it was a very busy week , in my style of growing i do pruning only 2 times . 1 at middle of week 2 of flowering in 2 parts :
first i remove big fan leaves and only leaves then let them rest for 1 day then the second part of pruning will get done that is removing branches based on these conditions:
1-if the branch is very low and never can make it to the top ,
2- if branch is in shade even after pruning fan leaves ,
3- if there are too many branches at the small space then non of them will get resources so if there is no space for branch then , they must get remove.
so here is what i've done this week :
day 1 :
as you can see there is a jungle about :D . no light or air penetration and so many weak and low branches that will only eat the precious energy and produce nothing at the end.
day 3:
i removed the big fan leaves that was blocking the light in the first step of pruning but still too many branches are there and there is no space for all of them just for stronger ones. i let them rest tomorrow and just feed them.
day 5 :
girls recovered and ready to strip :D this day i removed the exceed and weak branches as you can see in the pictures to transfer energy to the main and strong branches.
day 6 :
just feeding and let them rest to recover.
day 7:
the results are soo good as you can see the buds boosted very fast as i can see the difference even now i wont cause any more stresses and let them do their job until week 6 of flowering that will do the second wave of pruning.
feeding :
last week for bud ignitor - added top-max and b-52 to the feeding program
@Still_Smoq, yeah exactly , it was very hard for me to wait some more weeks for buds to get full ripe in the last weeks before , but i learnt that in hard way :D with experience that i should not hurry in last weeks.
