunny days ahead; finally, summer is coming to Germany. I treated her with SF Nematode capsules and Neem-Oil, because I saw a few pests on her leaves, nothing worrying, but better prevent any serious attack.
Euphoria was outside for the main part of the week, enjoying a lot of sunshine and high humidity. The lady starts to show that she is female. She is in pre-flower. I cut some of the older leaves in the lower part. Also, again treated her with neem-oil to make her ready for my holiday. Before I leave, I will give her 65g of Green House Feeding BioBloom, which should be enough until harvest. I am curious, whether this depot fertilizer is as good as my usual Plagron stuff.
The lady starts to flower. Because I am on holiday for the next two weeks I added extra soil with 60g of Green House Feeding Bio Bloom, which should be enough as a basic nutrient for the next 8 weeks. I keep my fingers crossed that the irrigation system (Gardena Master 1892) works reliably; I set it up to drip 1.5l a day. I could only install it on the last day before my departure and it might have problems changing between the four channels of my Gardena water distributor (1197-20); one is for my green house and potted tomatoes and chilies, the others are for flowers etc of wifey.
I am still on holiday. My irrigation system seems to work. I can only show you a video from my Blink in the greenhouse, showing 24 hours from Friday to Saturday. Euphora is the cannabis plant in the back; she seems to be well. You can also see Tropical Morage in the front and right in front a giant basilicum hybrid and a Lila Luzi chili plant. Next sunday, I will be back with a more detailed report. Meanwhile, I am testing a few new strains in coffeeshops in Den Haag and Amsterdam :-).
Back from holiday. The lady has survived my absence, although the irrgiation did not work in the last days. My neighbor gave her a little water. She is leaning in one direction, because she was not moved. Nevertheless, she was still growing impressivel, 20cm in two weeks, butstill only preflower. I cut off a lot of hanging and yellow leaves. I also restarted yesterday to giver her Alga Grow and some additives from Plagron. Today, she enjoys the sun outside of the greenhouse. Let us see where this plant is going :-)
Last week was a good week for Euphoria. I had her outside or in the greenhouse (when it was raining). She grew above 1.5m (day 91) and shows flowers everywhere. I hope her size will not become a problem, because I probably cannot put her back in the basement under the SanLight if humidity stays as high. I might have to put a dehumidifier in the greenhouse provided that works at all. We will see! I could not resist to add Sugar Royal and Pure Zym every second watering. Today, I also treated her with neem-oil to prevent all those little pests.
The lady is continuing to develop her flowers and has still become a little larger. The weather has been mainly sunny, but it is starting to get colder at night. Let us keep our fingers crossed that the weather stays ok until mid-October.
The weather was ideal, sunny and not too much rain or humidity. So I kept the lady outside all the time. I did some haircutting. She is developing her buds nicely and looks healthy. I hope that I can keep her outside for another few weeks, because she is so huge that it is hard to find a place indoor, where I can install a light above her.
We had another sunny and hot week here in Germany. Euphoria is enjoying the weather and is building beautiful buds. BioBloom is really effective; I added it six weeks ago and still do not need to add fertiliser. I prepared a place in the basement for the lady for rainy days, although I might cut her head off because she is too high to fit under the lights :-(
The temperatures have fallen dramatically in Germany in the last week. I put the lady under a roof in the garden and defoliated here. I also added a little Alga Bloom and Sugar Royal every second watering. She looks healthy and the buds are further thickening. Next week, we will have another warm week, so I really hope to get this grow done without mildew or bud rot. Let us keep our fingers crossed!
It was a sunny and warm week in Germany. Euphoria's buds were getting thicker and more colorful. Other than Tropical Mirage, I did not discover any bud rot, yet. Since there the weather will be much worse in the next week, I moved the lady to our fitness room and improvised a second grow room there, installing my Spider Farmer SF 1000 and a fan. This will be her home from tomorrow. Today, I moved her outdoor, probably for the last time. Let us keep our fingers crossed that she survives without bud rot for another two or three weeks until harvest.
Euphoria was in her improvised home in the basement. She smells fantastic and is super sticky. She is so tall that the SF 1000 light does not directly reach the top, but leaving her outside was not an option due to the rainy and humid conditions. Anyway, the trichoms are already cloudly and slightly amber on the top bud and mainly clear on the lower buds. I will probably start to harvest in a week.
Euphoria only gets water. She is still in the basement under the 100W Spider Farmer 1000. The trichoms are not amber, yet. I will wait for another two weeks.
I was away for a few days and after I returned, Euphoria's top bud was already dried out. I cut it off, which resulted in 17g partially dried buds. I will harvest the rest of the plant in the next days. The trichoms are mostly milky, not a lot of amber, yet.
Other than Tropical Mirage, Euphoria has not got mildew and the bud rot was limited to the top bud, which I removed a week ago. The trichoms are still not amber, but I will cut her in the next days to prevent a similar desaster as with Tropical Mirage.
Finally, I harvested the proud lady. I cut off many leaves and hung the branches to dry in the basement. I have installed a fan and a dehumidifier, so that everything should go smoothly. I will try to produce some BHO resin in the next week. Golden Dragon tincture from 5g cuttings is already brewing and will be tested later today.
