Too young to know yet pal. By wk 3 onwards you'll know if its gonna be a runt. Sub might be a bit hot. Also, pour away from the roots. Don't drown the sub around the stem. This promotes root growth throughout the pot. As the moisture is sucked towards the root, so the root is to water. Promoting good growth on top At this stage of growth. High RH and moist soil. Not wet and nutes only if in coco or water after a day or so. Enzymes_soil conditioners etc all OK But even then, not much.

When should I defoliate? Seems like the ladies have grown very bushy with some leaves touching the ground.

Seem fine to me. If you have a spot that consistently gets condensation that you can't avoid simply by bending or shaping some leaves, that would be a good leaf to remove. Defoliation, technically, means blindly removing X% of leaves regardless of reason. You should only selectively prune leaves off when you have a very good reason to do so. "To defoliate or not" on cocoforcannabis.com is a great article to read. All of their grow guides are good info with minimal anecdotal bro-science nonsense. Dr. photon's corner is also worthy reading. The forums are just as rife with bad info as all other marijuana sites, though. reader beware when looking at user-submitted anecdotes and beliefs.

They will use more P and K,phosphorus and potassium during the first 2wks and 3wks before harvest. They need the P for energy and the K to build cells.

@letmegrowinpeace, I wasn't asked, but from my experience, you don't need as much phosphorus in week 3 of flowering. However, I don't see signs of overfeeding yet. The few pistils and the discoloration on the middle leaves along with burnt tips make me think of a magnesium deficiency. I need to add Cal-Mag in preventive amounts, otherwise, I also get deficiencies. Everything looks good so far; best of luck with your grow!

@oldskoolkool, I have been using the BioBizz line at half strength. Seems like I am having some deficiencies but I also see beginnings of burnt tips. Any help is appreciated 😃

The tips can yellow from lack of nutrition so give them the full strength. They need it now more than ever. I see the massive variation of the dilution rates 1-4ml.Give it 4ml.Its much harder to over do it with organics. Its completely different to synthetic. The microbes feed the plant the organics but the synthetic goes in directly which is why its much easier to burn. If the plants getting too much N then the plant will repel the Nitrogen fixing bacteria. The microbes feed on each other, there's 1000s of different types as well as the plant feeding them.BioBizz Top Max is what you need. Or better still General Hydroponics Humic which is better value. The nutrients will become much more available,I think its charges them. Its probably the No1 recommended adative for organics.

They don't really need anything off them. I took the bare minimum off my plants for years but went heavy on my last ones. They clearly do well when stripped down but it makes very little difference unless its 5ft with several layers of leaves. The light will penetrate through 1 or 2 leaves. The few leaves you have are needed. Look at my diary, you can see how many leaves Ib taken off 1 plant but look at the size of them.

@oldskoolkool, Thank you for your feedback. I removed a few leaves which were touching the soil. Apart from that Ive left it pretty much to its own means
