*****DIVINE SEEDS ***** *****AUTO OPIUM***** Sponsored grow ***DIVINE SEEDS ***** My start for the Divine Seeds Auto contest hasn’t gone well. Attempt 1_ I recently purchased some RQS seeds, won the Auto Ducci, wanted another CBD and the Divine Seeds Bullet and Escobar. 5/23 I put 1 of each in glass of PHd water with splash hydrogen peroxide. RQS Milky Way and Medusa, Minister of Cannabis Auto Ducci and Sweet Seeds- Sweet Pure CBD. The RQS seeds had a short tail within 20 hours 5/25 so I planted all seeds even the unopened ones in their final soil. The Rqs seeds popped soil on 5/27. After a week I did not see any germination on the other 4. I dug thru the soil, found the Auto Afghan Bullet seed and it had turned itself upside down. Further examination of the soil showed it to be very dense, almost like pure concrete. I think in the rush to start my auto grow for the contest, I used old soil or what looked like topsoil, very fine and sandy, Examination of the seed showed a kink at the base of the plant so I knew it would not grow. Pablo was still a seed but black and didn’t look viable, So I tossed them both to have a clean start. Attempt 2_6/1 I placed another Auto Escobar and another Afghan Bullet in separate glass of Phd water with No hydrogen peroxide. Auto bullet #2 and Escobar #2 directly in soil. I expected the seeds in Glass of Water to pop soil before the seeds planted directly. After a week I didn’t see anything. I dug through the soil and never found the seeds dark or otherwise. I dumped the soil so I knew I had a clean start for Attempt 3. Attempt 3 Placed my last Afghan Bullet and another Auto Escobar directly in Happy Frog soil. No amendments, no mycorrhizae. I also started an Auto Opium directly in soil. If these germinate, I will have one Auto Afghan Bullet, One Auto Opium and two Auto Pablo Escobar for the contest. *****OPIUM***** Thank you @DivineSeeds Thanks for the visits, likes and comment, I appreciate all the plant love💚. Certainly, no average genetic base could be behind such brilliant parameters! Several Afghani Indica landraces, recognized as most potent and resinous, were bred together with a mighty Brazilian Sativa which Opium inherits its bright berry taste from. Then a great deal of work followed aiming for the highest THC level and endurability as well as a branchy structure that would provide maximal yields. Now we can proudly title Opium the best Indica you could dream of growing! Indoors these plants mostly stay mid-height (1.5 m), reaching up to 2.0 m out of doors. Depending on your height limitations, Opium flourishes universally in grow boxes, balconies, green houses and terraces. Due to its Afghani parentage, this strain can stand hot weather if provided enough water and some shadow. Responds well to any training techniques: ScroG and SoG, LST, topping and FIM, supercropping. The start of blooming is marked with a rush of growth, when plants stretch almost 1.4x. Expect heavy colas that often require additional supports. Whilst ripening, Opium gives off a pungent earthy stench with fruity and berry undertones, also a bit of pine. Ready for outdoor harvesting in October. The stoning psychedelic impact of Opium is like being hypnotized (unless you’ve had too much, then it feels more like a blackout). Stone-lovers will appreciate every minute with Opium: its spicy taste immerses your mind into daydreaming, while the body rests flat. Recreation with this psychedelic Indica means silent tripping from one insight to another. Mighty enough to kill chronical pains, Opium is also medically efficient against insomnia, nausea, appetite disorders, muscle spasms, headaches, irritation, fatigue, panic attacks, epilepsy. 6/8 I put the auto Opium directly in Fox farm Happy Frog with no amendments. She easily popped soil 6/12. I misted only ph water for a few days, then 25ml around the stem.

This changes the light hours from 18 to 12 and decreases humidity. So far this week, I’ve noticed 1) the tent temperature at night decreases from 76 to 69, and 2) I haven’t had to fill my humidifier once since the switch. The Divine ladies are all growing and showing their stretch. Especially Opium. Auto opium shows the same genetic traits as my fem photo that is outside. My Auto Opium has 4 inch stretch between nodes. Her Photo sister had 6 inch node stretches. She has very large fan leaves, bigger than my hand. See how she has grown: 7/1 9 inches 7/8 16 inches 7/13 33 inches 7/16 41.5 inches Opium is now within 10 inches of my light. If she grows any more, she will have to go outside. 7/19 Update: more stretch. Today she went outside. At 46 inches, she was 6 inches from the light. Her leaf tips are flipping over trying to get away from the light. Her photo sister is 71 inches tall so more growth is expected. This is the tallest strain I've ever grown.😗👍🙂. Note the lighter overall color of auto Opium compared to any of the outside gals which have dark green, lush foliage, even though they recieve the same nurrients.. As it should be Mother Nature is best. The weather is temperamental with on off rain but much cooler in 90s and out of the 100s. This is good transition temperature. Just hope it doesn't rain hard. Future updates on Auto Opium will be at the same time as the outside gals. Thank you @DivineSeeds for the opportunity to participate in the auto grow contest. Auto Opium went outside on 7/19 because she grew to 46 inches. This past week has been rainy so I only got to feed once. I top dressed all gals with Bloom Soil. She is in 3 gal air pot and has already consumed all nutrients in the soil and has proven to be a hungry girl. Pics were taken on Friday and Saturday. Wow the amount of yellow leaves in one day. She had another growth spurt and is 53 inches tall. Her sister photo opium is 72 inches from t the pot. Her buds are forming nicely with some slight smell if I get close.

***DIVINE SEEDS ** AUTO OPIUM ***** Auto Opium week 7 & 8 7/28 - 8/4-10 I am late for my outside ladies diaries updates. Life has been getting the best of me lately. I’ve been packing my daughter’s room and moving her things to her new home. For those that have followed my since my beginning here, Cancer left me with neuropathy and arthritis in my hands. I can no longer do my glass fusing or flame work. To close this chapter of my life, I’ve been inventorying glass, tools, equipment, molds and supplies to sell. The most stressful has been appealing Medicare claims and receiving the second denials on the same claims. They are the last payer of record so good luck getting any reimbursement you are entitled to. My apologies to all of you for being so brief on your diaries and not providing many comments. Photos are from 7/28- 8/9 for both weeks. For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue to live in sweltering conditions. Temps are in the upper 80-90s with humidity over 105. In addition to the heat, Hurricane Debby started up the coast but was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us. Expecting our normal thunderstorms, I waited til morning to bring yhe ladies inside. Overnight, we had wind gusts of 25mph. Yeah, then I brought all gals into the house. The photo gals are strong and with thick stalks were able to withstand the winds. Both Opium’s got blown over Auto Opium is thin and spindly and before I could save her from the winds and rain, she got whipped side to side. The top 2 feet bent hard one way and the top 6 inches bent the other direction. The pics show my attempt to bandage the damage 😟 to her top cola with chopsticks and electrical tape. I top dressed all ladies with Bloom Soil for organic fertilizer. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. Thank you @DivineSeeds Thanks for the visits, likes and comments, I appreciate all the plant love💚. Have fun & love what you grow 💚 Sending you good vibes of love, light, and healing 💫 💫Natrona 💫

Auto Opium week 8 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debbie., in the 80 with low humidity Auto Opium is thin and spindly, branches continue to bend so I added hoop supports. I sure hope she makes it to the end in one piece. If necessary, I remove the colas and chuck into the freezer.. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. Auto Opiym is in flower and with some cooler night temperatures in upper 50s low 60s the buds and leafs are changing colors🤩 The feeder leaves are yellowing and the sugar leaves are changing to purple 💜 . I top dressed with 2 tbsp bloom soil as fertilizer. Her limbs are spindly ans can't support the weight of her buds. I added a hoop to support branches but many just bent over the wire. I don't see many amber trichomes so I wait.

8/31 I harvested Auto Opium today. This is 7-10 days early. I intended to grow her inside the tent, but when she stretched quickly i had to take her outside. This did not give her time to harden off before going fully into flower. Then my area went into extreme heat over 110 for extended weeks. High heat and humidity. She couldn't handle this. Then Hurricane Debby whipped her back and bent her main stem in several places. Repaired with chopsticks and electrical tape. Her limbs were thin and spindly, I tried to support with garden hoops but many stems just bent regardless. One bent and cut off its water & nutrients and died. All in all Auto Opium did not transition well from tent to outside. If I had understood her structure before her grow was underway, I would have done some topping or mainlining. I'm watching several growers demonstrate training techniques that I will try. You know you you are. Many thanks to you. We had some cooler nights in the last week or so which allowed leaf color changes from lime green💚 to purples💜 and some reds. I see some lavender in her buds. Trichomes are mostly milky white, so a bit early. Harvest shows, many long, hollow stems which couldn't support her own weight. To be eco-friendly, you could use these for beverage straws 😅. Thank you for sharing this journey with me. I appreciate your comments and advice 🙏🌱💚 . I'm learning as I'm growing, and growing as im meeting many friends here. Thank you @DivineSeeds for generously sharing your exciting seeds with me and the opportunity to participate in your contests. My friends as always sending you good vibes, plant love and healing 💫Natrona 💫
